My whole family and I have been going to Juanita Firs for years. They are so reliable and honest about what your car needs. I am not very car savvy and they never try to screw me over. They’re honest about what needs to be maintained right away and what can wait for a bit. They give you “auto vitals” with pictures after they’ve checked out your car which helps me understand each aspect of my car they looked at and it’s status with picture proof. The staff is also so wonderfully kind and helpful! I confidently suggest you use them for any of your vehicle needs!!

This place is the best place for cars. Mechanics here are genuine and hard work and professional yet only cost half price of what I used to pay at jiffy lubes. oh and they also have women mechanics which is super awesome.

Juanita Firs 76 has been our trusted auto shop for many years. They do excellent at a fair price and never recommend repairs that are not needed.

Today I unfortunately came out to a flat tire after a doctor’s appointment. Hit a screw on my drive there I guess. I called Juanita Firs and explained the situation, and they advised me on what to do. Since it was safe to drive on at 23 PSI, I came in, and they patched my tire properly and had me on my way in 25 minutes. They’ve always taken good car of our family car in a professional manner but feel like your handy neighbor. Regular maintenance is great but it’s moments like these I’m especially glad to work with them.

I will always get my cars serviced here. They are the definition of professional. Notification of upcoming appointments, services are always on time, they give you a detailed report of all issues found, fixed, recommended, and they always clean your car regardless of service.

This is the only place I take my car because not only are they incredibly trustworthy, they do a great job. I dont even live near Kirkland but still drive out there for services because theyre genuinely kind people, who do great work at a great price.

They are so nice. all they charged me is only the battery price and a $10 labor fee for installation. but before that they spent like 30 to 40 minutes to check where the problem lies. my battery is bad and also there is a parasitic drain. they havent charged me for checking the parasitic drain where all others do.

Left my car with them for a day, they werent able to fix everything but they were able to tell me more information about whats going on and where i can go to fix it, ntm 10/10 customer service

I usually don’t write reviews but Dan the gentleman that took care of me did a amazing job. My radiator overheated and leaked fluid and I wasn’t sure what to do. He got everything refilled and replaced the hose and fixed everything in under 20 minutes. He also took the time to show me what was wrong instead of just doing it. He charged me next to nothing for the work. Great honest people I will definitely be coming here again and recommending them. Awesome job.

If you live on Finn Hill odds are youve heard of Dans. Hes like a legacy around here. Top notch service, reasonable prices and hes been around forever and for good reason. I have family in the auto repair industry that is struggling with slow downs from covid, I still had to schedule an early morning time with Dans. His reputation is just that good to keep them this busy!When I moved back to the area I knew there was only one place I trusted to take my car and I wasnt disappointed. Everyone there was just amazing, I loved the inspection with pics and immediate response. I had my bridge brake light out, I think it was out since I bought the car, but they noticed and replaced it for like $10 before I came to pick it up.Everyone there is just top notch. I trust them completely with my car. Weve been getting all our cars serviced at this location for years. Everything is incredible here - the customer service, quality of work and more importantly their honesty and as a result, we dont trust our cars with anyone else.We used to live in Kirkland and now we moved to Bothell, however we still only visit this location. I personally am horrible with doing any kind of work on my car, be it filling pressure to my tires or changing my wipers and air filters, and they are always there to help me out. I highly recommend this location, they wont disappoint at all!

I had the battery changed in our 2005 Audi and the oil and filter changed today in my 2015 Subaru. As always, I was handled efficiently and professionally. I was advised of the condition of the Subaru and that we are watching brake pad thickness but no repair is indicated at this time. This is typical of my interactions with this great group.

I got my oil changed here in December. It was great, they were super professional and quick. I love the software they use too. They take pictures of everything they check and add it to this document they send you at the end. It shows everything from the color of your oil to the depth of your tire tread so you can really track your vehicles wear over time. I’ve definitely found my new favorite auto shop in Kirkland.

Went to get a car wash, but the prices are so good I guess the line was ridiculous and slow moving. So maybe go when its not? Mine was a Friday at about 1 pm. My car was pretty bad, and I didnt get the best wash but I didnt get the express either. Its still pretty dirty but it does look a little better. Ill still need it cleaned tho.

Very efficient and accommodating service. Allowed me to wait for my car. Clean waiting area and convenient amenities near-by. They included a clean-up of the interior and a car wash with the oil change as well as a complimentary check-up and estimates on services suggested.

Great customer service.

My car battery died within walking distance to the Juanita Firs 76 station (fortunate location!). They jumped my car, and when we got it back to the station, they realized by pulling their records that I had purchased my battery from them in 2016, so my battery was still under the 5-yr warranty. They replaced it free of charge and I was on my way. Their phenomenal customer service and honesty is the reason I fill up there regularly and trust them with my car maintenance. Id recommend them to anyone!!!

Very professional, courteous employees, kudos to Dan (the owner) for developing a wonderful and safe place that I have no problems going to for service on anyone of my 2 vehicles. They are able to do any services one anyone of my vehicles. My vehicles are not new so they are out of warranty being 2004 and 2006 year models. One is a big one ton Dually and the other a small MX5 Miata. They have done anything from brakes to air conditioning and any of the normal service maintenance that is required. They have always diagnosed any problems in a logical and professional manner. They stand behind all of their work.

