Fantastic job on my vehicle. It was fast, thorough, and my car looks brand new again. Met the guy doing the body work on my car and he was awesome. Think his name was Levi or Eli if I remember correctly. Great job from everyone start to finish.
I got into an accident and they did an excellent job, were really professional, and timely. On my way out, I met the technician, Eli, and he went over the repairs with me. He did a great job--you cant even tell it was in an accident and the paint match was perfect! Highly recommend this shop!

Only got estimates from them so far ... schedules body repair... but they were kind, honest, honorable, rational, and efficient. Price seemed fair and reasonable. Estimator who looked at my vehicle had decades of experience. All thumb up for these folks. Many of the shops required making appointments daysvin advance ... they told me just come on in and we will get to you as quickly as we can ... good to their word ... I showed up and someone walked up and got me in the queue and within half hour ir so I had estimate and time scheduled fir the repair. Ya gotta love it when competence and positive attitude are in the same place at the same time!
Had an issue with my truck after getting it repaired took it back and Mike went way beyond customer service to make sure it wasn’t there fault and once we figured out it was a bad battery and had nothing to do with the repair Mike still made sure my truck was fixed there service was beyond great can’t say enough
This was by far my worst experience with a body shop. The work they did was highly unprofessional and communication about my vehicle was subpar. Wally was horrible at keeping my updated on my vehicle and didn’t seem to show much interest In making sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. I would be told my vehicle would be done one day then I would not hear anything and would have to call only to be told my vehicle wasn’t going to be done. The first time I went to pick up my car the paint was not even close to the same color and my body panels were not put on straight; since my vehicle has vinyl wrap on it they figured I wouldn’t care about color matching (Wally said this was not the first time their painter has done this) so I took my car back AGAIN to have it paint matched and straightened out against my better judgment. Went to pick it up a second time and there was debris all over in the paint it’s self (including hair) so I left it with them once again. The final time I came to pick up my car the panels were straight however there was still debris in the paint (debris that I had pointed out to wally) I mentioned there was still debris in the paint and Wally told me “we’ve done all we can do.” Wally was rude every time I pointed out a mistake and even with the paint matching tried to tell me my insurance wouldn’t pay for the proper paint. I now have a vehicle with debris in the fresh paint. I would never recommend anyone to bring a vehicle to this body shop the level of unprofessionalism was appalling DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU VALUE IT.

Critical: ProfessionalismRiley Morgan, an employee of this company, decided it was acceptable to black face during a company Zoom meeting and then post it was on the internet. For those who are unaware of what black facing means, its when someone uses makeup or other materials to make it look like they have black skin. This specific employee of Gerber Collision and Glass went even farther to include an afro wig. She thought her attire was funny.Gerber Collision and Glass hasnt fired her yet. I do not recommend supporting this business until she is completely removed from the payroll. How can any business support employee choices like this?

Very nice staff. Professional and courteous. They seem to be the kind that will work with your needs as best as possible. I had damage to my rear bumper, and ended up having to replace the whole cover. They were prompt with notifying me and keeping me updated. My car is a 2013 and they paint matched the color perfectly. Not to mention, I received the car back washed and looking real clean. Keep up the good work guys!
Beth was our super hero,I had an accident on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. It was perfect before the accident and it was perfect after Gerber helped fix it. Beth worked hard to ensure that the insurance company didnt total the car because there was no way that the pay-out would be a replacement value for this Jeep. She saw the repairs all the way through. We got the Jeep back and then.......The transmission was not working properly, which was obviously a result from the accident. The insurance company was difficult to work in getting them to approve the repairand then.....while at the dealership someone smashed our drivers side passenger door. The dealership eventually fixed that. All the while Beth, and Gerber, were guiding the repairs. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone looking to get glass, or body work done. And, I would recommend Beth. Nice Job!

