Second time to this location and have been satisfied. Customer service has been good and attentive. Used to go to Redmond but theyve been so busy that youre just a number and appointments are about five days out compared to Kirkland where Ill now be going to for my needs

These guys are great. Good quality work, friendly staff, and good prices. They always treat you right and help to fix flats or issues. The only thing is: they are not fast. If you expecting super efficient fast service you are just being unrealistic. I ordered online and made an appointment. The tires took about a week longer than expected to arrive so I had to reschedule. No big deal and easy to do, and the staff was very friendly and helpful dealing with this perfectly normal shipping delay. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment like they suggest but they got started about 30 minutes late. Even with all that I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes which isnt stellar but isnt terrible either. Come for the prices and the friendly staff; leave your sense of urgency at home and youll have a great experience.

Good staff and decent job. Dont try making appointment. Its first come first serve even w/ appointment but thats true for all tire shops. There was a little disconnect between service writers and technicians. If you want something specific done talk to the technicians. Overall positive experience. Will go back.

I walked out to my car today (Saturday) and saw a piece of metal sticking out of my tire. I touched it a bit and heard a whoosh of air and knew I needed to go straight to a tire place. As I drive down the street to discount tire my tire pressure light came on - as it turned out the piece of metal dislodged itself and the tire was now going flat.The check in at discount tire was quick - they said they would check it to see if it could be repaired first and the repair would be free. I was told I could wait in my car and someone would come to my car when they were ready for me to pull into a bay. I waited about 30 minutes and they came and got me to pull my car in so they could check out the tire.Unfortunately for me, the puncture was in the sidewall so that meant replacement. So, they chatted with me about my options and they were very friendly. I made a choice and a little while later - I was heading home. The whole thing took under an hour and a half for an unexpected puncture that I ended up having all 4 replaced.I was super impressed at how friendly they were, how quick they were, and I could see the guys in the garage having a good time while they were working. Seems like a great environment. I’ll keep coming back here for this kind of service.

Great customer service and very well regulated for COVID mitigation. I felt completely safe and cared for when I took my car in to see if I could get my bent wheel repaired. I ended up deciding to just replace all my generic wheels with quality wheels from they’re great selection to fit my Subaru Forester. Furthermore, the Discount Tire team was efficient and outstandingly friendly, especially David who was the main man helping me out. They were also open throughout the weekend when the snow caused most places to close, reflecting that their employees are well prepared and motivated to get customers the services they need when they need it most. Thank you David and the rest of the team!

After getting a flat on my way to work, my mother and I reach out to this location. My mother is a devoted Discount Tire patron. She spoke with David who not only found her long term records from California but made notes in her file with options for my car. Upon arrival to this location William aided us in selecting the best tire option for my vehicle and helped us get the best deal. We were blown away by the courtesy and aid every step of the way and will continue to go to this location everytime.

I took my car in to get a patch due to a nail in the tread. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they do patch repairs for free even if you didnt buy the tires there! Even though they didnt get any money from me that day, they were so professional, informative, and helpful. I worked with Jose. He was awesome! I will definitely be returning for tire care in the future.

I usually go to the Bel-Red location but had an issue with one of my tires where there was a nail stuck causing depressurization problem. A nice guy named Jesus took care of me well at this location. He was efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable. Way better service than Bel-Red location! Jesus is great. This Kirkland store got me as a customer for life. I got a flat tire and went there. They worked on it for 30 minutes to remove the tire, take it off the rim, inspect and patch the tire in a high quality manner. The shop is really clean and professionally set up. The shocking thing is the flat repair was free of charge. I am really impressed with Discount Tire. Cheers.

It seems that they need customer service skills. It seems when they have a single female customer who asks questions about the tires, they start treating the women client in a sexist terms. I have given them chances multiple times but I lost it. It would be nice if they could give an estimate time frame that is also accommodating.

