I needed two new tires; only Lee Johnson had the exact tires in stock. The tire superstore nearby wanted $51 MORE per tire plus a week delay and $65 to ship the tires!When I took the car in for the work, they finished it all in two hours including a wash, after promising it would be under three hours ... talk about over-delivering on your promises.I worked for another dealer in a different state when I was in college and I saw some pretty shady things so I tend to be deeply suspicious of dealers but all my experiences with these guys have been positive.

The staff in the service department at Lee Johnson Kia is always outstanding! They are thorough, transparent and honest. They also use small words when describing engine details to me which I appreciate. = ) They work as a team; jumping in to help each other when needed to best serve their customers. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Lee Johnson Kia. My service advisor, Jim Mercier is the example of quality customer service that all companies should strive for. Jim’s “can do” positive attitude and his friendly smile set this dealership apart from all others I have ever dealt with. Jim is a GEM and Lee Johnson is blessed to have him representing their company. Good, honest and professional employees that care about the customer seem to be hard to find these days. Jim is one of those hard working employees. The office is always clean and the service dept always does a great job getting my car in quickly, and make it convenient for me by offering a loaner car. I am one very happy customer. All the employees are great….but Jim Mercier shines like a like on a hill.

We bought our EV Bolt from Lee Johnson 2 years ago and the service required on an electric car is relatively simple, so we don’t see them much. But they are fast, thorough and efficient when we do take it in.

I showed up to get an oil change at 8 AM on Monday and I didn’t get out of there till 1030. They did change a filter to. Very professional they told me it was going to be an hour and 45. But they are so busy! I was just happy to get it done yesterday!

Always fantastic service and they always go above and beyond to help their customers! A car wash and vacuum is standard with every service which is easily a $15 value! Would not miss an opportunity to come enjoy free snacks and coffee, take a free shuttle or cream away working on my laptop with their free WiFi! Cant wait to buy another car from them!!!

People there were nice and fixed my tire pressure issue after I purchased a new vehicle from them. However, when they did my maintenance there, I had to say they charge way more than other car service shops. I went in with an oil change coupon saying it should cost $49.95, After getting the maintenance done, I was then told the it doesnt apply for synthetic oil change and got charged for $100+ instead.

I needed a windshield replacement for my 2018 Kia Sorento, and because all the sensors and the de-icer I decided to get it at Kia to be safe. On my first visit they actually placed the wrong windshield, as it didn’t have the de-icer as the original one had. After leaving a review here, Jim, the service manager, gave me a call and decided to get things right. He scheduled another day for me to come in and replace the windshield again for free. They even gave me a loaner car. They were able to revert a bad experience in a great one. I need to buy a second car once the work from home ends, will definitely be my first stop.

He answered all my queries politely, helped me through my financial options, no pressure at all, gave me ample time to think and talk with my family and friends. I have to go there because the car is on a leasing. They charge a lot for the regular service for my ev (rotate tires and change one filter) additional they took 5.4$ for add on fee that he told me it for throwing a way fee. But it is only filter for the air not like oil. Sound weird to me to pay extra and how come it is not included in the 90 dollar 5 min service. I am probably need to get there one more time. I was thinking if to buy or less another car from them. I will think twice before doing so in a few months. Must say that the ppl was nice there and I am sure that they are not the one that decide how much to take.

Lee Johnsons service department is, in my opinion, a criminal enterprise. I dropped off my Saturn because my shift linkage going up into reverse was a little rough. They told me they checked it out and determined that I needed an entirely new transmission. They did not check it out and I did not need a new transmission - they were lying through their teeth. How do I know they didnt check it out? Because all I actually needed was to exert the slightest upward pull pressure on the stick while I shift into reverse. My transmission is perfect. I will probably get another 200K miles out of this transmission. They just wanted to take me for $3,400.00. If you enjoy being ripped off, this is your shop.

Sloppy work, put our lives in danger.Went in for a service, got the car back, on my way home started to smell odors like burning oil from the AC. Waited for a couple of days and it didnt go away. Hubby popped the hood open and found the oil filler cap laying on the side, it was not put back on! And the battery terminal cover was left open.ABSOLUTELY unacceptable.
