I have been here once and because the cost here for an alignment was the cheapest around. I will now come here for each and every alignment and possibly other services as well. These guys were honest and saved me time and money by letting me know I needed to fix something before the alignment. And he was so nice and honest. It took a few weeks but finally brought my magnum back and when I left boy she was the most sound that she’s been once I got her. Thanks you all. Ive never had a bad time here. First experimenting with oil changes on the daily driver, then adding the specialty car and finally (although unfortunately) some serious mechanical work and a 100k flush. I am grateful to have somewhere safe and trustworthy to bring my cars. My cars carry my children daily and I have never worried that work was done improperly and could put the kids at risk, thats a huge relief from someone who is not a native washington person

I’ve taken my truck to two different Ford dealerships to have my truck fixed. Neither one diagnosed or told me about what was actually happening in my truck. My son told me about Chris at Goodyear and that him and his guys were the best. I gave Chris a call, told him about the truck and what I’ve done to it already. He said bring it in and we’ll take care of you. Received a phone call with the gut wrenching work that needed to be done. Gave him the go ahead and within a week they had it running better than new. Chris called at least 3 times to update me on the progress they were making. Thanks Chris and the guys at Goodyear.

Clean and nice shop. $50 for a diagnostic and $500 for a fix. They used a defective part. When the car continued leaking, our buddy took a peak and was able to fix it in less than an hour for a six pack and $67 replacement part from OReilys.Courtesy Auto said they guarantee their work for 12 months but its hard to spend more time and money on a place that didnt get it right the first time.

PARTS MISSING when car returned to me. First time in my life that the repair shop forgot to put car parts back on (Radiator Cover) and when I returned for the part they did not have it and would not admit it was their doing. Spoke with owner and he said he looked at their surveilience video and he claims the part was not removed. If he will share that video with me to show the part was not removed by them, I will be glad to remove this post.

I came here to have my oil problem (that I accidentally caused) fixed, & they were very nice about it as well as friendly & helpful. I requested later that they do some additional things on top of the oil change, & they happily obliged. They then gave me some discounts that i am very grateful for. 10/10 would return.

These guys were nice enough people. But they arent the most honest about not installing parts correctly. I took them both of my lower control arms to have the bushings replaced. They called me and told me my control arms were done right before they closed for the weekend. When I got them home I noticed 1 of the bushings was not seated correctly, and it looked like it had been beat up pretty good trying to press it in. So I took it back on Monday to have them try to seat the bushing. A guy named Tony took my control arm, brought it back even more gouged, and told me that was the best he could do. He said thats what happens with aftermarket parts? Well then why were they able to get 3 done correctly? All the same part? So he told me if I couldnt get it installed with his gouged bushing to bring him another bushing and he would press it. He did not offer to buy me another bushing, or admit that it wasnt seated correctly in the first place. He was hoping I would walk away happy with shotty work. I called back and told him another shop wouldnt touch it, and they wanted to press in a whole new bushing, because Courtesy Auto damaged it so badly. So he offered to buy me a bushing after complaining.So here is where it gets really annoying. After getting a new bushing, he attempts to press in the new bushing. He was able to get 1 side to seat correctly. But the other side of the bushing was still not correctly seated. When he brought me my control arm to the parking lot where I was waiting, he tried to hide his shotty work by handing it to me by the side he was able to get seated correctly. He acted like it was all good and said have a great day. I ended up taking the control arm to work and fixed the bushing myself. I would not reccomend them for the reason they tried to hand me sub par work on 3 different occasions, and only offered to fix it after compliant.

I stumbled across Courtesy Automotive while looking for a place to get my trucks alignment fixed. Originally, I planned to get the tires elsewhere and then go get the alignment done at Courtesy. At the last second, I asked if they also sold and installed tires at Courtesy, and it turns out that they do.I am SO glad I asked, because not only did I get a GREAT deal on my tires, installation, and alignment, but every single person I met and spoke to there was kind, professional, courteous, and genuine. I have taken my vehicles to Courtesy Auto for a couple years, now, and when my latest oil change came up I was concerned about having timely service and mechanics who were concerned with health and safety (it’s 2020, year of the weird virus, after all). I was able to drop off my vehicle with no contact (though their technicians and customer service staff have always been courteous even in the best of times), they had sanitizer on the table, and they disinfected the interior of the vehicle wherever they touched (and keys) before returning my vehicle. They have a great system going.

Quinton is a man with honor and integrity. Took my car there and was not satisfied initially, he responded accordingly with nothing but understanding and concern and did something about it. When I got my 2007 Chevy Tahoe back I was extremely satisfied. I would recommend them strongly just on the fact that I know you are in good hands with Quinton and his crew.