I didn’t have a good experience at this location. Tire has been getting flat, I know I have certificates so I make an appointment and come on down. Gentleman by the name of Zain helps me out, tells me tire needs to be replaced, no big deal. Then tell me Kirkland location doesn’t have it but he checked and Bothell does. Says he called to make sure. I head down to Bothell, and the gentlemen there says nope we don’t have it sorry. They checked the wrong size. He checks system and tells me..Kirkland actually has the tire and spoke with a Matt to help out. Can’t get back to Kirkland as it was close to closing.I made an appointment to come next day and Zain tells me he’s sorry, looked at wrong size and to pull up wherever and he’ll take care of it. Waited in my car a good 25 minutes and no one checked on me. Had to get out and remind them I was here..appointment did nothing waited close to half an hour, came on time, and still they made me pay for certificate replacement even though they sent me to wrong location. 2 stars for assistant manager giving me a discount on replacing with the certificates but I wouldn’t come back here again. Took me an hour to replace just 1 tire WITH an appointment.

Ordered tires and scheduled appointment online. Waited at my appointment time for 15 minutes in the parking spot before anyone even acknowledged me.... Dont worry though. Once checked in, they went to work fast!! Watching them work, they work as a team and seem to have fun at their work. I was out the door with new tires within 20 minutes. Definitely recommend.

Got in and out for a screw in the tire in no time. They even reprogrammed all of the TPMS sensors for free.

Stopped by to get an air check yesterday, one of there technicians named Fernando was excellent he notified me that my rear tire was low and that he spotted a nail he recommended me to schedule an appointment and so did. Came back 2 hours later waited in my vehicle for about 10 minutes after my appointment and as soon as a bay was open they got me in right away! The gentlemen who assisted me in the air check was the same one who fixed my flat in under 20 minutes when they promised me it would take about an hour. Fast, easy and simple and they repaired it for free!!! Fernando was super efficient and explained very well the whole process of my service he deserves a raise ;) Great service overall and will definitely be back

Wanted to give a shout out to Discount Tire in Kirkland! Yesterday I got a huge nail in my tire I called 4 places and all said they didn’t have time for me. Not only did discount tire fit me in but they fixed my tire no charge! They helped me with that unexpected problem. They were so nice and professional I will definitely go back.

Came in to fix a puncture in a Tesla Model 3. Ed made sure that a puck was used to lift the vehicle properly and avoid any damage to the battery.Quick and professional service. Will be coming back!

These guys have the best customer service. Stopped in as I had front end vibration. They got me thru quick and got my problem taken care of. I will definitely be going back to buy my tires from here.

Needed to replace 1 flat tire but would cost $160. But the guy said I can go back in time to buy the warrenty cert that I didnt buy when I bought those tires. That would make my new tire free of charge and I only need to pay for the cost of the warranty cert only $105 for all tires. Wow, now I got a new tire plus the warranty.

Just stopped by to have some rear tires replaced, a couple of guys names Esus and Matt were really friendly and professional and truly make sure their customers are taken care of! I truly recommend going to this shop!

A day before thanksgiving, I had flat tire.. I had no reservation and they were extremely busy.. without hesitations, they kindly offered to fix my tire. I don’t get this kind of service anywhere. This is why I keep going back there to purchase tires.

I should have listened to the other negative reviewers. Just like them, we made an appointment, checked in on time and weve been waiting in the parking lot for them to come out and get us for an hour. Weve used discount tire many times before in the past and always had great experiences, but this time was a complete disappointment. Maybe try another location if youre wanting punctual service or better yet any service at all.Also, person at the front desk was not wearing a mask when talking to the customer in front of me.

I came to this store a few years ago when I got flat and they patched it up at no charge for a tire I didnt even buy from them, I remembered this when I decided to get a new set of tires for my Jeep. I had some issues with quotes, tire prices being different from one day to the next in the beginning but the Manager, Matt, sorted that out and kept my business. Came in today to mount the tires, guys in the back were courteous and attentive, did it super fast and really well. So everyone from front to the back of the store were great, and have been over the years. Thanks!

