Tobin was AWESOME! He helped my family and I switch from different carriers and made it so effortless and enjoyable! Also he knew the answer to all of our questions without hesitation. Highly recommend him. The entire office was in a good mood and ready to help.

(Edited 2 years later) The help I received in the past is no longer standard for this location. I think they may be under new management. (2 years ago) Went in to add 2 lines and buy phones. The customer service guy, [Travis] was friendly and knowledgeable. He did not pressure. The manager seemed to trust her employees judgment and didnt interfere so she could maximize her time helping other customers. Overall, I was impressed with what I experienced and observed.

Im not from the area, but I was having issues with my phone while driving to Dallas so I stopped at this location since it was next to an HEB. Figured I would get two things done at once. It busy when I went in, but I immediately acknowledged by the staff and told they would be right with me. I walked around to see what was new, and then I was approached by Tannya. She was so nice and had a lot of patience with me. Im not very good at using all technology and knowing how to work it. She helped me step by step and answered any questions I had. Would definitely Make it my go to location if I lived in the area. Wish everyone had exceptional customer service like she does.

This store is the bomb!!! I was extremely frustrated with T Mobile and was ready to go elsewhere. I went into the store and the Store Manager, Jason Gomez helped me. He went above and beyond to help me. He then turned me over to Leslie to complete my order. She was very patient and thorough. The store was very busy, but she took her time and made sure that I was comfortable with everything. There was another customer there that was upset and she made sure that everyone knew it. Travis was helping her and he did a fantastic job in trying to please her. All around great experience.

MetroPCS has awesome deals and this store in particular is my favorite. I travel from San Marcos to Kyle just for the type of customer service. I wanted to deduct a star because of how busy they are, but its not their fault. Plan your trip to this store, you might spend more than 20 mins.

I love what t-mobile offers, but sometimes their storefront sucks due to bad customer service. This one, however, is amazing and the people that work here really make an effort to take care of you and dont try to charge you for silly things like a new sim card when you get a new phone. Good stuff.

Edited review so I could give more details on my horrible experience here. I went to this location to do my recall for my Note 7. I had called customer service before hand to double check how was this supposed to be done, and I was told that it was required to be done at a T-Mobile location and I was also informed that the store was required to get me the phone the that I have (i.e. I have a black Note 7, then I get a black Note 7). If the store didnt have my phone, then the store was supposed to order it for me and have it delivered at the store without any issues. So when I first arrived after I waited about 20 minutes (lots of traffic at the store), the sales rep decided to skip me and tried to take care of someone else coming in, maybe because she already knew that I was trying to do a recall since I had told them when I arrived. From the start, I could tell that she wanted to do anything possible to get rid of me and get on with her sales. Then another sales rep decided to ask me if there was anything wrong with my phone, and if there wasnt anything wrong then I shouldnt do the recall. Are you kidding me? This is all over the media that these phones need to be returned, no questions asked. Then Im told that they only have the silver phone, and I politely asked if they can just order the black Note 7 for me. They both start arguing with me going all over the place, from saying that I needed to pay for the shipment and even stating that I was still going to have to pay some sort of fee for the recall no matter what. Their attitude and their lack of training was unbelievable, and to add to this there was no manager on sight of course. The first rep tried to call customer service, during this call she was talking with whoever was on the phone with a very condescending tone saying things like Well he says that his phone is dangerous, then she decided to hang up on the customer service rep because her co-worker told her that I just needed to wait for next shipment and come by early if I want to get lucky to get my phone. These people dont care about the customers, these people should not be working for T-Mobile or any customer service related job. All they want is to make a sale and if its not possible they want you out as soon as possible. I ended up going to a location in Austin and got everything taken care of. I already called customer service and let them know about this location. Hopefully theyll get their priorities right, train their people, and most of call teach them that their job includes taking care of the customer, not just making sales.

Do not go here. They will lie straight to your face and sign you up for way more expensive plans than you want, its really not worth it. go to the T-Mobile store On William Cannon and Mopac, they will tell you straight and no hidden agendas. It took me calling back and forth with corporate customer service to get everything sorted out, my bill was $299 which I was told that is what I signed up for, but it wasnt. once I got it all sorted out got it down to $130 super big difference. I was told I had a normal account and they signed me up for a business account, and finding out they lied and told me that it was actually cheaper, and they get commission on that, so they will tell you everything and anything to make money, dont believe them, they will steal your money and not care, go to another location.

Worst customer service Ive had in ANY kind of store. The employee Juan ruined what was the easiest sale he would have had all day. We knew exactly what phone we needed and walked in with cash in hand. To start off, we waited 25 minutes, there were only 2 people working at 6pm ish, and both were helping 1 customer while the people that were there before me began to walk out. I get it, sometimes your just understaffed ECT. My problem was, that when it was my turn in line, Juan seemed to have carried his frustration from the previous customer on to me. 3 minutes into our conversation he said he needed to get some verification from the primary holder (buying a phone for my wife, her phone is an extra line but she is not the primary ). I then asked if he could try running my name instead as I was an authorized user. As he began to walk away from me, he turned around and said look Im just doing my job. Keep in mind this is 3 minutes after being greeted !!!...I should have walked out then, but instead I continued to allow him to almost make a sale off of me. After moving forward, in his attempts reach the primary holder, he could not figure out that he was calling the wrong number the entire time, he was calling my wifes phone, the phone was ringing in the store !!!! Once my frustrations began to show, he then asked the other employee to come over and help. Im not sure if Juan is new there, maybe he just had a bad day, but that bad attitude and smart mouth is not what I drove my wife and 2 toddlers to his store to receive. It was a waste of our time and ended up walking out with my money and a terrible experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Switched carriers because T-Mobile is the worst. Their staff is very unprofessional and can never get anything done. You call the help line and they give you wrong information and the store associates need further training and better understanding of their product.

I am usually wary of cell-phone retailers, ok, I am usually wary of anything cell-phone related as I am always agreeing to one price & seem to be paying a substantially higher one.....I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service & an effort to find what I wanted versus a hard sell on many expensive items or add-ons. Unfortunately the latter is what I have gotten used to expect at phone retailers.They had a large selection of inventory & even carried the coveted iPhone when the last iteration came out. Transferring phones was an issue, but I didnt get the sense that it was due to any misdeed or lacking on their part. In fact, my agent spent a couple hours to get everything sorted out while I ran local errands. I was impressed enough that I went & brought them cookies as a small then you for their efforts.The reason I dont give them 5 stars is because, with all the on-going changes being made to t-mobile plans to stay competitive, I did have more knowledge about new plans than the store associates did.

My wifes two week old phone dies, it takes 3 days and a lot of complaints and 10 phone calls to get another one and now T-Mobile in kyle has it after he said he didnt then goes on and says oh well the manager has to be here to check it in.
