Wow!! I am seriously so happy. I got into an accident and had the whole front left broken (headlight, turn blinker, bumper) and some damages to the engine and door. It took about two weeks to repair. Took my SUV here to get my cracked rear bumper replaced. The job was done in only one day over the time estimated by my insurance company, and even thats probably just because they had to wait for replacement parts to be delivered. The staff was friendly and the quality of work was extremely high. The paint-matching they did on the replacement parts, as well as the fit/alignment of the installation, was absolutely spot-on and my vehicle was fully detailed when I got it back. I would recommend this place if you need body work.

I had a bmw front bumper valance and guard replacement. Jordan was polite and professional and kept me updated on a daily basis. The only hiccup was the delay delivery of one internal piece which was not discovered until after disassembly. So i had to wait for some extra days for a one day job.

Our vehicle was broadsided in an intersection. We brought it in for service. JCC represented the vehicle to our insurance company securing the funds necessary for repair. Once it was determined repairs were more than expected they again secured the necessary funds from our insurance company to handle the claim. All along the process we just needed to sit back and wait patiently. The door that initially couldnt shut now fits perfectly and the paint looks good. We had one small hiccup at the end with lights that didnt work but the shop took responsibility for it and corrected the issue. All is well. Thank you.

I took my car in for the Executive Detail and it was amazing! First they were very accommodating and worked with my schedule in terms of drop and pick up. But then there’s the actual detail work. They cleaned every nook and cranny of my 2007 Nissan Altima. My car looked better than it did when I bought it 5 years ago. But they went above and beyond and buffed put some scratches from a puppy and hitting a pole. I’ve never had my car detailed but I think I’m hooked.

I went in after my car mirror had been kicked off, and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule and got my car back to me faster than estimated even after finding more damage! They helped me coordinate a rental car that was there when I dropped off my vehicle at 8AM on a Thursday. I have been here a couple times but this was the first time they did a repair (sadly the first time my car was totaled but they were still awesome!). I was rear ended and needed a new bumper. Originally they said it would be about 3 weeks out to get repairs but after I brought in the car they were able to get me in the next week! Not only did they get me in super quick they did the repair super quick! Dropped car off Wednesday and had it back Friday! The car looks great, you would never know its not the original bumper. Paint is perfect and they even washed and cleaned my car. My mats havent looked this clean since I got the car, what magic did they use on them !?Also, every person I spoke to was super nice and helpful. The employees definitely want you to be happy and taken care of. While I hope I am not in an accident again, I know where I will want to take my car if I am.Thanks for the great and fast work. Super smooth process with my insurance company, Statefarm. Chose these guys out of a list to repair my bumper, set it up with them in just a couple minutes and instantly I knew how this place earned its high rating. Personable staff helped me figure out the rental car scenario and the billing with no issues at all. When it came time to pick up, it took basically 10 short minutes to get it ready and they gave me my key... and best of all, my car is restored completely to its former glory. And they detailed and washed it! Feels like new again, I am very happy. I highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Mike and Jordan are honest, hard-working, class-act professionals who are not afraid to stand by their work and estimate even if an insurance company tries to bully them (it happened to me when an insurance company refused to total my brand new car and tried to have it fixed despite complete frame damage). Even though they are an approved shop from that insurer, they refused to back down and stood up for me and my request for replacement.They also stand by the quality of their work for life. Well, I didnt actually use their service technically, but I would still them 5 stars. I had a largish type dent on the left upper window of my SUV and I took it there for an estimate last week. Jordan (I think) came out and helped fix the dent from inside in under 5 min and didnt charge me a Dime even though I asked. Big shout out to you guys... Im sure I will be going there if I have a need in future.

Both times the staff was extremely friendly, up front about repairs, and super helpful with all my 100 questions. They even warrantied an item that was out of scope. My vehicle looks amazing. They did a great job and even though the damage was much more extensive then could be seen, they did everything possible to get everything done and done right. It took longer then first thought because of all the hidden issues, but it was well worth the wait. My van looks brand new again and it’s 3 years old. What an incredible team of organized individuals! From the initial estimate to completion, not a bump in the road. Professional all the way, from office staff to technicians. The new bumper looks as though it was installed at the factory, and the exterior, interior, and TIRES of the vehicle all look new and are spotless after their care. They STILL do, a full 3 weeks since the job was done! The final price was exactly as quoted, and was much less than anticipated. If there had been further unseen issues, I would gladly pay the price with their excellent attitude, care, and attention to detail. This is one of only a handful of service providers I have experienced in my life who understand the meaning of customer satisfaction. I cannot rate them highly enough!

Ive needed to use them again when I was hit from behind. No appointment needed for estimate. When the insurance adjuster needed to clarify the parts going to be used, the estimator answered all her questions regarding after market parts vs verified and tested VW parts. VW parts were used to replace my bumper and was done in two days time. Also of note, the rental car company comes on site in mornings for ease to the customer. Im very pleased and highly recommend.
