The employees here we go out of their way to help you it is wonderful. I would spend hours online trying to do stuff through the app or the Internet they make it so much easier. I will say this make an appointment because if you’re on the waiting list you can be waiting for a very long time. So if there’s anyway to make an appointment I would advise it.
Cristina was the most helpful AT&T employee we’ve ever had. Super informative and accommodating to our needs. She was friendly, quick and patient with all of our questions and we really appreciated her willingness to make sure we had everything taken care of. Someone get this girl a raise. She’s more than deserving of it. :)
Highly Recommend the Store for Service & Purchases ! My wife & I areretired & not up on all the High Tech Phones, I Pads, etc! Fortunately forus, our first contact was Robert, the store manager - we werent aware of that fact when we first walked in! He was professional & took a lots of time explaining all the current programs and discounted offers that were available at the time! He handled everything from start to finish on our transaction and got back to us that day - answering any questions we might have had! Greeted promptly, waited about 5 minutes for service. Sales rep was very courteous and knowledgeable. Offered assistance in setting up new phone and transferring data.Much better service in 2021 in the Kyle store than in the Austin stores I have used in the past (3 and 8 years ago) where there was always a long wait. It may be that they have all gotten better, but I was extremely pleased with the experience in Kyle.

Had a issue with my wifes phone. We went to the Kyle store and within 15 minutes Amber took care of the situation. We were able to reorder the phone. Been with AT&T over 10 years, will not switch to any other company. Amber also show us the ATT TV experience. Returned to the store today, Amber assisted me, once again superb job. Wow I got HBO max, ozone. Thanks AT&T.

I went into ATT frustrated because I felt I was getting the run around trying to get some help with setting up my new phone but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by an exceptional employee. I call my local store because I needed help getting English speaking representative. The gentleman told me there is nothing he could do. He didn’t even try to make me happy. I will not be using AT&T once contract is up. I am tired of misrepresentation of packages/deals and then have to call three months in a row because billing is not correct. Each month I call. They say it’s fixed and I shouldn’t have anymore problems. Here I am again.The worst thing for me is I sat on the phone for 45 minutes with someone from the Philippines. She tried but English so broken we got nowhere. I tried calling the random phone tree at least 20 times and still did NOT get an English representative!!!!! Not okay AT&TI Have been with you for 22 years and this is what I get? If I don’t get a return call from you with an representative who speaks clear English I will be looking elsewhere for service.

Benji was a shining example of the forgotten art of customer service. I was greeted within 5 minutes by him when I showed up. He was patient and informative. He got my new phone set up and even installed the case and glass cover for me. Give that dude a promotion or a raise or both.

The employees today (10/12/20 around 5:40pm) were extremely rude and were practically avoiding all my questions.I’ve been wanting to switch from iOS to Android for sometime now and thought the new Razr was the perfect time.....not at this location.They had no idea how the phone worked, no idea what features it had and wouldn’t even let me touch it (But wanted me to spend $1500+ without looking at it!) I understand things are tight right now and uncertain but at least do your job with a smile on your face.Maybe it’s time to switch to Android indeed...but with Verizon instead.

Maybe a half star. No customer care what so ever. Manager on site wasnt helpful or observant. Another manager was there putting up ads...as if they were a late addition. We are and will always be loyal customers but this location is by far the worst. And thats just coming from me. Not the others that barged out while waiting.

I attempted to purchase service from firstnet which is AT&T s first responder phone plan on their website they have a phone listed however there is no option to purchase it. After calling customer support I was told that I needed to go into a physical location to purchase that particular device. So I had to my nearest AT&T authorized retailer I was told that I needed to go to a corporate store. So I make the drive up to Kyle where I speak to a helpful gentleman who after 20 minutes of waiting tells me that I cannot purchase the phone from him. he offers another phone that is very similar however it lacks the feature sets that I actually need. This isnt the stores fault this is a failure of AT&T.
Went in not knowing what are options were to upgrade our phones but franklin was the biggest help to us with answering all of our questions and concerns will definitely be coming back for his help when needed, ask for him on your next visit!
Avoid this location at all costs, save yourself the trouble and connect your own service over the phone. All you’ll get there is snarky mouth breathers with 0 incentive to help.Apparently none of the associates had enough training or motivation to transfer my wife’s and my Existing service. This is after I told them that a AT&T representative over the phone said we Could in fact transfer. Manny’s response? “Then why didn’t you get them to do it over the phone?”. Well Manny, normally I choose to go into the store as it is usually easier to communicate with someone in person and see the options in front of you (I was wrong). Left the store that was 5 miles away from my house and got my service switched over the phone with a representative located in South Africa in roughly 15 minutes (spent an hour at the store). I then called the store At 7:40pm to speak with the manager (Eddie or Billy, who knows if it was even a real person) and question why they were not able to perform the same task And was purposefully put on hold until 8:00pm, I had hope they would be professional enough to say that Eddie/Billy was busy and to try again tomorrow, nope.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.I got added to my husbands business line, all I needed was for them to change my SIM card to my new iPhone & cancel my existing line. Tell me why William said my husband had to call in to customer service to authorize me on the account. So he went on to help another customer which is fine. After 20 minutes of not checking on me I flagged him down to remind him I don’t need to be authorized on the account I just need to put my SIM card in and cancel my line. It was a oh I didn’t realize that was what you were trying to do. I also asked if they could transfer my photos like I’ve always been able to do at an AT&T store & they said they do not do that?!?So he put my SIM card in and said he’d be with me in a little. 43 minutes pass by, i set up my Apple ID by myself and finally flag him down to see if I can cancel my existing phone since I am on my husbands business plan, & he tells me I can call customer service to do that.I nicely let him know that information could’ve been told to me 43 minutes ago. I honestly have never experienced horrible service at AT&T beforehand. I will visit another store near my work which is customer focused.Just because you are the only AT&T store in Kyle doesn’t give you guys the right to not pay more attention to your customers. Beware of this store.

