1st off this is a black owned business! I needed new tires for my new rims, I made a call, got all the help I needed. I got tires ordered, put on rims and installed, plus my brakes done in no time. Came in 2/27/21 for the front and rear brake special wanted rotors resurfaced but they only did one. Waited like 2.5 hours for parts and work to be done. Now today is 6/29/21 and iam sitting at Pepboys getting my rotors and brakes replaced. I started hearing grinding last week Thursday on the passenger side and I knew that it was the rotor and that the caliper had to be grinding the rotor. My front brakes were never changed the mechanic was able to tell because none of the parts were greased. Basically the job was NEVER done but charged me $217.28 for doing NOTHING. I have called numerous of times and NO ONE has answered the phone and you can not leave a message. I need to speak with someone regarding this matter. So hopefully you all will see this and respond thank you

Went in to get my brake pads replaced and shave rotors. They forgot to put one of lug nuts back in and they put the wheels back on incorrectly. I know because whenever I park with the wheel turned, both of the front wheels are slanted on an axis. It wasn’t like this before and now when I drive at highway speeds it’s deviates to the left. I also noticed in one of the reviews in which they replaced the wheels, it also had slanted front wheels. Then I was charged an additional $10 more than what we agreed on for no apparent reason. Never going back and would not recommend.

COME HERE FOR BRAKES. I initially went to Mavis Tires for my brakes because they started squeaking. THEY quoted me at $760 - said I needed new pads in the front and back plus new rotors in the front and back. I decided to call around and found this place. Brought my car in and upon inspection he found that I ONLY needed new pads in the back, and he was able to refinish the rotors in the front. Support small businesses, they won’t rip you off!!

I was pulling my trailer on the way to my hunt club for a weekend of hunting. I already left later than I would have liked and was stressin out due to being late. My trailer tire decides to pop OFF my trailer. I was on the phone with AAA when I look across the street and there is Auto service right there (my luck, right)? I went in and talked with the gentlemen explaining the situation. 6-7 trips later across the 4 lane divided highway, I didnt even move my truck. We took the wheel off, fixed it up, and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Saved my night and part of my weekend. Thanks guys.

Getting my brakes done wasnt bad, guys were nice and didnt take long. I had 2 rotors resurfaced and ceramic pads put on. Shortly after, I noticed either my left or right back wheels were emitting a LOT of heat and smelling like burnt metal, just figured it was breaking in the pads, but its happened multiple times following getting my car worked on. I also noticed when coasting or decelerating, i get a winding down or howling sound after getting my brakes done here. I brought it back and got charged $50 for him to tell me theres nothing wrong even though all of the problems happened after they worked on my car.

I have brought my Audi here twice now. First was for a check engine light issue where other repair shops were quoting me nearly $7k. I brought it here and they did the work for $2500. I haven’t had any issues since. Now I bring my car here for all maintenance - oil changes, bristles whatever.

Took my truck in and when I first left the main breaks were soft and the parking break was not engaging. Took it back and they did correct the issue free but still scary when talking about breaks.

Brought in my car for a brake job. not only did i get my brakes done for less than Cobb county Toyota quoted me, the owner when the extra mile of fixing my bumper that had come lose due to a finder bender. local and the personal touch of dealing with the owner this is now my place for brakes and tires.
