I would give this place negative stars if it were possible. The previous owner, Lance, was great! The new owner of this garage was very unprofessional. The service was unsatisfactory and the new owner was confrontational. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Find somewhere else for your automotive needs.
No call back or information at all. Haven’t answered the phone in days, no way to leave voice mail. Just horrible customer service. Would never suggest to anyone.
You will not find a better mechanic! He is very very knowledgeable!
A friend of mine recommend this location to me for any maintenance I would need. When getting my oil changed, I was informed by the tech that my transmission fluid might have a small leak. A few days later i take my car to Beaver Ridge Automotive and my leaks were fixed in a few hours and for a decent price! I look forward to having my AC fixed in the next month by this location!Thanks guys.
Don’t usually complain about stuff but when it comes to my car. I took my car to Beaver ridge automotive and the people seamed nice and caring to the problem my car was having.they got my car done and I picked it up and the same problem and a few more problems started.when I called to tell them what was going on I was told I had an attitude buy the grumpy lady on the phone clearly I’m already mad because I paid never ridge automotive to brake my car.the worst service ever if you want your car fixed correct take it far away from here !
Great Automotive Center. Lance does a great job on all of our vehicles. This is an honest place, I can go up there and not be who-doed like alot of other businesses will do when a woman walks in. They are friendly and very informative.
Quality diagnostics, great service center. If you have any complex diagnostic or electrical issue; they will fix it for a reasonable price.
Had engine replaced in 2015....overheating issues from the beginning. Multiple attempts to resolve problem to no avail. Attempted to have replaced under warranty. Owner would not give original sales receipt to do so. Found out recently the motor was not purchased from where he said it was. Explains why i could never get receipt thus have problem solved. Keeping it on the road with lots of oil and antifreeze in vehicle until I can afford to replace what was fixed.
Cheap prices, good service. Just has a longer wait time.
Very disappointed in how these people/management did a elderly lady by telling her a radiator was bad leaking antifreeze on the belt causing the belt to come off when in turn the bolts in the water pump pulley was taken out or loosened SHAME on you. She draws less than 900. A month and does not to treated theThis way
I could not get my car repaired. I was Out at 7 o’clock in the morning and it was 25°Stranded. I asked for help and they said no. They did not offer a phone or to hangout for a bit or anything. Bad service
