I had the worst experience in this store. I had been to 3 other T-Mobile stores looking for a particular phone. It was an easy question, quickly answered, but not at this store. The girl who waited on my insisted on looking up my account before she would tell me if the phone was in stock. I guess that is why it took so long to get waited on. I was about to ask for a transfer code so I could switch carriers, but decided instead to drive back to the Buda store where I had the most professional person assist me. (64 Old San Antonio Road). It was well worth the drive. I will never return to this store.

This might be the worst customer experience Ive ever had. (No one at this store was rude, but as unhelpful as can be) I was in a hurry and I bought a new phone, nothing crazy but more money than I was paying before. The salesman told me I would be getting a rebate if I signed up for the Magenta Max plan. I said thats cool, but thats too much money for me I would like the middle plan. He told me that my netflix was going to be covered so the medium plan made more sense than the base plan (its like a 5 dollar difference)I clearly asked him how they would cover my netflixif I already had one. He said they would see my emails were attached and they would stop charging me. (Not how it works)I had issues with connecting my phone, so I showed up the next day. There were two salesman for 8 guests. They could only pay attention to one at a time. They had no knowledge on how to handle multiple guests and one or two left. I wish I could have. One person (essentially told me there was nothing he could do) although I had a text desribing my issue from T Mobile. The next was more helpful, but as soon as I had to make a phone call related to the issue he was helping the next guest. She was buying a phone and there was no way he was going to help me again. I waited again just to be helped. I at this time was not a paying customer so I was at the bottom of the list.I get my first phone bill and it looked a little high. I called customer support and loe and behold I am paying for the premium account (the one I was clear in not wanting) I said, well now I have it I might as well get my rebate. Nobody knew anything and I was given no information about it from my salesman. Customer support tried but after multiple times them telling me they would call back they never did.A month later I am looking at my bank statement and I see my Netflix was charged. My salesman lied (or misled, or simply didnt know) and now I was paying maximum money, no netflix covered, and after all that I got no rebate. This place/company is a joke and I wish I had never switched. Buyer beware

5 Star stellar service. This T-Mobile store, next to HEB, houses smart pros who know what theyre doing. In three visits I dealt with Jamel, Troy, Chris and Michael. I needed help, I had abandoned Boost, I went to them to see what they offered. Wow. Bought a new phone, got a new account, got discounts and PERKS that I didnt know about, they took care of Boost. I just sat and watched.One important note, they took the time to acknowledge those folks waiting in line - yep its a good feeling knowing youre next. *****

Was disappointed had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to bring my repaired trailer from back fenced in area after waiting 15 minutes to pay the bill. Took almost 30 minutes total to pick up my trailer.

Theres so much to be disappointed on this store. Im no a king to pay homage but comun costumer service is not hard. First, they have a sing on some part of the door that said no more than 10 person, but how in the word you know there is 10 person if not by getting inside, at the same time someone yell you to go out because they are full, so you have to wait outside under the sun. While I wait about 30 minutes. The lady employee Em* have no idea what type of deals are going on tmobile. When we ask about the phone we want she reply that they have it just need to get it in the security vault. She came back that need to wait another 10 minutes because is lock. I have no idea what she was doing then. Then came back we another phone we didnt ask saying that they dont have the phone I was looking. She claim they never get inventory check. So I guess they go by *lets hope we have something*. After losing about 2 hours we have to go to another place. Let me tell you that this is the second time I try this store with the same mediocre costumer.

I visited the T-Mobile in Kyle because I lost my iPhone and needed to buy another. Upon entering the front door I was immediately greeted by Collin. Collin was an amazing help and salesman. Offered me all the deals as the average salesman does but when I said all I wanted was a phone nothing more that was that. He did not push and was very polite. I told him all I wanted to do was swipe my card and that’s exactly how it went. Definitely my best experience at T-Mobile. Ask for Collin!

I love coming to this store! Everyone is always very knowledgeable and helpful! Five stars to the assistant manager Collin and the sale associates Troy and Garth! I went in to pay my phone bill and they started telling me about their awesome deals! I walked out of there with a new line and new phone at a great price!! Thank you so much for the great service! Love being a part of T-Mobile!

This store continues to disappoint me. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years and can never seem to go into this store and get anything done. Today was a perfect example. Going into a store, the guy has the phone that I want to buy and then he says, oh, sorry, we cant sell you the phone. Our system is down.A good business would find a way to make a transaction happen.

Horrible experience with Chris. Promised me a lower bill and needed up with a higher bill. Went back and he gave me some excuse about bill fluctuations. So I have it a few more months. We are now 8 months in and paying $30 more a month when he assured me multiple times I would be paying $30 less. Avoid this location if you value your budget. Chris is NOT interested in saving you money. My guess is that he probably made a pretty good commission by getting me to switch my plan.

For the second time I have been told I cant turn in a phone with no problems and get a new phone. When i go to turn it in they tell me oh sorry you have to deal with the balance of your old phone and now pay for the new one as well. Once over the phone customer service now in store. What do I get offered 50.00 after I have got stuck with almost 800.00 in fees for being lied too twice. Been with them for 5 yrs. If I cant get another carrier to help pay off my account finishing up my contract and I am out. No one knows what they are doing. Just ask a question or hell verify before you screw somone. Unfortunately sorry doesnt fix the issues. Customer service is a thing of the past. I just love the direction companies are going.

I was having issues getting information from both Tmobiles in San Marcos, I called Kyle and Chris answered. The only reason I give him 4 is because I havent actually done the sale in store yet with him, but he was 200% more knowledgable about the claims process and JUMP program than the reps in San Marcos. Thanks Chris!

I worked with an associate by the name of Chris I believe. From the start, I just felt a bad vibe and poor customer service as soon as we walked into the door. I was trying to switch my number to someone elses account-He carelessly says he cant help with that and that we need to call 611 and pretty much pushed us off. I called the support line anyway who also talked to Chris while in store to instruct him on how to begin the process. He attempts to help me and says he basically cannot because he does not have access to info being requested. I simply asked if he could call into the support line to see if they could walk him through the process or if had another way to get this taken care of. He says he is just going to get the same people that i would get when calling 611 and no other suggestions. He also responds with I have been here for three years. I know what Im doing. At this point, i am furious with his lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help me as a CUSTOMER, so I ask if he could get me someone else to work with and his response was OK, yeah no problem! I then ask him to grab a manager for me and he said he was one which I highly doubt! All I can say is Chris sucks!!! If I hadnt already had an account and T-Mobile didnt have such good plans, I definitely would have taken my business elsewhere. Stay away from this location!!

I warn everyone about T-mobile. I was a customer for over 10 years. I ported my numbers over with all devices paid off and received a $1000 bill 3 months later. Be warned about joining a company that exploits you if you ever decide to leave.

They do not honor T-mobile advertised prices. When I mentioned price from T-mobile website that was lower than their store price, the sales guy snickered, Get it online then. This store would rather a sure customer walk away than sell him/her a service at current market prices. Just terrible way to conduct business.
