I went in the place and asked for Doug who was the owner of the auto care facility and he had a mechanic to diagnose the problem, and it was determined that it likely was the power steering pump that needed to be replaced. Well, Doug gave me a quote which was more than reasonable against other mechanics/garages in the immediate area. So I brought in the car a day later @8 AM and it turned out to be not the pump, but the power steering pressure line. The car was finished and I am quite happy with their level of professionalism and the services rendered. I recommend this place for your automotive repairs!

They were able to get the part needed a lot quicker than expected. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday night after closing and picked it up on a Thursday afternoon. I do have a slight complaint about someone forgetting some used paper towels in the car but they got her up and running and were super friendly and personable about it.

Doug is about customer service! Jiffy Lube told me that my previous oil change (with Doug) damaged my oil pan. Not true!...and Doug gave me a free oil change! Been going to Doug for years...always satisfied.

Purchased a vehicle from them in September/October 2020. The ad mentioned that the Timing Chains were replaced, this is why I paid over book value, four (4) months later, Timing Chain got loose and tore up the motor. Thanks Cedar Bluff Auto Care, I wont be recommending you to anyone I know. I should of known you were shady after you didnt provide paper-work of said work performed.

I had a flat tire and needed a new one to get back to work on time. Doug had a new tire and me in and out in no time, even made it back to work on time.

Im taking my car here from now on: Ive asked Firestone to look at my brakes three times now, and every time they said they were fine. I finally took my car here and found out that my front brakes were fine, but my rear brakes (which are apparently harder to get to) were way out of alignment. They listened to me and took the time to check the back instead of only looking at the front and calling it good. No more screeching when I brake and I couldnt be happier.

Ive been going there for over 10 years. Doug has always been helpful. When I get an oil change and he notices a problem or potential problem he will let me know, give me the facts, and let me decide what to do. I highly recommend them to work on your car.

They do EXCELLENT work, and I have always been so happy with them. They never do anything to your car without calling and asking you for the go-ahead first, and they always know how to diagnose and fix the problem, however formidable. They go above and beyond with customer service; they were even kind enough to drive me home the last time my car was towed there. I feel like their prices are fair, and that I can always trust them with my vehicle. Theyve secured me as a loyal customer from here on out.

Popped a tire because I hadnt rotated them in a long time, and by luck pulled in here. They pointed out my other front tire was about to go. In around 2 hours, they replaced both front tires and realigned for $230 after taxes. Seems like they know what they are doing.

Terrible customer service in the reception desk. Not professional at all. Ask me to book an appointment to just diagnose the engine signal and tell me going to take 2 hour to do that! I went to jiffy lube only take 10 min to check it!

I had my car towed here & I told them Im sure it is a clogged fuel filter & fuel pump. They ran a test & I was right. They quoted me almost $900.00! $500. For fuel pump alone! I told them I am having it towed by a friend. They charged me $113. For diagnosis & that was with AAA discount. Western ave auto charged $150. To put parts on & now runs great! The fuel pump at o rieliys was $75.00 filter $ 12.00 Total for fixing my car AT A different place $237.00!!!! Not $900. !!

Every time I went here they messed something up on my car or didnt even attempt to fix it... I said forget it Ill go somewhere else ... and I did.There was squealing when I turned/ braked and my starter needed fixed they acted like this was a non existent problem which eventually got worse and they proceeded to lie to my face saying everythings fineIt also takes them 30-45min to change oil. Uhhh yeah no thanks ya lost my business!!

I feel I was overcharged on labor for a brake line they replaced. And guess what? They brake line failed again and I almost got in another wreck... Im hoping warranty will help on fixing all of them at a different Napa center.

Do not expect them to stand behind their services when they are sub par. Very poor experience that cost me more money with another repair shop because of their neglect.

Im not from around here so I was uneasy about finding a new mechanic but i found this mechanic thru AAA and they seem genuine and nice, he explains what was wrong with my car and gives a receipt and explains the charges. Glad I found this place!

Been going here since I was 16 years old . Sadly have to say they are no longer the place to go. Customers first is not the case here any longer. Lost my entire families business. They had a chance to do the right thing and the response from management was what was I supposed to do? Wrong answer . Mechanics and trust go hand in hand.