I woke up this morning to discover my van had a rear flat tire. Upon closer inspection, I realized my two front tires might need to be replaced soon too. So I scheduled an appointment with Discount Tire and had a tow truck drop my vehicle off at 2pm. The girl who scheduled my appt said that her technicians would call to discuss replacing the other tires with me once the vehicle arrived. At 3:45, an hour and forty-five minutes later, I still hadnt heard anything back from them so I finally called to find out what was going on. They informed me that my flat had been fixed a while ago and said it was strange no one called to notify me. I then asked about the other 2 tires being replaced. I could tell that the guy on the phone (who seemed to be a technician) had no clue what I was talking about. Clearly my earlier message hadnt been relayed. So he told me it would take another another hour and 45 minutes to be able to pick up my vehicle if I still wanted that done. I have the okay. When I got to the shop at 5:15 to pick up my vehicle, it still wasnt done. Getting 2 tires and a flat changed *WITH* an appointment made in advance ended up taking 4.5 hours to complete. Absolutely ridiculous!!!To add salt to the wound, no one greeted me when I walked in. One employee had his mask half on/half off (which for the record does *NOT* make your customers feel safe in a pandemic, especially given the space seems poorly ventilated). And I had sticker shock when I was told the entire price because no one had told me the cost of the installation charges.The only reason I didnt give a lower rating is because the flat was fixed for free and the receptionist I spoke to this morning was friendly. Also Luis, the guy who checked me out, apologized for all the trouble, explained they were training new people, and gave me a discount off the installation. He kinda saved the day (in terms of my attitude towards this whole experience). So give that boy a raise. ;-)

Dont believe the red polo guy, if you wait by your car with the hazards on you could wait 30 minutes and watch multiple customers get served before you. Staff was quick once they got me registered.

Where to start. They lost the little key tool for my lug bolt caps, they lost one of the caps themselves, they cross thread one of the bolts and ruined it. Hopefully the threading in the hole is ok... they also left the grease or lube all over the rims after putting the tires on and even marred up the rims with tool marks. For some reason they reset my trip odometer and my speed warning to 20mph. And not because of disconnecting the battery. All my other settings like radio presets were still fine. And if all that wasnt bad enough, all 4 tires were only filled to 28psi when they shouldve been 50. Pretty ridiculous after spending 800 on a set of perellis. I dont think ill ever go back there. They might have a better selection than Les Schwab, but nowhere near the level of customer service.

I did some online research to find the tires I wanted for my car. I called Discount Tire in Kirkland, WA. I asked them for the price and had them order the tires. When I asked for the price, I specifically asked if it included everything. All taxes and fees? They said yes. A week goes by, they get the tires delivered, we go in and drop the car off and have them installed. My wife goes to pick up the car. I reviewed the receipt and realized that its $85 more than quoted. Upon review of the receipt, I see that they added in their Certificates For Refund, Replacements. AKA, their warranty. If they wouldve explained the coverage and included it in my initial quote, I wouldve been fine with it. Im assuming they know that a lot of customers will not buy the coverage if they know about it so they just slip it in on every sale. Im sure they make a lot of money off of it. I feel like theyve taken advantage of me and I have purchased my last set of tires from them. Ive been a good customer, but no more.

I came in with a completely flat run-flat tire that was an uncommon size on my X3. I had an unpleasant experience at a nearby tire shop and literally limped my car down the road to Discount. Matt C and Luis were able to source a tire of that size (and had it in stock!) and get it mounted/balanced within an hour of my appointment time. They were extremely professional and courteous to me, where I am often not given the proper respect as a petite female who has a good working understanding of my cars specs and components. I felt very informed of various options to meet my needs. Many thanks to the whole team at Discount Tire Kirkland today. Learned my lesson and will go straight to Discount next time.

Great loyal service as always

Had an appointment for new tires for several weeks. I had to postpone due to weather and moved appt out one week. I called the morning of the appointment about 11am to confirm everything was good to go for my 2pm appt. Discount tire rep said yes. They called me back and left a message an hour lat 12:20pm - I did miss that call but when I showed up that afternoon I was told in person that the tires werent availalbe who seemed to not be the least bit concerned nor provided any explanation since he had left a message. Shame on me for missing the vmail but same on them for having over 2 weeks to get the tires in and not telling me they didnt have them when I called in the morning. Ive been a discount tire customer for many years but sure wont be going back to Kirkland DT.

I really enjoy discount tire, but take your business to another location. It is near impossible to turn into their driveway, and once youre in, its even harder to get out since the street is so busy and nobody will let you in. Once youre in the driveway and pull into the waiting area, you can crack a beer and take a nap since it will be a while before one of the employees standing there staring at you from right inside the front door will come out to help you. Or just go somewhere else--your choice

Discount Tire in general is awesome. Great to have them in our area. The Kirkland location used to be hit and miss. Recently I only had good experience, though. Good people, faster than promised turnaround. And hey, they finally got their WiFi working.

