Arrived on time, they took my details and went to work. They were quick and responsive to my needs, provided me coffee and/or water. Total cost was what I had expected. Everyone there is very pleasant and professional, I think they enjoy what they are doing.

I received a digital copy of an invoice via text message detailing all the problems my car had, with accompanying pictures as well. Some of these issues I knew about and some of them I didnt. The diagnosis was very timely and I also received phone calls from the actual tech responsible for my car, he told me every little detail I could possibly want and he was spot on with estimating repair times (My car was only there for 2 days while another auto shop for something similar on my car kept it for 2 WEEKS)! The warranty for repairs is also pretty good. Pricing wise, I expected it to be high as I drive a Mini Cooper JCW, but it wasnt too bad. Since Ive gotten my car back, there has been no more smoke coming from the oil burning on my exhaust from my oil filter housing leak and no problems with the new brake pads. All in all Im going to go back to this place to get some more parts replaced as my car is a bit aged and I had a trouble free experience. Definitely check them out or consider them as an option!

Before moving to Florida about 3 years ago, we used EAG for our car service/repairs and became very loyal to their services. After recently moving back to TN about 2 hours away from their location, we had our Aston Martin and Range Rover shipped to EAG for a service. They took delivery of the cars, informed us they had been delivered, and serviced the cars. It was so relieving to have a service center I felt I could trust with some of our cars while we were gone.The Range Rover had a few issues that needed to be sorted, and EAG took the care to point out each individual concern, what the fix would be, and a timeline for the repairs. The vehicle reports are thorough and detailed but easy to understand.I cannot recommend European Auto Garage enough to others. Their service and customer care is beyond what is expected for an independent shop and dealerships. If you have a car that can be serviced by EAG, dont bother wasting time at other service centers. This is the one.

I’ve had great experiences here. Very friendly and courteous staff. They do excellent work and it is very reasonably priced. The garage area is just as clean as the lobby. It’s great to know there is a garage I can really trust. I highly recommend them.

I came in to have top shock mounts replaced under EAGs 36 month/36000 mile warranty. I called evaluation was done the next day and 2 days later parts were replaced. When I can’t fix my vehicle myself EAG is the only mechanic I trust. They are always friendly, fast, professional and reasonably priced for being a specialized Indy shop.

They were very nice. Started the work that needed to be done on time and finish when they said they would. Always helpful on the phone. We live an hour away and will take our car there again when it needs work done.

Im so glad I found this place. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.The online inspection report was easy to read and understand. They not only fixed what I asked for, they pointed out an almost-expired warranty repair I needed that I never would have known about otherwise. These people are pros. Definitely recommend!

Very positive experience. This was my initial visit with my 2015 Audi A5 Cabriolet and they didnt disappoint. Oil and Filter change, tire rotation and brake flush all at a reasonable price. Allie explained everything that was done, gave me a printout with prices of the future maintenance items I should consider, and all was completed while I waited. The facility is large, easy to get to, and first rate. I would highly recommend. Ill be going back.

Very professional during initial car to inquire about cost of oil change and scheduling of the service. Appreciate having loaner cars although I did not use. Waiting area was very comfortable. Liked the details provided by the 50 point inspection and cost of additional service that could be done based on mileage. Would like to see another way to analyze the need to perform these besides mileage. The Audi dealer uses mileage as the criteria as well.

My car was serviced with excellence, yes, but that is not what stood out to me. What stood out was how I was treated...as a person. You and I know how rare that can be often be. I am doing a cross country road trip and had to find any random place at the last minute. Needless to say I got super lucky.-I Drive A 2012 Mini Cooper SPS: I even got a complementary car wash!

There were several things I needed to have checked. All those things were checked as well as many others. I was given a report that specified what repairs that needed to be done and when they should be done. A written estimate of each repair was on my cars report card. Fortunately, nothing was needed right away. I was assured my car was in good condition and safe to drive back to Florida. The garage was very modern, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable to wait on service. Very professional and honest.

I’ve never had a better experience at a vehicle repair shop in my life. The staff was friendly and personable, and the service was thorough and affordable.I had been taking our Mercedes to another auto mechanic in Bearden for years, but they were unable to isolate and repair an ongoing issue we had. EAG, noticed the problem without me even mentioning it, and actually fixed the issue. Then, they surprised me with a small, and very detailed repair bill.I recommend EAG to everyone. Pay them a visit, even if it’s just to grab some of those Farm fresh eggs they have in the lobby.

Today was my first visit with European Auto Garage. I found them to be friendly and accommodating. Very impressed with their service. During my visit I was sent a text that included a full diagnostic work up of my vehicle which included photos all while I was waiting. I was told of items that were beginning to show wear or that were suggested through Audi to replace in the near future. I was not pressured or asked to add any additional service I did not want. I will continue to have my Audi serviced through them. Thank you for the great experience!

