Was very disappointed that the supervisor over the service department checked me in, listened to the video of the noises being made my 2020 vehicle and given a thorough note if issues to be addressed. Upon retrieving my vehicle, not only were all issues not addressed, but THE supervisor failed to record my complaints properly. My vehicle still isnt fully fixed.

Went to buy a new Toyota Camry 2020. Claude & Bred was very professional to offer me the car. Actually they bought the car from Cherokee Toyota . And we had some misunderstanding with warranty that was also nicely solved in time. So far so good lets see the future service experience.

Theres nowhere else I would take my Toyota. My car has had a few problems that had baffled other mechanics, but I can always count on Cobb Toyota in general, and my main service contact Brenton Stump in particular, to get to the root of the issue and take care of it at a reasonable price.Is it a bit more expensive to get my car fixed at the dealership? Yes, it is. Is it worth it every time? Absolutely.

My daughter was due her first oil change on the new Corolla she bought at this dealership. We went on a Saturday afternoon and expected a long wait time but they had us in and out in less than 30 mins.....WONDERFUL !!!!!

I am normally very suspicious when it comes to dealership service, but my recent experience with the service center has been excellent. I would recommend anybody go and talk to Calen. Great service advisor, will listen to you and be very patient with all of your questions and concerns. I felt that I could trust him. The mechanics that did the work also seemed to take a personal interest in taking care of my car for me. Pricing was surprisingly reasonable too.

First time there, had tire oil change and tire rotation, drove on the highway next day and wheels feels like theyre about to fall off with the car shaking, called and staff with an attitude said drop it off, well take a look, we also have rentals at $35 a day truck was driving perfect before now, guess I shouldnt have agreed to the rotation as I only went for oil change.

Service advisor was great but Im pretty sure the mechanic didnt rotate my tires because my right front is out of balance and has a alight bounce around 45 mph. I paid for oil change and tire rotation. When I left at 45 mph that familiar bounce is still happening. I bought my tires at Discount Tire. Ill just stop by there and get them balanced and rotated.

We had one of our better experiences with the service department we have had. The gentleman we dealt with was very nice and helpful.

I went in for an oil change with no appointment on a Saturday. I was told the oil change would take an hour, 30 minutes later I was out of there. Nice people. :)

I arrived with an appointment and they told me that the service would take an hour and a half and I was at the dealer for three hours. They gave me the car when I went to complain the second time. the car was ready and nobody had let me know. They also give me a number to ask about the service of my car. I sent a text and they never answered me.

Best Toyota dealership in the area. They are patient, understanding and present you with all the options available. We have been to other Toyota dealers and this is the only location i dont want to lose my brains.

Calen is amazing!!! Had warranty work done on my passenger side axle. I also had 4 new tires put on, an alignment, and an oil change, and though I shopped around online for better pricing before I committed to getting it done, I couldn’t find better prices anywhere else! Calen took time to go through everything with me to make sure I was happy with everything. He even made a reasonable recommendation to replace the seal for the axle which was not included in the replacement under warranty, but would save me the high cost of labor should I need to do that later. He never tried to “upsell” me anything, but rather made very reasonable recommendations in a no-pressure manner. Prices on the services are very reasonable.They got it all done the same day while I waited, and were very thorough in their service. Nikko was the tech who worked on the car and did an excellent job!Thanks so much guys for your professionalism, kindness, patience, and personal attention. I will be back and will be sure to recommend you and your services!

Cobb County Service center is the absolute best. Calen, Beenton & David Cobb are my go-to Service Techs and they all provide top-notch customer service. They truly have your best interest at hand when advising you on what needs to be taken care of right away and what can wait.

I was disappointed I needed breaks my car is 09 in I didnt get it but a had to pay $300 not to get brakes. They said they were fine...not true.

Had 4 wheel alignment done to my Toyota matrix and had no problems making the appointment and all workers were curtious and professional. Alignment was done in reasonably time and cost.

Ive had my Highlander for just over a year, and although it *just* recently lost the new car smell, Im so happy to still be under warranty. Super convienent hours, friendly techs, and Im in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Its nice to have the waiting room there, too.

These guys are top shelf.

They actually help you and try to work with you. There might be some disagreements here and there but its a plus that you have a view on what they are talking about your car. If you wait on their lobby they come to you to inform you about anything even possible advices that could help you. I would love to comment the parking after service (since its outside) when it rains but that hasnt occurred to me yet. A good place for service but try to have an idea on price range so you dont get spooked or blindsided, parts and labor are still a thing, unless its a recall which is free.

I arrived before 9am for an oil change and did not leave until Service 10:22.

I have an issue every single time when I come to get my car serviced. Never happy with my service. Came in today for an oil change and a battery replacement but some how they forgot the oil change after 2 hours with my vehicle in the back.

Went in for an oil change. They said I needed new tires same day I have issues with one of my tires. Next day they cant patch the tire and I need new tires. Took 3 hours and as Im sitting in the waiting room 4 other customers have nails and need new tires. Luckily they have a tire sale going on the same day. Other Toyota dealerships wash and vacuum my car before its returned. Poor service

We purchased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma in the deal we wanted leather added to the vehicle and a gap in the bumper fixed the salesmen told us no problem we had the leather installed but service told me they were not going to fix the bumper
