Please do not waste your time. Switched from Toyota to Nissan due to the attractive warranty on their trucks. However, getting something repaired under warranty is an absolute nightmare. I was told that the warranty was not valid as a result of a wire being rubbed underneath the seat. The seat adjusts every time I enter/exit the vehicle. When I asked what I could have done differently to prevent this? No answer. Apparently if Nissan designs something poorly, they dont cover that in the big fancy warranty. Please, keep shopping if youre considering this dealership or Nissan in general. Too many other companies out there to settle for poor service.
This is probably the nicest, friendliest group of people I’ve ever seen at work at a car dealership. It must be a great place to work. They handled the recall service on my car quickly.
I had been looking for a Nissan Titan Pro 4x for a few weeks and was unable to find the color and deal that I wanted. I found the truck I wanted on the Rusty Wallace web page only to visit their lot over the weekend and find it was already gone. I submitted an inquiry via email on the Rusty Wallace web page that Sunday without really expecting a response.I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text message Monday morning from Jon Haynes asking me what I was interested in. I replied back that I had came out to look at a truck that was posted on the web site but it wasnt there. He told me that it had sold on Saturday but if I would come in and talk to him about what I was looking for that he could absolutely locate one for me.I went to their showroom and Jon met me there. He first offered me a snack or a soft drink and had me to sit down at his desk and tell him what I was looking for. I figured since what I wanted wasnt there that he would offer to find a truck I wanted and charge me a big delivery fee to get it brought in.It turns out that he did find a truck that met all of my wishes. It was at this point that we started talking trade-in value for my truck and the price of the new truck. Jon talked to the Sales Manager Dewayne and came back with an offer on my truck and a price for the truck I was wanting that included the trade difference. I wasnt happy with the first offer so I wasnt going to waste anymore of their time but Jon insisted that Dewayne would work with me to earn my business. I decided to see if that was true so we negotiated back and forth a few times until we agreed on a deal. Dewayne told me he wasnt going to let me leave there unhappy and he proved it!Jon told me he would get the new truck delivered by the next day so I could check it out and see if I still wanted it before I actually signed a purchase contract. He called me the next day to inform me that the truck was there and I could come and check it out.I headed there once again figuring the price would be different since it had to be brought in from another state. I was wrong again, the price did not change any from what I had agreed on and the truck was exactly what I wanted and more!I signed the purchase contract and afterwards Jon immediately took me around and introduced me to everyone in the service department so I would be comfortable when scheduled services come around. While in the service department Sarah offered me snacks and something to drink and assured me the service department would do everything possible to keep me happy with my new trucks service.Jon then took the time to go over all of the new technology and safety features on my new truck before I could leave. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! If you need a new vehicle I suggest you go see Dewayne and Big Jon at Rusty Wallace Nissan on Clinton Highway!

Great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. We traded for a new 2021 rogue. Drew was our sales guy and he did a fabulous job. Sales department was fine for me. Granted it’s been a few years so things may have changed. Salesman wasn’t pushy. We did the pass the paper across the table a few times but nothing shady. My beef is with the service department. I keep getting emails from them and it prompted me to review. I originally was having the dealer do the service but after finding out they don’t use the right oil for the vehicle and then playing it off as “interchangeable” I decided to service the car for myself instead. I’m sorry but 5w30 oil is not interchangeable with a vehicle that requires 0w20. You can’t trust a service department that doesn’t even bother to use the correct oil.

I bought a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership when it was Fenton Nissan. Within a few weeks, the front end was making a cranking noise when I turned left. They said they couldnt find anything wrong with it. I took it back later when it became Rusty Wallace Nissan. They told me the same thing, even though the noise had gotten worse and was happening whether I turned left or right. I took the car out to oak ridge Nissan. I got the same response there except the manager of the service department, flat out lied to me and told me there were other things wrong with the car, which was not true. I went back to Rusty Wallace Nissan and ask them to check it again because it was still under warranty. I just got the runaround. They were quite rude to me as well. I took the car out to the Nissan dealership on Kingston Pike. They told me the boot was torn on the front end and was the reason that car was making the cranking noise. They wanted over $700 to fix it. I called corporate office about it and left a message about my concern. I missed a call back from the girl who reached out to me, let me turn her call at least three times. She never would get back to me. Bottom line Nissan didnt want to pay for the damage that was done to the car 3 weeks after I bought it. The car is now having troubles with the transmission! This is a very common issue in Nissan vehicles. They wont address that either; none of them will. I found out who the owner of Rusty Wallace Nissan is and know where he lives. I planned to write a letter to him and put it in his mailbox. His neighbor said he was a good-hearted honest man. Time will tell! I personally would never buy another Nissan. I will be going back to Toyota when I have the means!

