When my iphone was not charging properly because of dirt/debris in the charging port, the great staff there cleaned it thoroughly free of charge for me. It charged like a champ thereafter. I really appreciate the service and highly recommend this location to others. :-)

Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Didnt completely fix my phone twice but still charged me to fix it. Poor communication about follow up steps.

My husbands phone was not working. We thought it had water damage because it was dropped into our son’s bath. We took it in and when we picked it up, they said all they did was clean it up a little-free of charge. They said little to no water damage was found. These guys could have charged us whatever they thought would be appropriate. The integrity these guys have must be noted! They’ll be getting a gift from us delivered for their impeccable service.

Great service! came in to get a battery change on my phone, dropped it off no hassle, they finished in a timely manner. Shortly after leaving my screen was unresponsive so i came back in to have it checked out, Scott was extremely professional about it and took it in to have it looked at/repaired. If they say two hours bet on four, repair substandard but since it was an insured phone repair ya cant pick the location.

My grandson place two disks into his Xbox One and the folks at uBreakiFix were able to remove them and ensure that the disk drive still worked. This was an easy fix for them and well worth the cost.

This review is based on solely we called to try and get pricing to fix our 7-9 year old laptop fixed as its reached the ending of its life, and based on what I kind of figured, itll cost about same for new one and Robert was VERY informative and helpful as to what type to get based on what wed do. I was so happy to find this place on Monday. The night before, I dropped my iphone X and the screen cracked :(Robert was quick to help, is super knowledgeable and thoroughly examined my phone to check and see if anything else was wrong which I definitely appreciated. It was about 1:45, and it was done by 2:30, so that gave me a chance to run to HEB and then drop my groceries off at home.Super quick!Thank you so much again!

Be sure to get the online quote if you go here. Then be prepared for them to not honor the price or appointment time. I had to turn into a total Karen to get the price quote that was given online. That was after the owner came out because i was really ticked off. Owner was nice but manager seemed like he didnt understand business or people at all. I decided to call around to other chains and got my original price quote somewhere else. I wouldnt doubt it if they are taking all kinds of shortcuts to save a buck and rip you off. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go.

This place is absolutely awesome!!!!!! Big KUDOS to Robert! Not only was he extremely helpful with what I needed, he was also very considerate concerning the price of things! In fact, when we found out one of my computers battery ports could not be reapaired, he didnt even charge me for the inspection and cleaning! This led me to bring another computer in for some upgrades in both hardware and software. You rarely find this kind of professional, caring, and expedient service anymore! If I could rate Robert and the location with 10 stars, I would!

I want to thank Miguel for doing such a great job on my phone! The cracked screen was bugging the heck out of me and he was able to fix it quickly on my day off. I recommend this shop for anyone that needs things quickly but without sacrificing quality work.

Great place to fix your phone. This has been my second time here and the service they have provided has been exceptional. Went above and beyond my repairs. Went in to replace our batteries on our phones and came out with a new screen and screen protector on hubby’s phone because the screen cracked while taking off old screen protector. We had no idea screen was cracked under screen protector, and they didn’t ask us, therefore they fixed at no extra cost. I highly recommend but don’t go in trying to pull a fast one on them because of my review. They do good work and treat customers fairly, so do the same towards them also.I will have to take my phone in tomorrow because the camera is foggy but I know they will make it right and try to fix the problem.

I stopped in to have the charging port on my iPad fixed. In less than five minutes they got what was stuck in it out and didn’t even charge me! Great place, friendly staff. I highly recommend them!

Had them repair cracked ipad glass from when I dropped it at work. Returned to me in timely fashion but the glass cracked next day when it got hot in the sun. Refused to honor warranty, said just by looking at it you dropped it. Took to another repair shop and they pointed out and showed me the ipad was slightly bent and the glass would have not lasted long.Im sure they are good and have done good work for others. They were pretty careless in recommending a repair for my device or afraid to tell me the device is irreparable.

My iphone wasnt charging properly and i took it to them because I thought it was a lightning port issue. They checked the lightning port and battery to see where the issue was coming from. They recommended that I bought a new charger and if the problem persisted, I should get a new phone instead.I offered to pay them something for their time spent on even looking at my phone but they declined. In times like this where all businesses especially small businesses need money, they stood by their principle and declined my offer.Thank you for your patience and how you guys conduct your business. I wish you success and i will not hesitate to use yall in future if i need yalls services.

Went in to see if they could get a scratch on my phone, off. They tried a product they sell on it, but didnt work. Staff refunded me. They were very courteous as well. Certainly will go back if the needs arises.

The A key cap came off my work laptop. After a week of trying to fix it myself, I called UBreakIFix to see if I could set up an appt. As follow-up, Robert called me to say that if I could bring in the laptop right away, perhaps they could fix it while I wait. They did and at no charge. We wont forget this! Brought my phone to get my screen fixed. Face ID was disabled and it only lasted two months before it went bad again. Dont have warranty apparently. Bad service and inexperienced workers.I honestly do not recommend this place. Go elsewhere