I called and got appointment immediately, they went through my car and listed in detail everything that should be done and I chose what I would have done. They are very through, honest and professional.

They couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car or fix the issue and I still had to pay so much money. Proceeded to tell me I can leave my car there for an extra night so they could work on it and then when I asked if I could use it for something and drop it off tomorrow they said they were full for a week. Not many of the workers made any sense. Great for car washes though.

Ive only had good experiences brining my car to Juanita Firs 76. It is run by a wonderful group of people. For other auto shops, its not often when you bring in your car that someone will ask, What time do you hope to have your vehicle back by? They really value their customers and their time. They dont try to up-sell you ever. They give honest quotes and stand firm on them. My favorite thing is the vehicle report that they provide through print or send digitally with repair updates, pictures of your car, and even pictures of the fluid colors.

I wish I could give Juanita Firs 76 10 stars!! I recently need a blinker light bulb replaced on my 4runner. I called the dealership and was told it would take 30+ minutes (after waiting an hour in their lobby) and cost $80-$90 to replace the bulb! What?? So I went to Juanita Firs, where I have take each of my cars for all services for 12 years. They fixed the bulb in 6 minutes for $7!When I take my cars there for regular oil changes, they give me a color sheet with photos of each of my fluids they have checked/replaced on my car so I can see evidence of their work and understand what they did and why. They are expedient, professional, and friendly. I love Juanita Firs 76!!

Reliable, Dependable, Trust Worthy, Consistent and just amazing customer service.Where do I start? My wife introduced me to this shop years ago when we were first dating. I typically would go to my normal Chevy dealer for oil changes on my 2012 GMC Terrain but gave them a try and have never been disappointed.Since then from oil changes, brakes, tire changes on flats, other maintenance, they truly are the last breed of an overall great experience. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I dont need or overcharge.Another great example is we recently bought an old truck 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500HD as a better vehicle to tow. Worked with Brooke to set up diagnostic and got everything that was needed to be worked on from radiator flush, brakes, tires and they also fixed the lock on the bed of the truck. They were willing to go out of there way to even get a locksmith initially to look at it but Stephanie was able to fix it. Also they are with the times meaning, they will text you the diagnostic fix recommendations so you can look at the pictures and why things need to get fixed etc and price. Ive literally used them multiple times where they would call and let me know certain things actually look great and was diagnosed so no need for additional unnecessary expenses. Stephanie was our mechanic for this fix and was great! Brooke on front end was great as well! They go above and beyond.Again, trust worthy, they will schedule you accordingly and keep you posted with amazing customer service. We have 3 cars we go to them now and Im sure more as our family grows. Super happy to work with this shop. You wont be disappointed. (Plus you get a free car wash after any service!)

Excellent service. I missed my appointment time and they worked to get me in on the same day. The report they gave me on the work done was clear and explained everything in detail, also had photo documentation. Not sure if every place does this but I really appreciated it.

These folks are amazing.We came in for an oil change with oil we bought at Costco. They gladly changed the oil, vacuumed the car and washed it. For $35.We will absolutely be returning and giving them our business in the future.

Had a couple of services here. One major and one minor. Both were outstanding. The staff was very friendly. Communication was great and I felt like they really took care of me and my vehicles. The price was in-line with competitors and they had the jobs completed exactly when they said they would. They even cleaned the vehicles inside and out!

Ive been going to Juanita Firs 76 for a while now, and Ive always appreciated the your honestly and the good work you do. But this last time, I noticed you vacuumed out my truck and put it through the car wash! Im embarrassed to say I didnt notice until after I left so I didnt thank you in person. but want to take this opportunity to let you know what a wonderful surprise that was. Thank you so much.

I stopped for gas, and since an attendant was available, I took the opportunity to ask him about a headlight issue Id been having. Tim (the attendant) was nice enough to pop the hood and take a good look at what was going on. I especially liked that I could stand by and get an understanding of what he was looking at and doing. We ended up replacing both lights, but before we did, he showed me how the filaments were wiggly, light was out, etc. Tim did a great job of explaining what was going on with the whole headlight system, and what was aging/frayed/ultimately in need of replacement. I was extremely happy to be able to carry on with my errands for the night safely with working headlights- And so happy with how easy it was to get things fixed.

The only place I take my car for service! They do a great job, are affordable and always go above and beyond. My car just hit the 100,000 mile mark and I had my oil changed, new battery, new wipers, and a transmission flush. On top of that I got a voucher for a free car wash, they cleaned the inside of my car and I got a full inspection report with clear information and pictures of what they found

Love 76 Juanita Firs!!! I didn’t even know but apparently they did brakes, change filters, tire rotations, fluid flush!! They were super responsive throughout the process, emailed and called me as needed, even gave me a ride home and back! I thought they only did emissions checks, gas and car wash but I had no idea how much they’re capable of! And the service (from Alicia) was phenomenal! Thanks 76 Juanita Firs! Don’t ever change!
