So far so good! Appointments are on time and sometimes finish earlier than they said.

I have purchased the car from them and been going to them since 2019 for regular services. Staff are courteous. They always call and handover vehicle on time. Shuttle option is really good. I recommend this place.

I purchased my Ford at Ford of Kirkland 9 years ago and have gotten it serviced there ever since. Excellent customer care. Honest service department! A rare thing these days.

Tried for almost two weeks to get a phone call back for repairing my escape. They couldnt be bothered to call me back even once. Ill never go here again.

Dont go there find Dean Webster. He was so unprofessional. I sent my car to him back and forth for 4 times during one month, and he cannot figure out whats the issue with my car. My worst experience ever!

My car is a serious lemon and I was devastated when the great mechanic I was working with at a Ford closer to me moved away. I wasnt happy with the way my visits went after he left, so I switched to Kirkland Ford for service and it is amazing!! I am completely willing to go the extra distance because they are always incredibly friendly, straightforward about cost of service, efficient and overall easy and pleasant to work with. Ive been to them a couple of times now and couldnt be happier! I highly recommend these guys!

First, I would like to say that I am never going to this service center again.Ignoring the fact that they charged me close to twice the dollar amount that most repair shops would charge, they also charged me for a $170 engine light diagnosis which turned out to be wrong, and $400 for a MAF sensor and labor which was not even the problem.They wanted another $700 or so to fix the new problem they found, but I decided to cut my losses and get my car out of there. (still going to have to spend the $600 for the fix that did nothing, and faulty diagnosis).

They fit my oil change in and I was on my way. The online scheduler wasnt working so I called first.

Ill tell you when they actually contact me I filled out the form with my correct information email, phone number. Explanation of needs ie; brake job and wheel bearings it said they will contact you to schedule appt. And nothing its been over a week so guess Ill try elsewhere?

Called in and all I got was offers insurance and no way to talk to anyone. Complete scam.