Thay did a great job repairing my vehicle that was rearended. They did great with updates and when I went to pick up the vehicle, they took care of the rental vehicle for me. They also walked around the vehicle and pointed out the work done. Although there was a fault with the the repair, they quickly took the vehicle back and set up the rental for me. Their customer service is great and very responsive. I would gladly take my vehicle there for repairs anytime in the future.
They tried telling me my truck was finished a few times & I went to pick it up and they missed spots, more than once. Took weeks longer than they initially said. Horrible experience from start to finish. I will never go back & would NOT recommend.
Got rear ended. They are contracted with the insurance company. Got an estimate from them. They totaled my vehicle because they charge outlandishly high prices!!! When all that is wrong with my vehicle is the rear bumper and tailgate, it should not cost $ 4500.00 to repair. Would not recommend them for any repair. They couldn’t even distinguish between an automatic or a stick shift and my vehicle does not have 4 wheel disc brakes. Disc in front drum in rear.
Gerber wont actually do any work on your vehicle if youre willing to pay them to repair the very items they told the insurance company need repairs. Obviously, they work for the insurance company and not for you. I simply want to pay cash to have my vehicle repaired, but they wont do it. You have ask yourself who the customer is in this circumstance. It obviously isnt the vehicle owner.
No complaints. Their work and their diagnostics for other underlying problems seem to be Five Star.
Such friendly service! No one enjoys getting body work done to their vehicle after an accident, but they were great about keeping in touch through the process and they insured their work. The paint job was flawless, and I would highly recommend them for any body repairs.

I had my vehicle repaired, front driver side mat were dirty, Gerber Collision paper mats were in my vehicle. I decided to take the mat in the repair shop to get it clean. I was disappointed that when I was handed the mat it was dripping wet! #Gerber Collision & Glass.An employee by the name Liquid was the first to volunteer to blow dr the mat. Thanks Liquid !
Fairly timely, my car looks great and no problems with the staff. I interacted with several people and they were all friendly and helpful! I had $3500 worth of work done on a 2016 Honda.
Had a hit and run that required work on my tail light, quarter panel, and a paint job through my insurance. My car looks brand new! They even washed my car and did a light clean of the inside. As a very pregnant woman, it is very much appreciated. I will recommend this business to everyone! And they have a cute fat puppy in the office.
I recently had some front end damage that they repaired for me. They did excellent work. They kept me updated throughout the process via text msg. And they got the job done earlier than expected. They were friendly and compassionate and handled the insurance side of it for me. They are also right up the road from Enterprise, so if you need a rental car, theyll help you with that too.

The reason I (Mrs Evans) gave this low rating is because a customer should never have to come back to your business to find out that an item was not fixed properly the first time. When completing a job you should fix the problem correct the 1st time not the 2nd time around. Check, check and recheck your work. I can understand keeping our vehicle longer then expected but I dont understand doing crappie work. You get paid for the work and I have to come back so you can order the parts and fix the problem the proper way. Do it right the 1st time.

Their attention to detail was non existant. Took my truck back 4 times for hugely obvious flaws in their work. They low balled the estimate so my truck wouldnt be totalled and I really wish they wouldnt have because now Im stuck with their cheap job. I loved this truck so much and now I hate it everytime I look at it...Edit! 2 months later Im dropping this from 2 stars to only 1. Because zero stars isnt an option. Thanks for nothing Gerber.
I took my car in for an estimate because my husband had work done here and was happy with it.The guy giving me the estimate was extremely rude. I told him he could open the car and take pictures. He said he was going to anyways. Ummm...ok. I had already gotten estimates at two other places theirs came back higher with extra work than what the two other places quoted me.Thus, when he gave it back I told him that I would let them know if I wanted to schedule it. I wanted to check with my husband first. The estimater said, No, I am going to call your insurance company. I thought this was very pushy and rude but wasnt too worried because I trusted my insurance company to listen to me.Sure enough though he did call my insurance company, without my permission, and got them to send a check. I found this out via voice message from my insurance. I was and still am furious. I hadnt even scheduled the repair. I got my insurance to cancel the check and went with Lacey Collision.I still cant believe that these folks pushed me around so much and went behind my back. Women beware! Stay away!I have my Civil Engineering degree and have been around tough talking men my whole life. This experience was just so sexist. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

I dropped my truck off on Wednesday morning to replace a mirror and door that had been taken off by a drunk driver. Working with them was very easy, I handed in the estimate, they ordered the parts, bada bing bada boom, three days later and I cant tell my truck was ever hit. I would definitely recommend!
They have no regard and very little respect to the residential neighborhood. Music is constantly on high volume and extremely inappropriate for small children who play outside. Even in the building away from the business, it can still be heard with windows and doors closed. Shows lack of respect for the community.