Im just about at a 18 year service record with Discount Tire in Kirkland... I always buy the warranty and they always perform perfectly (Ive had to use it a few times). But Ive even brought in other vehicles that had flats and they honored warranties that they couldnt find but they were sure existed. This is a company that treats you right. 10 out of 10 and I dont give tens easy. Perfect scores for 18 years of service.

I have done a lot of business with this locwtion over the years. They rocked before Covid. Now they have an appointment system that is a joke. I made an appointment and was there 5 minutes early. Other cars drove in without appointments were prioritized ahead of me. So its 20 minutes past my appointment time and there is no open bay. Learn something from this Discount Tire: Appointments come before walkups. People who make appointments dont call ahead so we can wait on the people who didnt bother.

Yesterday, I had taken my car in because one of my tires was wobbling for reasons unbeknownst to my knowledge. These guys diagnosed it, and told me it was because the tire itself was almost 20 years old (even though it was in good condition). And so I was prepared for the worst and was going to not drive my car for a long while until I could afford to get new tires. To my astonishment, the manager of the store tossed me a brand new tire for free. Out of the kindness of his heart. Ive never experienced such outstanding customer service at a mechanic shop in my lifetime. These guys are absolutely incredible. I will definitely be coming back anytime I have an issue with my car. They made me a devout fan for sure. The Kirkland store is the best that Discount Tires has to offer. Thank you guys again for your incredible service.

Trash service and unwilling to help staff. Came here twice for a flat tire and never can get an appointment. Staff claims there are 15 cars ahead yet all bays are empty. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worse enemy.

Discount Tire Kirkland is awesome!Got a nail in the tire. Went to another place first because it was Sunday and only they were open. They said it cant be repaired because of the position of the nail. I decided to wait to Monday. Went to Discount Tire Kirkland on Monday morning. They patched the tire quickly for free! It was a great experience. I highly recommend this location.

I brought my car in with a flat tire and spoke to Daniel and Rory. I had a rough time with my last tire service (not with a Discount Tire) that resulted in my tread being wore down significantly faster than it should have. Dan helped me every step of the way and I could not be happier or express my appreciation for him more. Clear communication, customer focused mindset, quick with the professional advice and just a pleasure to work with. I cant think of any reason why someone shouldnt use Discount Tire, every experience Ive had with them has been fantastic.Thank you again Dan!

10/8/19Bought new rear tires here and Discount Tires re-balanced my front ones free of charge (this fixed the slight jitter my steering-wheel had). This location is always busy but they had me out of there in under an hour. Have been a repeat customer for years. Recommend.

Went there after numerous efforts and being told to “come back later” only yo be told to “come back tomorrow”, well tomorrow came and so did another “come back later”. The staff was clueless and not knowledgeable of their own products as they offered me some very average tires when I insisted on something good for the snow, perhaps appearances in this area seem to be a major problem. Would not recommend

Best tire place in town. This place is always busy because it has the best prices. The staff is awesome and always tries to help any way possible. Prices cant be beat and service is top of the line. I highly recommend getting your tires here.

If you want to know how they change or repair your tires during covid..? You stay in your own car, get jacked up a foot n a half or so, and just chill. You dont even need to leave the car. Theyll direct you over the jack like a carwash attendant.

Ive been going to Discount Tires in other locations for years. They always have the best price and service.Today I went to this location to fix a slow leak in a tire that came with my truck from somewhere else. They fixed me up right away, no charge.All Discount Tires have treated me well, but this location went far and away above my expectation for customer service!

I had my winter tires swapped out today for the standard tires and the team at Discount Tire were professional but also accommodating as they worked to provide good service while minimizing contact and offering curbside service.

A little busy but still superb service. Free tire rotations for everyone. They also offer free tire inflation and tire inspections. They rebalance two of the tires for free. I dont need new tires yet but would definitely come back when buying with their great service, great prices, arms price matching.

Got a quote over the phone on Friday, was surprised by how affordable they are for a full set plus installation, made an appointment. Dropped car off, expected it to take maybe half the day judging by the fact that they are always busy. Nope! Hour and a half. If youre getting tires, get tires here. Polite and professional staff.
