The fine gentlemen at Mr. Tire took great care of us...they are fast, professional and dont try to push unnecessary extras on their customers. We had an oil change and tire rotation this time to prepare for a 1000 mile trip, next time we will buy new tires. Excellent prices and stellar service!

Dealt with Chris at Mr Tire and he was friendly and helpful. Suggested a few things on our 2003 Toyota which made sense and didn’t do any hard selling. Great value and a nice waiting room with water and TV access

They take care of you. Good about scheduling. Do make an appointment!! Expect a bit of a wait but its good to be somewhere busy. That means they know what theyre doing. Im usually in and out in less than an hour and thats for an oil change with tire rotation. They have an app and you can get your first oil change free. They dont recommend what you dont need. Oh and Wi-Fi! Bring your laptop while you wait. Basic complimentary coffee and water too.

Went out and grabbed a set of tires for me and stayed late to get them on my wifes crv. Can not thank the guys up here enough for working around my schedule to get this done. Now theres no need to worry about my wife and 2yo while im on the road at work.

I come here all the time for service on my vehicle. The guys there are always nice and friendly. Good and fast customer service. They are very knowledgeable on what they do. Wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a car shop. Glenn is one of the great men that work there and he is very helpful. 10/10 recommend. I stopped in this service center, having no prior purchases here, and asked the cost of a rotation. The gentleman behind the counter offered it for free. Even with a complimentary service, the whole thing took maybe 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend based on customer experience and speed of service. I will definitely come back the next time I need new tires.

I had a nail in my tire the earlier in the week and I called this store the day of to see about a fix and they said come on down and helped me get back on the road with two new tires within excellent wait time! The staff was so friendly, and kept me informed of the progress of the work to be done on the car. I appreciated their feedback. There was a little misunderstanding on my part. I did not quickly understand that alignment and balancing are 2 different things. When I picked up the minivan, I was surprised at the additional (approximately 150$) cost for the alignment.

Super friendly and helpful as always!I was in and out of the dealership for a period of time due to some issues. They told me that I needed all new filters, battery, belts, and whatever else they could suggest. I brought my car here for an oil change and let the guys know what else I had been told I needed. They let me know they would look into it. Turns out my battery was perfectly fine along with my filters and various other suggested maintenance. The guys at Mr Tire saved me so much money and for that I’m truly grateful!

Good service with affordable price

I have never had any complaints when working with Mr Tire. The service is always prompt and successful no matter which location. I can easily navigate and schedule an appointment online they are always answering the phones no matter how busy they are. I always know ahead of time what needs to be fixed when I get back, just in case, so I can do research before I do come back.

This location use to be top notch! I can no longer say that. Ive purchased 3 sets of tires from these guys and getting them to rotate them as is included in the purchase is like pulling teeth. I was willing to leave the car and they told me they couldnt complete it . This is now the 3rd time in a row this has happened.As of today, Mr. Tire will no longer have my business. Which is a lot seeing that I drive 40,000 miles a year.

What an awesome experience! I am sold on their honesty and integrity. My car started shaking and the engine light came on - Mr tire was the closest repair shop to me. They took a look and let me know it was an engine issue, and that they could fix it for $600, but they would prefer I take it to the dealership where it’s under warranty and the repair would cost me nothing. We had trouble with the tire constantly being flat shortly after refilling it with air. We decided to bring it here and have them take a look at it. They were able to locate the TWO nails lodged into our tire and fixed it within an hour for ZERO DOLLARS. I went in expecting to save a few dollars and only get two new tires, but once my car was up on the rack we noticed the rear tires needed replacing as well. The mechanics noticed my rear brakes were on the verge of failing, so we agreed to repair those as well. Normally, these additional charges would be annoying to me, but theyre professionalism and excellent pricing made my visit a positive experience. I will definitely be back and use these guys again. I am a stickler for good customer service and these guys provided me the utmost and quality customer service and quality needed repairs.

He only recommended The service that was necessary for my vehicle to function as desired. The manager took good care of me and explained everything including pricing. Most managers would not take as much time as he did to provide excellent service. Will exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend Mr. Tire of Kennesaw.

Marc with a C is absolutely AMAZING. He literally came and changed my flat tire when I was atleast 6 miles away from him. Then, I came to the shop and he drove 30 MINUTES to get me the tire for my car, brought it back, and got it put on within less than 20 minutes. This is the place to go, definitely! Theyre cheap and ALWAYS ON TIME!

They changed my oil on 9/21/19 and by 10/9/19 ALL my oil in my car was GONE. The car started making noises and now Im not sure if my motor is damaged. I would advise any and everyone to STAY AWAY from this place. I will definitely be contacting them and their corporate office concerning getting my car fixed! I CANNOT believe I paid $68 (price for oil change) for them to mess up my car!

I walked in needing an oil change after visiting another local auto service that demanded an outrageous price because of a “special filter” for my 07 Camry. Got a fair price. This is the 2nd MR tire location I’ve been to in GA and they seem to be pretty solid.

Cheapest oil change I get in my area! Speedy and they are honest when they do any inspections. I haven’t lived in the area for long but I’ve been here a few times and will keep coming back because they’re great!