Everyone was very polite. My new truck was damaged during delivery, and they said they would contact me for repairs. I have yet to hear from them. Tire pressure was at 47psi when I took possession according to the tpms. I confirmed with a tire pressure tool. Suppose to be 35psi. I feel I got a fair deal. Im very happy with the new Frontier.

I bought a new 2020 Rogue sport and I couldnt be happier with the the pleasant experience I had there. Right from the sale they were on it, getting me the best financing I could have ever imagined. My rate is 10% lower than any other financial institution I had checked before going to purchase. This includes my own bank, which is in fact where Rusty Wallace ultimately got me financing.As for service, I have been back 3 times now for routine service (Oil change, minor warranty work, tire rotation etc. and they were exceptional from check-in to checkout.

My wife had her oil change and tire rotation here. They were very thorough and told her that the engine air filter and cabin air filter will most likely need to be replaced next service. They also washed the vehicle. Its good to know that your wife is comfortable taking a car in to an automotive service shop. That really gives me peace of mind. Unlike Biden, I know Rusty Wallace Nissan will do the right thing.

Rust Wallace Nissan saved us big time! We were in town from Cincinnati, OH for a wedding and then we were heading to Myrtle Beach when our car decided to have some miss fires (on a Saturday). We pulled in around 8:15 and Dale got us in there no problem! They fixed the problems and got us out of there just in time for the wedding! I would 100% recommend using there service area!

I was in the neighborhood and needed an oil change and did not have an appointment at the Nissan dealership to which I usually go, so I stopped in. I asked if I could get an oil change without an appointment and was told yes. There was only one person ahead of me in line and did not have to wait very long. The service was completed just as I asked and it was nice to incorporate this errand into that particular days schedule.
I went to Rusty Wallace Nissan Saturday May 29, 2021 and had the best car buying experience I could imagine. The customer service they offer is beyond compare. They even drove my son to work in Powell and delivered my new car to my house since I didnt have another driver with me. John Legg, Papaw (David) and Gene were so nice, they made my kids and I feel right at home. Plus, my kids loved the snacks.

Went here yesterday to look at a beautiful Toyota 4 Runner. David Green was the sales person who helped me and he did an amazing job getting me my dream car. I have wanted this car for 21 years. I am so happy with the whole process and all of the staff of Rusty Wallace Nissan.
Service department is horrible. We took our vehicle there for a bad wheel bearing. They tried to sell us 2 new tires and an alignment for well over $700. After we picked our vehicle up, I inspected the tires and they are not worn as they said. They also said our vehicle had been washed and it hadnt been. I called and asked for a refund for the money that we paid for the diagnostic fee ($148) and they refused. We wasted money and time with them and our vehicle still isnt fixed. Dont be like us. Take your car somewhere else.
They all are extremely friendly and accommodating in every way. My daughter and I, both nurses, first visited their business as they gave nurses free oil changes last year. I was very impressed then as I was today. Also have complimentary snacks and drinks while you wait.

I bought my car new in 2018 which was a great experience. The car salesman Marcus did a wonderful job. But I am here to brag on the service department. I have mainly worked with Dale in the service department when handling any issue with my car. He has always been the best to work with. He always keeps me informed with any problems founds, prices, and etc. The other staff are great too but Dale has always been my go to guy there. Anytime I drop my car off I know it is in good hands. Sorry Dale if I made your days busier LOL but you deserve the recognition!!!!

Our salesman, Zack, was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our new Nissan Kicks. The atmosphere is energetic, the employees are all extremely friendly, and above all, you dont have to spend all day there to get a good deal! They have made lifetime customers of my family.Tip: When you are ready to buy, call first and get the process started. I sent Zack all of our paperwork for financing first and he had everything ready when we arrived. He even had the car we talked about pulled in front ready for us to drive it.

Everyone here was super nice. I took my car in for an oil change. They made sure they had all my details correct and told me that if they found anything they would call me. It took them an hour to change my oil, oil filter, and wash my car. When it came time to pay, the person checking me out was super helpful and friendly. The process was smooth from start to finish. After I picked up my car, they sent me a booklet noting what on my car needed fixing, as well as giving me an estimate of how much it would cost, but they did not pressure me to perform any services. I would highly recommend this place if your vehicle needs servicing.

John Legg was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. He showed me all of the features on my new vehicle and showed me on an iPad. My brother in law from New York broke down right near Knoxville coming from Charlotte to Kentucky to visit me. The car {an Altima} was towed to Rusty Wallace Nissan. Come to find out the control arm had broken but was covered by a recall. My brother in law was undecided as to trading in the vehicle or not. The sales team worked with him in testing possible vehicles, but ultimately he decided not to trade. Regardless, the sales team was extremely friendly and helpful. I know that when I need to update my Murano or Titan, I will definitely drive the 100 miles from Kentucky down to work with that stellar sales team. They are a great group of genuine Christians.
