Exceptional customer service with exceptional staff. Would gladly make the drive over here again.

I was just there on Monday at 1:10pm. The lady working there was very unhelpful and rude. She acted like I was bothering her and wasting her time, then while I was asking a question she started helping a person that came in after me and blew me off. Needless to say, I didn’t get service here. I was going to get a mobile data line and then discuss moving over 6 other lines 🤷‍♀️

FRAUDULENT STAFF!Antonia Montoya helped me and she tried to tell me I needed to pay cash for both iphones. I didnt understand why I needed to pay cash. She then proceeded to tell me that she could give me both phones under the table for 300 all together if I could give her the money cash. I never have had this happen to me. EVER! I ended up just getting a phone from Sprint. Are all cricket stores like this?
