These guys are great! My truck wouldnt start in the parking lot next to their building. Two different gentlemen came over to look at it. The second gentleman got it started. They didnt charge me anything! I will be going here for future repairs. Thank you!

Robert was my mechanic, great place, honest employees, the experience was pretty painless compared to other mechanic shops Ive been to. They didnt try to sell me things I did not need only things that my car needed to keep it running well. I highly recommend! I had a transmission flush and a system look over 👍

I was really in a rush today, but NEEDED my oil changed! It’s Saturday so I just knew I’d be here forever! I was pleasantly surprised! They got me in and out! The staff was very cool, knowledgeable and pleasant! And didn’t try to rip me off 😌. I’m happy, my car is happy. This may be my new “go to” place for my car since they are full service!

My car quit this morning and I walked over to the SpeeDee Oil Change looking for help. Donnie, Marcus, and David and went out of there to come help me when I was not even in their lot. They went as far as pushing my car to their garage and repairing it. These days it is hard to find people who will go out of their way to help someone in need so it was very refreshing that these young men went above and beyond what was required of them!

Took my car for an oil change after work one day and only had to wait about 20 minutes. The service was friendly, and each charge was clearly explained. I will definitely continue to take my car here for future oil changes.

I am new to the area. I was looking for a reliable oil change place. I had a leak with my valve cover gasket with my oil. My oil was low. They helped fix my problem. I drive a lot of miles on the road. It is critical that I have reliable transportation. Brian was most helpful in providing service and making suggestions for my car. Very pleasant atmosphere. Had brakes done on veterans day and they offered me a free synthetic oil change. Great business. Thank you for taking care of our veterans. Seems to be a very reputable honest shop. I will continue to bring all my vehicles at the Wade Green SpeeDee location.

My daughter is a student in nearby Statesboro and was in Kennesaw over the weekend visiting a friend of hers. She called me with a dead battery issue, I pulled up her location and saw the Speedee oil change shop near by. I called them and explained my issue, they got her in and out in less than 30 minutes with a fresh battery. They went the extra mile to diagnose the car to make sure it was indeed the battery. Me being a father with a daughter 4 hours away in school is nerve racking enough. To know that shops like this still exist is a BLESSING!!! Not to mention they were very affordable as well :)

I brought my car in there and the special consideration that Mr.Blaine gave me was very helpful. i brought my vehicle in, because it was smoking under the hood and the staff was prompt in diagnosing the problem, they were very quick in getting me back on the road. i will recommend this location to my friends. thank you for the great service.

Brian and Blane are upfront with the cost. No hidden charges. Brian doesnt do the work first and then charge the customer. My family and I are very pleased with the repairs done on our cars/trucks.

I cant say enough about Blaine the general manager and all of the guys at this SpeeDee location! Not only are they honest and dependable they are an absolute pleasure to work with!I brought my car in for a new battery and before I was able to leave, my coolant reservoir started gushing coolant out everywhere!! This problem was completely separate from my battery change as my car battery is in the back of my car not under the hood.SpeeDee Oil Change actually purchased my coolant reservoir for me and installed it for FREE!!!I was almost in tears because I had just picked my BMW up the day before from a BMW mechanic. That bill was $1,100.00!I was seriously out of luck and these guys were my knights in shining armor!Thanks to Blaine and the gang I am back on the road and will never so much as air up my tires anywhere else!Thanks Again for everything!DeDe

I will never go back and would not recommend this shop to anyone!! I went for the Veterans Day free oil change so Ill just say be wary of FREE when dealing with some companies! I was told I barely had any oil in my car, a very serious problem that they offered to address with an engine flush, of course, for a charge (which coincidentally was close to the cost of the oil change). Im familiar with cars and could say so much more about this whole experience but the take away is: my experience with this shop was very troubling and even more so that Veterans Day was used as the hook. I cant say they are dishonest but can say I felt like they attempted to take advantage of me.Follow-up review - I got a phone call from the owner in response to my review. He offered to make things right and I can respect that. I hope he can instill the type of culture he discussed with me. I feel sure it will have a positive impact on the business. I wish them the best!

The costumer service was phenomenal. There was an issue with my car that I dint know about and they told me, potentially keeping me from getting stranded somewhere. Really good rates, very honest workers. Highly recommend.

Awesome place! The people are friendly and the service is great.

Told me I had leaking tie rod ends and quoted me $400 to replace. I double checked with my dad whos been a mechanic with GM for 40+ years -- tie rod ends dont leak. The problem was two bad tires that they completely ignored, which is funny because theyre a tire shop.There are signs in the lobby saying they dont engage in deceptive business practices but obviously they do.Dont take your business here, especially if youre a woman. They WILL try to take advantage of you.E: The district manager called me and I was able to explain the situation and was offered an apology. At least they did attempt to make it right.

Refused to take my $17.99 coupon and aggressively attempted to upsell me to a $50 synthetic oil change I had no interest in. Outright refused to do the cheaper service claiming I would void my warranty on a 2012 vehicle ALREADY 2 years out of warranty. Crooks! Do not go in unless you want to pay high dollar or they won’t even service your vehicle. Got the service scheduled with no complaint by Chad at Eagle drive location further underscoring that they are liars and crooks! They knew what kind of car I was brining when I scheduled ahead. Wasted a whole day counting on them. Simply did not want to do a basic oil change even though 2 of them were too busy sitting in the lobby watching tv to notice me at the counter for several minutes. No surprise they had no customers.

Friendly service, incredibly fast, and honest! When you get nervous about people touching your car it doesnt get much better than that!

This location should update their hours no one likes driving to an establishment for it to be closed; UPDATE the service was overall norm, nothing to rave about. I went in for a high mileage oil change and tire rotation.
