Sometimes you go back to a place after a long time and wonder if the culture might have changed. After 10 years, I returned to All American with a bent alloy rim, a bruised ego and a desperate need for an alignment on my 2000 torch red Corvette. Thankfully, I found the place just as it was all those years ago. Although some of the furniture had been rearranged! 😁 Josh got up moments after I walked in, helped me with some answers as to my options and in a matter of minutes had my new rim ordered from down in FL. A few days later, Nick gave me a call to say the rim was in and to come on up. Now, my Corvette drives absolutely perfect and I must say it was nice to not only be treated as a customer but also as a friend. I enjoyed the car chit-chat with the staff as much as I enjoyed viewing the vast model car collection in the back!

First time here and these people made me feel like family. I would recommend them to anyone and they are now my go to place for tires in the future.

I was in the area from out of town. My truck had a shake while driving on the freeway that the dealership didnt fix, NTB didnt fix and i was losing it due to the shimmy. The staff was friendly and quick. A technician came out and recommended a premium balancing service called Road Force Balancing. I agreed and he went right back to work. While waiting I looked up this service, somewhat doubtful that it would fix the problem. About 45 minutes later I was done. The balancing had worked perfectly and the next 600 miles was much more enjoyable. The price was far below anything I would have gotten around my home base. GREAT JOB!

Guys inside were on point. The counter person was obviously new, but a gentleman at a desk jumped in. I did not have a huge problem, but a problem that required some attention. As promised, the Gentleman from inside called me like he said. So since they had the intelligence to deal with my shock (pro-comp, hence the issue) issue I will be use them. Great experience, fair price and was completed on time

These guys are unbelievable! I had a brand new 20 inch black lexani rim that I literally rode a few hundred miles on and happen to run over a nail. I took the tire off of my car and took pictures of the rim and tire then took the rim to all American tire and wheel to have it patched. They then proceeded to chip the rim and tell me that it was already like that. They refused to pay for a fix at first, during this time the their employee (Who looked very sketchy in the first place) try to fight me after I accused him of doing it. I had showed the front counter older man that the rim had no blemishes before handing it over to him, he then deny that that even happened. Complete lie!. Luckily I had pictures on my phone. They finally said they would fix the rim. Had to going back two times before I finally just said forget it and took the rim. Very poor fix! Very poor service! Then denied their own mistake! Don’t take anything here ever! Unless you don’t care about it!Not to mention after all that they still made me pay for the tire plug! They put white weights on a black tire! And it was completely unbalanced! I had to go somewhere else and get it re-balanced correctly!What a joke!

I have been dealing with with the owner since he had his small business right down from were he is now that was when I was 17,still doing business with them now 41,two weeks ago I brought my car in for a alignment, I was advised that my lower ball joint was bad,they could have aligned it but advised me it would have just went back out,these guys are the real deal and honest,went back after I replaced parts,car drives straight and perfect, I would recommend to everyone, there rates are awesome as well!!!!!!

Broke the center cap on my Lexus and said it was already broken. It was fine when I pulled in and after they finish it would not go back on at all. Then they tried to put a different color one on it which looked really bad. Also after leaving and driving my car it is so out of balance and shakes when I get above 50 mph. Find somewhere else to go for you sake!

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCREW YOUR VEHICLE UP AND SWEAR THEY DID NOT DO IT GOT new tires here put them on took 4 hours then went to align it told me needed upper ball joint replaced took it back next day 2 hours for that ripped the rubber on lower ball joint when they replaced struts on front steering wheel not straight over all had to go back 2 times now when going 55 front tires bounce like basketballs for money spent not impressed at all wouldnt recommend at all now after going back to get them to fix balljoint they said no be cause I left a bad review on here i know they ripped the rubber boot they are just sorry pieces of sh@! Read other reviews on here im not the only person this have happened to pretty sorry to they looked at it and mechanics told me wheel could come off at any time AND I HAVE MY 2 YEAR OLD SON WITH ME IN TRUCK AND THEY WOULDNT FIX IT