Fast service and a fair price

Went there for a brake replacement and got the whole works. Very reasonable pricing and awesome customer service. Also got my second vehicle serviced for an oil change and free brake inspection. They wont lie to you like others have to me in the past. They are honest and tell you exactly what you needs to be serviced. No extra unnecessary things that you dont need. While i was waiting i also enjoyed the best coffee that i ever had. Lets just say i go in for an oil change and get wired up with the best coffee in town. Beats Starbucks by a million times. Thanks again for an amazing job guys. My only go to place from now on. Ill see you on my next oil change. Great service and i highly recommend this store. 5 stars.

On the Friday before the long New Year weekend, we were faced with a need for a quick repair so my daughter could drive back to school. I knew it was a shot in the dark... but Chris @ Courtesy was able to fit us in (part was available, shoe horned us into their busy afternoon...) and my daughter was able to get back to school. Im so glad to have found such a good shop so close to home!!

I have been utilizing the mechanical expertise at courtesy Auto Service & Tire for almost 3 Decades. I have always experienced friendly, happy and positive personal up front at the counter and in the garage. I have always received appropriate estimates, I have never required to return any of the multiple vehicles after a repair or service. My cars have included: Suzuki, Toyota, GMCs, Mazda and a Honda. Drop off and pick ups have been smooth and easy. Loner vehicles when needed were provided and because I dont live in Thurston County payments have also been super easy if I required others to pick up my vehicles.I LOVE these guys !!

Tried to troubleshoot front end noise on my van. Couldnt replicate the noise, put it on the rack and couldnt find anything there either. Well just wait it out, no charge for the investigative skills.

Wonder customer service and service. I was referred over by another shop since that shop did not work on Acura...glad I was referred. The straightforward, detailed, logical approach to the care of my car was excellent. They worked to help me fix the necessary items and did not try to throw in the kitchen sink (like other dealers in town had wanted to do).They have earned a new customer and many referrals in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are either incompetent or completely dishonest! I had a terrible experience with them. I asked them to take a look at the catalytic converter on my SUV. I had already changed some of my spark plugs and the coils a few days before and I have a computer that gets the code for diagnosing the check engine light. I wasnt interested in a diagnosis since I already know whats wrong with it. I just dont want to fix the catalytic converter myself since it can be complicated. I specifically asked them To find out which side and what part of the catalytic converter is broken and how much they charge to fix it. Instead of doing what I asked, they tell me they did a diagnosis on my car and that all of the spark plugs need to be replaced (for 340$) before they can even look at the catalytic converter. Since I just replaced some of the spark plugs I knew they were either incompetent and wrong or lying in order to get more money, so I sent my wife to pick up the car. They wouldnt give the key unless we paid 94$ for their false diagnosis which I didnt ask for in the first place. Beware of this business! They are willing to do anything, including lie and fix things that arent broken, in order to get the most money from you! I am officially filing complaints against them and I am going to let everyone I know including some people who have given them a lot of business in the past just what kind of business they are running.

After receiving an estimate of $1400 for brake work from a dealership, we sought out a second opinion. Reading other reviews for Courtesy Auto, we decided to check them out and am sure glad we did!!! We set up our appointment for an inspection and got our estimate in less than an hour. Chris was our go-to guy and not only confirmed what the dealership had found, but let us physically see it for ourselves. But heres the best part... the estimate was literally half the price!! Work was done while they gave us a courtesy car to use, and we could not be happier with the service. We will most definitely be back when we need work done! Thanks Chris!

What a great experience! I’m a car guy and have repaired my own cars most of my adult life. So typically I’m going to take care of my maintenance issues on my Wife’s and my cars. I decided to take my Wife’s car in for a service at Courtesy for something I could not do. I was literally blown away by their promptness, knowledge and most importantly, their honesty. There was a questionable problem with her car that they corrected with no charge! That’s pretty rare in the auto repair business considering some of the horror stories I’ve heard from my friends and colleagues. I’ll think of them first when ever I need repairs done that I can’t do. Thank you Clinton and your great technicians!

Fantastic people who genuinely care! My cars original tires were leaking a little every day and they didnt have many miles on them. I took my car to Courtesy Goodyear Auto Service and they inspected, remounted and rebalanced my tires at no cost to me. I tried to pay them something and the owner refused. He told me there was no charge because the tires were too new to be having so many problems. Btw, that was 4 months ago and my tires dont lose air anymore.

Dont buy your tires here if youre a woman. Actually, just dont buy your tires here period. The man I spoke with was extremely sexist. He must have assumed I didnt know anything about tires. He evaded my question about whether Goodyear tires come with a warranty like they do at Les Schwab. He kept repeating nonsense about a workmanship warranty. OBVIOUSLY that is not the kind of warranty people care about. And, its not the kind of warranty Les Schwab is known for. When I confronted him, he said oh a mileage warranty. Duh. Then, he trashed Les Schwab and said they purchase their tires from other countries and put their name on it which is why they can offer a mileage warranty. Stay away from this dishonest and unprofessional business.

The people at Good year are always friendly and professional. They have serviced all of our vehicles for the last 20 years, I have never experienced any difficulty and trust them implicitly to work fix all of my vehicles.
