Kevin at the Verizon store in Kyle was super helpful. He helped us pick out new phones for my husband and me, and was able to save us about $50/month by changing our plans. Thanks, Kevin!I was also impressed with his attitude and work ethic. We were there for quite a while waiting for our turn and then for our phones to transfer. He was multitasking by helping us and other customers at the same time because was the only employee in the store. He deserves a raise!

Purchased a new Samsung phone, screen protector and case. Overcharged $40.00 on the phone, $25.00 on the screen protector and $30.00 on the case.We trusted the salesman Kevin, was giving us current competitive prices. After getting home and looking at other businesses, even the Verison web site, we found that we were overcharged on all three items.Make sure you go to an authorized dealer! Not a scam store like this one in Kyle.

I’ve not been to this town for some time so talking with this guy Kevin did what he could bring that the day was dragging. He stayed up beat throughout the whole process. Madison greeted us as soon as we entered. She was extremely attentive without being intrusive. Madison knew her store and her products. After being in the store for an hour an clearly stating why I was there. When it was close to being my turn I was told that they would take my information to have the manager call me back because the rep couldn’t help Me. He didn’t even look at my account to see what he could do. I wish they would’ve told me that when I walked in and told them what the issue was before having me wait almost an hour and waist my time.

I would highly not recommend this place to anybody to take care of their Verizon issues or to buy a phone They are merely a authorized retailer for Verizon but they do not and are not affiliated with Verizon They are a third-party and they want you to log into your Verizon account so that they can check and see what upgrades or what you have available which is highly suspect I better off looking for an actual Verizon store with Verizon employees whom are background checked and vetted

I walked in prepared to walk out with a new phone. When the device I wanted wasnt available in store, the Verizon team made quick work of getting it brought in from another location. They promptly notified me when my new device came in and the switch over was quick and easy. Very happy with the service provided especially during such difficult times.

04/2020 I went to buy a new phone and attempted to pay in full. The store clerk said that he had to set it up where I payed most of it in cash, but had a $0.50 device payment monthly. Little did I know, he set me up for Device Protection ($12/month) and by today Ive made 11 payments. The phone isnt even worth that much money. Very tricky. I should have caught this sooner.

The guy working there did not accept my license when he had no reason to. He did not accept my social security number or my phone number. He kept insisting on my PIN number which I did not know it at the time. He made me wait 1 hour with customer service. I am the account holder and I have never had this issue nor have I been denied my phone number, social and these are all other forms of identification. I will not be coming back to this store since it seems like your people don’t even want to work there or help us, especially making my family and I wait in the car in this weather.

Visited here about a month ago. Worked with Austin to get updates on our account. His best recommendation was to return at the end of the next billing cycle, 8/25/19. Returned to this store on 8/25/19 and Austin was there and even remembered us. We got the items we needed to removed from the account and started a with a better billing plan. Austin provided excellent professional service. We will be saving approximately$70 each month from previous 2 years. Thank you, Austin.

The moment I walked into the store Austin helped answer all my questions and also come up with the best solution to the problems I was having living out in Wimberley. I was sold air pods and the box was completely unsealed and completely dirty the air pods themselves were even dirty. I went back three times to try to get a refund and they refused. They are a privately owned store so they do not follow corporate policy. Drive a couple miles down to the San Marcos location which is corporately owned. They should not have sold me an unsealed item. Do not waste your time with these clowns, this place is a joke.

Bought a note 9, 1 month it no longer works. I took it in the day I reached 1 month they wouldnt trade it out for another phone basically I got ripped off and there is nothing I can do about it but pay them the phone. Not to mention my phone didnt come with headphones or the sim key which makes me question if they sold me a refurbish phone in place of a new one Im actually getting ready to call them back at 10 a.m. update, my wife went back in to get headphones that were supposed to come with phone and they gave her some random cheap headphones not thinking I was gonna notice. I called back to ask for the Akg headphones that come with phone they guy told me they had none. I told him I simply want what comes with the 1000 dollar phone I purchased.. they still pulled another fast one.. Im so done with this location. Stay away from this location consumers

Walked in and was greeted nicely. Waited a moment and was assisted by a sales person. I explained that I needed a Verizon Sim card for my Apple Air 2. Was told that the charge was $15 and that I needed the phone account number and pin. I didnt have the information so I left. I returned to the store within 10 minutes with the information and had lost my place in line and was waiting to be helped. After 5 minutes, I was asked by a different sales person and then told that they didnt have the Sim card that I needed. I was told I could go to south Austin or San Marcos. There was no offer to check either location to assure they had what I needed. I called San Marcos Verizon. They had the Sim card. The cost 0, gratis, free! I was still at the Kyle Verizon. I went in and asked why they were charging me $15 for something that was free. Theyre answer. Verizon Store in Kyle is not owned by Verizon so they can charge what they want. Buyer beware. Verizon Kyle is not where you want to go. Verizon San Marcos was great customer service and free.

Dont work at this location. I worked really hard at this location only to find out I never received my commission check. Wasted my time. Also, the management there is horrible, customers asked me if I was the manager because the manager did not know ANYTHING! for example, she wanted to submit an insurance claim for a phone because the customer was complaining she was not receiving calls. I took a look at the phone and the device was on do not disturb mode. Something so simple! It had a simple fix and I saved the customer $250! What an idiot!

Do not go to this store! Go to the cooperate one in San Marcos! My husband went in to upgrade his phone, Samuel the employee, added a new line to our account and then claimed that it wasnt him and that we would have to call customer service to take care of it. He was the only one who accessed our account that day and because its not a cooperate store, they get paid for everything that they sell including new lines on accounts. Ive called 4 times to talk to the manager and havent received a call yet weeks later. Verizon cooperate is still trying to clean up the mess he made! These people are con artists!
