Friendly and swift! Drove from the greater Seattle area to Yakima for a new tire set install amid COVID-19. I thoroughly appreciate their patience, as staff helped me pick the right tire set, although not initially in stock, and installation exceeded our expectations. Wealth of knowledge; thanks for your transparency! (As of July 2020, this is the only Sears Auto Center in Washington state.)

They do a quality job at a fair price. The workers are amazing and friendly, plus they service times are quick and efficient. It’s sad this place is closing down along with the rest of sears. Rest In Peace

I love this Auto center. I come here for all maintenance work. Techs always seem to be able to squeeze you in, prices are extremely fair, the work is quick and well done not to mention the customer service is awesome, these guys and gals are great!

Tim provided such excellent customer service and they did an awesome job on the Alignment I had done. Made an appointment, was seen right away and they did it in the time they said with a courtesy call afterwards too! Only $98 out the door with a 6 month warranty. Definitely recommend going here!! They also were not pushy about trying to sell anything which I LOVED!! (All other auto repair places I’ve been to are really pushy about that )

Sears offer great prices for oil changes. They can usually get you in last minute or schedule an appointment. The techs are nice as well. Hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday.

This place is amazing. I ha e been going here since 2011 and I have never had ANY issues with anyone or anything they have done here. Their work is too notch.

Really great experience from this sears auto center. Went in to get a flat fixed and was taken care of super quick. Antonio and David really helped me have a great experience and I feel like I was treated fairly by them. Ill be back when its time for new tires!

Whats going on did this place close down? the phone rings then goes blank. also we were supposed to get a alignment. the warranty isnt up yet?

I called about battery warranty service and brought my diesel Ram in. When I got there I told them it has a lockout once they batteries are disconnected and wont start. Not a single mechanic here had any idea what I was talking about. And the input way to test the batteries is to remove them from the truck. Since nobody knew how to cancel the engine lockout I opted not to have the batteries checked. While they call their staff mechanics they arent. Wont be back.

They werent as fast as i was expecting. i had to ask why my car wasnt fully aligned after seeing the alignment paperwork. if someone would of brought it up to me instead of me asking after i paid that would of been a must better service. i also paid to get my tires rotated and they werent as well as my tire fixed which i was told that they would fix for me.. i do not think that even though i got a great deal for the services through groupon it wasnt worth it and i have had trouble with sears in the past in different states and there poor attention to detail on the customer and car care side are just low nation wide not just from state to state.

We were lied to repeatedly about the condition of our tires from here. After speaking with our mechanic they finally agreed the tires were bad and that they would honor the warranty we had on them, although not in a way that seemed fair or honest. They insisted our mechanic was lying about the condition of our tires, told us they had pocket holes to check the tred -which they used to check it themselves- then when we came back 15 minutes later said they didnt have pocket holes. Turns out the holes had been worn completely flat, indicating the need to replace the tires. We were 1/32 within being illegal on the road. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Ive always felt respected and the guys at the shop really helped me when the chrome from my wheels was chipping and causing air leaks with my new tires. Their prices are reasonable and Ive never felt like they tried to upsale me on unnecessary items.

Got tires there. Very friendly and one of the cleanest sears Ive been too.

I will never come here again.If you are trying to buy something here or check something over the phone make sure you make your self a note.Because when you show up the stories are different and they have the worse costumer service.