This and its staff are exemplary! I brought my car to them after a repair gone wrong by a local dealership. They assessed the damage and gave me every bit of information I needed to handle the situation, even continued to give me their opinions and advance days later when I was still experiencing issues. If not for them, I would not have had the knowledge necessary to fight the dealership thats trying to do my dirty. I owe them immeasurably and would recommend their expertise to anyone!

My husband and I have been customers at Goodyear/Mr. Tire for more than 20 years. I should have written this review a long time ago because each of these men deserves praise for going above and beyond for us.I have a GMC Acadia and a couple of years ago it was having some problems. I cant tell you how much time and effort the guys, specifically Chris, spent trying to figure out the problem. Chris even devised a tool to try and fix the issue. We found out later that only the dealerships have the special tool that will work...After finding this out, Mr. Tire refunded all my money because they werent able to fix the problem. Unbelievable!!!!Every person we have dealt with has been honest, professional and most importantly transparent. The guys take the time to explain and answer all my questions and i usually have a lot.We are customers for life! Thank you, Mr. Tire!

I got a puncture in my tire on my commute home from work. Called other local tire shops near by about stopping by to get a quick repair. None were as helpful as Mr. Tire. I showed up and within 15 minutes my tire was repaired. The Manager at the shop didn’t even charge me for the labor or the repair. I will definitely be back the next time I need any tire services.

I came in for a routine oil change but they said I needed new tires and a alignment which was fine but I had my appointment at 9 am and I have been sitting here for 6 hours. Their goes my whole afternoon sitting here waiting. I have gotten 4 new tires in a hour not 6 hours. The manager knew how upset I was and offered to make up the lost time which I really appreciated.

Been using this location for the last 15 years. Has always been honest and done quality work on tires, tune ups, etc. We only go elsewhere when they cant do the job on our cars. Only concern I have is corporate directives distracting the local management and workers from their historic, high quality and customer focused work.

I have been a value customer to this location but when i went in on March 27 for a $14.99 promotion for conventional oil change that day. It was not $14.99 as stated in the promotion. The total came up $42.58 for conventional oil change. I went to the counter and pay a total of $27.58, they told me because of a $15 discount promotion they had. It would had been $42.58 for a oil change. What happen to the $14.99? I could have went to the pepboy or other places down the street and pay for the same oil for cheaper price. You guys lost my business here and i will not come back for a second time. This place take advantage of you, they will overcharge you like they did to me. BEWARE!

I have to say that I love the customer service that is given here. I was referred to Mr. Tire and I can see why. I have been to Mr. Tire a few times before, BUT today, I went to the tire place directly next door first because they seemed less busy. My mistake. I immediately saw why they are. The man I encountered seemed very unhappy to even be bothered. I had a slow leak and needed my tire to be patched. He kinda glanced at my tire and said I dont see anything and to be honest I cant help you. Turned me away. I came to Mr. Tire and despite my wait (they are squeezing me in) I am happy to be somewhere I am welcomed with a smile and happy to a least try and help.

I came in with a tire with low pressure and feared Id need a new tire. However, after minimal wait, I was informed the tire had been repaired--AT NO CHARGE. What started out to be an annoying experience turned out to be an exceedingly pleasant one. Everyone I interacted with treated me with respect, and their professionalism was exemplary. So came in weekend before last bought 2 tires and an oil change total came to $190. I told the gentleman that rang me up that if the other two tires that I was going to buy the next weekend were not going to cost the same price I wanted to get them all at the same time. He said they would be the same price he would note it in the account. I return the next weekend, this past weekend to get my other two tires they pull it up the total comes out to the exact same total yet I didnt get a oil change this time. I mention it to the guy behind the counter this time. He tells me that last time I had these discounts that was never mentioned to me. This is the type of shenanigans that I dont like dealing with. You might have got me for that extra 30 to $40 this time but guess what youll never get me again because Ill never returned your place of business you scumbags. you guys are thieves and I would strongly suggest nobody else ever trust you again. This is the kind of treatment that people get when theyre kind to you guys and trust you just a smack in the face. I sure hope your measly $400 was worth it. it could have been a lot more in the future but now youll be skipped every time.

Everyone needs a reliable tire / automotive shop. Same as your need for a good dry cleaner, butcher, barber, etc. Bill and the Team will be honest and upfront without the pressure. They arent the cheapest but they dont advertise to be. Your vehicle(s) is most likely your 2nd biggest investment so let Mr. Tire keep it that way.

2 Be Honest; Im Breathless! Walked in prepared to purchase 4 tires on 2/25/17 and was advised differently. I was informed I still have over 25,000 miles more on the tires. The reasons I felt the need was because the rim on one tire is slightly bent which makes me feel like theres a bubble in tire. Im looking at this Angel of GOD Thanking Him for his Integrity! I brought my truck for service to check front end work that was done at a store in Ocala Florida and they looked at my work that was done and noticed some things were not tight and many things were not grease either. Bill drove my car and had me show him the noise it was making, he checked it and made things right as they should have been from the beginning. 5 star place and I highly recommend this place.