I took my car to the dealer several months ago for the same problem. Maybe the part hadnt totally failed then but EAG found the problem and fixed it. Price was less than dealer but its a Mini and parts are expensive. Still very pleased with the results.

This place looks like what an European auto shop suppose to be. The employees was super nice and helpful. I love the fact they will send you a link of the goods, the oks, and bads about you car with pictures. 5 star automatic when i saw a text from them with the link. I never went to an auto shop that did that.

Took very good care of us and our car. Had a hard to find problem, that had been looked at at the dealership many times. EAG took the time to find and correct the problem. This will be our shop from now on.

Very dissatisfied. Took in our BMW to get oil change, spark plugs and inspection. The young man at time was like he didnt want to be bothered with our questions. Like price did not clarify the amounts. Said like spark plugs was 533 didnt say $533.00 we questioned it and he was like 533 So we repeat a $5.33, he did not correct us didnt correct what we thought and so we were talking about it right there in front of him and I said not bad its under $300 for the whole thing he didnt say anything and then we come back to pick it up and it was $644.00 We freaked out a little but my son went ahead paid it but said we wouldnt go back ever. Now dont get me wrong weve been there before with my BMW and they had great service and were extremely explanatory and perfectly clear on everything so I dont know what happened but we wont be going back, highly disappointed!!!!!!!

The customer interface is unlike anything Ive seen anywhere else. The text notification with the link to the vehicle inspection is just awesome. It builds trust and shows how seriously EAG takes their level of service and professionalism. I felt that I was being given an honest evaluation. The repairs were finished extremely quickly and at a fair price. This should be the example for other shops to be measured against.

I took my MK7 GTI in for a suspension check and alignment. The team was very communicative and finished the work in just a couple hours at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning for any other service I need!

Easy to find location, very clean facility. Professional staff. Had a good check list of items needing attention so they gave me a BMW loaner car. That was cool. Anyway, we accomplished most of the list. Got stumped on one issue but they had options and pricing on hand to let me make the decision. Overall I felt good about my first time experience and will use them again in the future.

I have used EAG for years they are extremely trustworthy. Just took my suv in assuming I needed a new alternator because I had just replaced the battery and my 2007 Lexus gx470 would not start a couple weeks later. I told them maybe alternator or starter. They could have done all that but no that’s not the integrity they have. Just a loose cable. If you want to trust someone trust them!!❤️

I own a bmw 528i xDrive. The service at EAG is excellent. They have a nice waiting area with coffee and tv. The service reps are pleasant and all service reports are sent via a web link with photos and recommendations. I would recommend EAG to anyone.

Honestly, the owner has to be new money. He shows his collection of cars off like its a badge of honor. Thankfully, the staff are honest and downright personable. They are the only reason I would go back there.

Performed an oil change and brake line flush on our Mini Cooper. Also had 4 tires delivered from Tire Rack and had EAG do a balance/install and alignment. It had been knocked pretty far out by the East TN potholes and now drives like a new car. Cost and timeliness were excellent and we won’t take our Cooper to anybody else.

Very clean, friendly and great prices for oil changes. Not really sure on cost comparison to Mercedes dealership as I haven’t owned mine for long and this is first maintenance I’ve had done. Plan to be back as needed!

I took my car in because I over torqued the oil drain plug and then striped the heck out of it!! The guys at EAS worked hard to get it off and completed my oil change, spark plug replacement which includes a 50pt check. All for a reasonable price! I don’t need to take my car anywhere else and will leave the nuts and bots to them. ;) thank you guys you’re amazing!!

Went in today to get my oil changed after going back and forth with the dealer for over 3 days. I am so glad I decided to look for a new place to service my Audi A4! They do a 50 point inspection with every oil change and text you all the results including pictures! They took time to explain to me what was wrong and what they recommended without being pushy at all which is a huge plus to me.Also saved some money on my oil changed compared to the dealer which is great. Will never take my Audi anywhere else.

I have never in my life of driving ever experienced such kind and easy to speak with repair location every single screw up that Harper VW in Knoxville TN that they tell me will cost me nearly a fortune to fix when ever i take it to European Auto garage they tell me exactly what it will cost and its nearly always hundreds dollars less then what the crummy dealership estimates i would do everything i could to ensure and save people money and time and clearly tell you to go here and ask to speak with Jade she will make sure you have the best experience possible I would stake my review status on it.

Came here with a stuck wheel bolt. They were happy enough to help right away. In the end the tech broke the stud, they didn’t offer any discounts on replacing it, I don’t know what the general rule is on that, but they were friendly and close to home.

I bought my mini from them. Had to have oil change went to a few other places to see if they could change it but sadly I was told they could not do it so I came back here to get changed. As they were changing my oil they inspected my and found a few things that needed to be done as well. Great group of people and a great place to take you mini to get worked on.
