Excellent service. Raya was so detailed on the findings and recommendations on what need to done right away and what can wait. She also sent estimates with pictures of findings and approval process was so easy. After the vehicle was picked up, she even followed up to see if everything is fine. I asked them to evaluate my vehicle to ensure it was road ready for a trip across the state in the heat. They took the car in quickly and provided their findings in a professional manner. I wanted the brakes checked as well. They provided their findings in a detailed format for my review and approval of items that I requested done at this time. I was very happy with the results of the repairs. I will be taking any future car repairs to their shop in the future.

Summers Automotive outstanding service and quality of work truly stands out compared to other auto repair shops.I brought my Honda Civic to Summers with very noisy and worn out brakes. An inspection was performed and Summers text me the complete findings (with pictures) and price estimates with recommended urgent maintence issues that needed attention.I was instantly able to approve or disapprove the work I wanted done.I had complete front brakes, partial rear brakes, and a cracked serpentine belt replaced at Summers at a reasonable price.Summers is professional, helpful, friendly, and very personable.Highly Recommend!

Summers has a fantastic system where they send a report via text message that contains specific information and photos of their findings of your car. To actually see the photos and videos of what the mechanic sees and explanations is such a help. The price quote for repairs is specific and broken down by how urgent the repair is. Summers was informative and was attentive to our time-line. A very positive experience all around. I would highly recommend them.

Great experience with Summers Automotive. We had our car in to the dealers for a recall and the dealer gave us a list of suggested maintenance items. Summers went through the list and carefully checked what we did and didnt actually need. They found a few things the dealer missed and completed everything we really needed for a much better price. Fast, friendly and great communication with some helpful suggestions for preventing future rodent infestations under the hood!

This was my first time using this service when I needed my wheel bearings repaired. I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff there. I was particularly impressed with the promptness and detail of the receipt, which also included pictures. Keep up the good work!

The service and professionalism provided at Summers Automotive is excellent. Story: I drove my 2005 Ford Excursion V10 up from TX to WA, and within a few days upon arrival I noticed a loud ticking sound coming from the motor. I had just recently had a new reconditioned motor from Jasper engines installed at a TX shop, so with only 3000 miles on it the loud ticking sound was very unexpected. Yan completed a diagnosis on the Excursion and discovered that the replaced Jasper motor seemed to be defective and to fix the problem the motor would need to be swapped out. I was now at my wits end with the Excursion, but Yan and Raya worked directly with Jasper and made all the arrangements and installed the replacement motor successfully, along with some aftermarket clamps and other parts that would assure a successful installation. Fortunately, Jasper provided a warranty that covered the motor. Summers Automotive provided me loaner vehicle while the Excursion was being fixed. This helped tremendously with offsetting rental car costs. I was so pleased with Summers Automotive attention to detail, that I had them upgrade the Excursion Suspension with the F250 HD Springs. Not only does the Excursion run strong now, but it also drives smoother than ever. I have just recently drove the Excursion back down to TX without any issues. Yan diligently inspected the motor out before my departure. This inspection provided the reassurance I needed for the long trip back to TX. Thanks again Yan and Raya.

I have never left any sort of auto body shop feeling uplifted and having had a nice time, so this was a wonderful surprise! Raya was extraordinarily comprehensive and texted me a checklist with pictures of all the things my car needed fixing. I got a first-time customer discount on installation, and also got to use a loaner BMW for a few hours while they worked on my car, which was a nice bonus ;) Support your local small businesses!! They work twice as hard to get half the recognition from their community!!

Kept getting dead battery. Replaced it once already 2 1/2 months ago so when it happened again I knew something was wrong. At first they couldnt figure it out cuz car started for them every time. Frustrating! But Yan and I spoke and something I said made him go back to check on a part. By the time I got there it was fixed! Nothing showed on diagnostic tests. It needed a well-trained mechanic to figure out the problem. Thats what Yan is and theyre now the only shop Ill bring my car to! Plus they provided me with a nice loaner free of charge! Thats service!!!