Agent slammed my account with unwarranted add ons when I bought two new devices. Make sure to check your bill if you are upgrading your device at this place. It took months to recoup the excess charges because their call center support is absolute garbage.
Took my phone to verify if there was internal damage from recent fall. Even though AT&T not my service provider, the persons at this location took time to help this little ole lady and explain what was wrong with it. Thank u for helping. Great experience.

I came in the store yesterday with a problem with being able to go on internet while on the phone and to send group video messages. Franco was very helpful and had me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. He was very professional and gave great service.
The worse experience walked in was in there for 15 minutes not once was I greeted. Two employees were with customers the other two were talking to each other. However, after me two more patrons walked in & they were greeted by 3 workers. I was by the male African American & I commented on how I never got a greeting he said well Im busy with a Customer, I said I realize that but not once did you or the other two acknowledged my presence like you just did the two new customers. I was so embarrassed & appalled. I have been with sprint for over 25 yrs was looking to purchase the new galaxy Note & switch providers but no thanks that store is horrible & the worse Customer service experience in my lifetime. You dont even deserve a star.

The employees there are VERY NASTY. I dont know how they can stay in business. They dont care about providing decent customer service. They care ONLY about money. I say run to another store because you will regret going there.
Today I visited the att Kyle location. I was having issues with my iPhone 6. And I had some questions about my business account. Franco and another young guy were able to answer all my questions. They where kind funny and professionals. It was one of my best experiences I have ever had with att customer service.
Got some great help, employees knew exactly what they were doing and there was always at least 1 person waiting for the next customer. Looks like they were staffed perfectly.

Ive been here a hand full of times and all have been pleasant experiences, with friendly staff. Most recent being April who sold me my LG G4. Then the very next day I dealt with Franklin, who helped me transfer existing phones to my plan. Both were patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and very personable.Some of the other complaints on here seemed silly. Not sure what the deal was in those situations, but Id do business at this location again.

Adriane Estrada whom did not even want to give me his name because I told him i was gonna file a complaint with this store he told me to leave his store and that he did not want my services anymore. Aaa excuse me Mr Estrada I have a contract with AT&T and it is my choice to cancel not yours! You may be the mgr in charge that day but you are not the owner! For something was just a simple fix he made it out rageous! To make a long story short I ended up having to call the cops 👮 and real quick he wrote down his name for the cops and his name was given to me. I’m now waiting for a call from your upper management and they will be known everything that! Happened I can’t believe you are “a manager!”

Yesterday went get a new iPhone for my Daughter ..the guy that help us did not bother to help me undestand anything. just stay silent all prosses .at the end he said thats it .never smile ..I gave him one stat because when we got there he said hello !!! And when we left he opened the door for us and said have a good day .
ATT has the worst customer service everywhere. They make you go to a store to resolve any issues...they cant help you without a pin code, so you have to visit a store to get your pin. Customer service has NO other way of looking up your acct. 2 months with ATT was too long and they used to be one of the best companies. Not anymore.
Went in today to sign up for their first responder deal they have advertised was in there for two hours and accomplished literally nothing the guy helping me had to try to sign me up four times still couldnt figure it out to the point where I had to leave because he got nowhere he left and went to the back room for an hour and didnt even tell me where he went

Worst service Ive ever received through AT&T - everybody here is in a clique of some sort & the employees take breaks in between laughing with each other - while with the customer - not helping to help facilitate in-store assistance. Several times I caught the acting manager get rude over the phone to customers. I will never use this store again and I request this location receive an immediate retraining program.