I’ve been living in Seattle since 2008 and have gone to quite a few repair shops over the years. Just about every experience I’ve had at these places, left a bad taste in my mouth and my intuition had me feeling I was being ripped off and mislead. When my 2008 BMW 535 was having problems again, a good friend that’s been going to Summers Automotive for years, insisted that I take my car to them. Thankfully, I took his advice!!!. This place is honest and professional. Before you spend any money, they let know what exactly the issues are with your car and what’s the best way to go about repairing your car. They document everything (even sending you pics) and keep you informed throughout the repair process. Not once did I ever feel like I was being given the run-around or ripped off. For as long as I’m living in Seattle, I will always go to Summers Automotive. Oh, and make sure to connect with Yan and his wife, Raya, who works in the front (she is honest, awesome and caring.

I couldn’t drive my beloved sports car very far due to a failing clutch, so I decided to give a local business a shot! I am very pleased with the work that Summers Automotive completed on my Infiniti. I would definitely come here again for any concerns with my vehicles.

I went in to fix my engine light, oil level and brakes. They were very informational and went through all the options step by step. I needed to get the car back in time for work that next day.they pushed up my slot so I was able to have it finished earlier than expected. All in all a great place for an Honda vehicles

I’ve been to Summers many times over the years, with 2 of my cars, and my wife’s previous truck and now her SUV. Every time they are extremely nice, professional, and get the job done right.Once, they were given a refurbished caliper on a break job they did for me, which had a slow leak. I noticed it a month or so later because my break fluid went low. I called Summers about it, and they had me bring it in that day and fixed the problem right away. Excellent customer care and service! I highly recommend them!

Happy with the quality of service, friendly/effective communication, speed and price. Had two larger jobs done here: clutch replacement on a 1999 VW a few years ago and alternator/water pump replacement on a 2007 Honda in 11/2019. In both cases communication was good, job was done right and quickly, with no surprises. Also appreciate the ability to drop off after hours.

I own a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which I bought new160,000 miles ago. The entire drive chain has been flawless and is still untouched. I entrusted the very few things I could not do myself to Olympic 4X4 Supply in Snohomish, WA for years. Olympic, due to its superior service record has become overwhelmed with business and has a long wait list for its service work. The owner, a close friend, recommended Summers to me and I took the recommendation seriously. Summers is much more convenient to where I live as well. I was not disappointed in the least. They are prompt, courteous, do excellent work and their prices are very competitive. I have now found a new location for all my Jeep service and have recommended them to a number of my friends.

I have been a Summers customer for several years. Their customer services is excellent, staff is friendly, quick to respond to questions and offer sound honest advice. Their repair work is dependable and their rates are reasonable. It is important to me as a single woman to find a repair shop that will not take advantage of my lack of knowledge, Summers has a work ethic I respect and have and will continue to refer friends and family to them.

Took my wifes car in to get checked out and they were very upfront and honest. They told us the issues with the car and we actually decided not to get anything fixed at that time. They didnt charge us for the inspection and also didnt push anything on us. I felt like they were very trustworthy and I will definitely be back when I need another car serviced.

This is my first time working with Summers Automotive and I was very pleased. They fixed my truck at a reasonable price, did a great job and their customer service was wonderful. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend this shop. They dont try to upsell you or take advantage of women.

Its been nine years, however, it still bothers me to this day. My then 73 year old mother; retired and living day-to-day on a fixed income brought her 1987 Subaru into Summers Automotive for a coolant leak. They pulled the engine from the vehicle, and removed the passenger side cylinder head, and told her the head gasket was leaking. They also stated the drivers side head gasket, the water pump, timing belts, and rear main oil seal also needed to be replaced ($1,400.00 parts & labor on a vehicle worth approximately $800.00 IAW Kellys Blue Book at the time). Long story short; I towed the vehicle home and quickly discovered the water leak was due to a ruptured coolant by-pass hose ($20.00 part + 1/2 hour labor to fix). In addition, I noticed the rear main seal was not leaking and the water pump looked new. Going over her receipts for past repairs, I found the water pump and timing belts had been replaced just 3,600 miles previously by the Juanita Firs Shell Station. After reassembling and installing the motor, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. The BBB quickly persuaded Summers Automotive to return all labor fees charged to my Mothers credit card (over $400.00). However, they never reimbursed me for my time, labor, parts, or towing. It is unscrupulous shops like Summers Automotive that tarnish their industry and make it difficult for honest, hardworking shops to gain consumer confidence.

We have taken our F-150 to Summers a few times now for relatively minor issues. On one occasion the morning we were scheduled to go camping the alternator went out. Summers was able to fix it for us that same day and saved our camping trip! On other occasions we have always received great friendly service. Its really nice to have a shop like Summers that you know will straight up fix what needs fixin and not try to up-sell you other stuff you dont need.

These guys are absolute rocks stars! I have been using them for 15 to 20 years and recommend them to everyone. I have used them for everything from an oil change to an engine replacement. If I had to find a complaint it would be that they are so busy. However, if you call and really need something they have always said bring it in now and we will take a look. They only got five stars from me because I couldnt find the ten stars button.

Many years ago in high school I worked for a private car collector on cars, so I have some knowledge of cars. I often want to better understand what is broken, etc and they have always been willing to take the time to explain and or show me what was wrong.Writing a review for them here is new, usually after a service, if you have provided them an e-mail address you get a request for a review of your experience through a third party site. To date that site has 500+ reviews with a 4.93/5 rating or 98.6% positive, which in my book speaks for itself.They rock!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! worst service by far i have ever experience at an auto repair shop! i had a transmission replacement - now on my third transmission in less than 2 year. Time without my car = over 1 month cumulative. Whats worse, the service - the owner on each occasion made it sound like his inconvenience to have to deal with labor each time and never once apologized for the inconvenience, time spent, stress of this situation - on the second transmission i had issues with hard, jerky shifting from 1st - 2nd gear, he told me that was normal and if it didnt soften in 6 months give him a call. After the third transmission my cars fan kept running after i turned the car off for 5-10 minutes and i brought it back again, they hadnt filled the fluids correctly, but said it was due to a common air bubble. my (3rd transmission) is now leaking and im finally taking it somewhere else. my engine has been completely removed over 4 times and im positive this has caused more damage to my car as i have had several other repairs since. worst kind of auto repair shop do not go here.

So me and my family always take our cars here, weve done everything from replacing my Jetta engine, suspension, and cooling system leaks and all that fun stuff. weve taken our honda crv and honda accord and passat there too. When you go here, theyll give you very reasonable prices compared to other shops like Firestone. Jeff and Brian will always go over parts that are needed (they dont replace parts unless they need to, which is great) and will also include parts that may possibly need replacing in the process of fixing your car so you wont be shocked at the end with your bill and if the parts arent needed, your left with a smaller bill! I know that they also do checks on their work to make sure everythings good to go before you drive off. THEY STICK BY THEIR WARRANTIES. I had to replace my water pump, only to have it break again a couple weeks later (vw uses oem parts with plastic sometimes...) but it was fixed right away since it was under warranty with no problems theyre pretty understanding there! One thing you should know before going here though is that when you get your car back, itll probably be fixed perfectly with no problems but if youre impatient and dont have time to wait for them to get to your car and for parts to come in and all that, i wouldnt go here. Spending $2400 so i can pass emissions, every time ive gone in to check on my car theyve been adding on more days. i was supposed to get it back 4 days ago.. i called today (monday) and they said itll be tomorrow.. theyve been saying that since last tuesday... i know my car will be running great with no complaints, they just found a lot of things wrong with my car, dont open on weekends, and have to wait for my cold air intake to come in.
