So I was told the reason I was not able to get a tire rotation was that my tread was too low… I got new tires 3 months ago when I got my car. As someone who has brought their vehicles here for years and has used them for all of his vehicles, this was very lazy and I’m not using you guys anymore. Also worth noting I was not printed my tire check sheet that I have always gotten… interesting. Do better.

Were busy but got to me in the time they quoted. Professional and courteous staff. The failed alignment thing kind of makes me laugh since theres no such thing but I understand the need to make money. All and all one of the more reputable oil change places Ive dealt with.

Went in for an oil change and rotation. Despite there being several employees, it took 15+ minutes just to be greeted. After the oil change, they said they could not perform the rotation because the tread was low on one of the tires, and recommended I replace it. All four tires have less than 10k miles on them and are in perfect condition. I got the impression that they just didnt want to do it, and other reviews seem to confirm this suspicion.

Love this place! Guys are honest, hardworking and efficient. Never have any problems and gladly come back anytime my car needs service. Plus, free car wash across the street with oil changes and emissions.

I have used this business exclusively over the last several years for general maintenance and repairs. Today will be the last day. My check engine light came on so I took it to them to have an oil change and to let me know why the engine light was on in hopes that they could fix the problem as they have done many times before, to the tune of nearly $5000 since I started using their facilities. After the oil change payment, I asked what was going on with the car’s engine light and the manager said I can give you the codes or I can charge you a full diagnostic fee to get to the bottom of this. Obviously, I am a loyal customer spending nearly $5000 with them and you can’t just tell me what the problem is so that I can make an educated decision on fixing this piece of junk or having to buy another vehicle. The manager refused to give me the information even after I explained how loyal I was to this business and that I was willing to have them do the work if he would tell me the code implications. On another note, after paying the oil change fee the clerk says that they suggest I have my brakes replaced. You mean the ones that you just did in March to the tune of $590. This is why I will NOT return to a Captain Kleen speed lube in Kennesaw, Ga. off of Wade Green Rd. The manager said the owner’s name is Terry. I hope Terry is proud of his manager losing my loyal business.

I have only used the oil change services here. Their prices are average. Service includes a car wash. Staff is friendly and patient.Appointment is recommended, however I have never made an appointment and my wait time for an oil change is usually around 20 minutes.Mechanic services also offered here.Free beverages/coffee. Clean restrooms. Air conditioned waiting area.

I went in last week and was told the tech was not able to see me till next week, so I made an appointment for this week. I get to the appointment today and was told I was not going to be seen today because the tech was too busy. I asked why, when I have an appointment, and was told I would have to come back next week. I call BS! Your commitments mean nothing. Cancelling my car wash membership and looking for somewhere else to take my familys cars!

Great staff not to confuse them with the Speed Wash across the street. They have separate rest rooms, coffee, soft drinks and magazines. Always professional and helpful, a great place to do business. Free care wash with oil change and they do fast inspections.

I brought my Ford Taurus into the shop today, 3/20/2020, and Sterling got me in/out so fast! I was so nervous about my car, but I left with no worries feeling safe on the road. The tech left an oil handprint on hood of my car. I went through the carwash and it remained. I called the store and I was told to go to the car wash again and the print would come off. The print remained and I had to scrub and clean their mess from my car. Ive never had this issue before with this store, but they did not seem to care at all. After the oil change, my car smelled like burning oil and my check engine light came on for an O2 sensor issue. I probably wont be returning.

Today, I dropped off my 2007 Mazda6 at Captain Kleen Speed Lube @ 4210 Wade Green Road to have an alternator replaced. Sterling explained some additional work I needed and he completed the job way earlier than I expected. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly Way to Go Sterling. Also, I was impressed by the clean working areas and clean restroom. I recommend that all my family and friends take their autos to this location for service.

I’ve had the dual car family membership at this car wash for over three years. The personnel have always been exceptionally professional while simultaneously remaining extremely personable. They have the best and most powerful vacuums I have ever used. Washes themselves are always perfect and the floormat cleaner is amazing. Interacting with those that work there and the background music played makes it a wonderfully enjoyable experience every time.

I typically have a good experience; however, this past time left me less than satisfied. They got to my truck in a timely manner, but it took them about 1 hour for a routine oil change. The guys were unprofessional and there was no sense of urgency. It sounds like they are under new management, but I will not be back.

This is the absolute worst place to get an oil change. Brought my own oil and they drained and filled. When they started the car the plug wasnt completely in and it came out. That of course dumped all of my mobil 1 oil. They refilled with their own synthetic (not enough) and simply said sorry. No refund, no attempt to make it right. I wouldnt let them change oil in my lawn mower. Bunch of incompetent morons with zero decency or customer service skills.

I took my car to 2 other places and they could not find what was wrong with my car. I took it to Captain Kleen, they found the issue and I was out of there in a few hours! Very professional!!! I will be taking my car to them for now on.

I go here to get my oil changed and emissions done. Some of the techs are young but very nice. They get me in and out of there on my lunch break. Plus, you get a free car wash. No complaints on my end!

I came to get an emissions done and pulled up to the garage for emissions... only to be hand gestured to move... I was unsure of what the technician wanted me to do... so the kid walked over and said park my car in a rude tone. I apologized and said I didn’t know what his hand gesture meant... he just shrugged and was like okay and said yeah move the vehicle out of the way.Forget you guys!

Eric S was very helpful in getting my emissions test done. Google states that the shop closes at 7, but it turns out it closed at 6. However, when I showed up at 5:55. Eric still helped me out and got the emissions done.

Have been going for years for oil and emissions. Seems last several times they do not clean up after oil change leaving oil prints on the grill, front bumper and steering wheel. This is unacceptable. Please talk to your service crew to take more pride in their work. This will be my last visit.

They didnt rotate my tires (which is included in the premium oil change) because they were too lazy and then tried to blame it on my tire tread being too low. When I argued that they were fairly new tires they still refused to rotate them. I went to the dealer 3 months after this and they said my tires are still in excellent condition. THE DEALER SAID THAT. I used to really like this place but I heard theyre under new management. No longer speedy and horrible service. I wont be going back.

Stopped by to get a quick oil change, but there was an hour wait so I had to go elsewhere.

I went there at the recommendation of the local auto parts store, when my car had numerous error codes during the diagnostics. I was very impressed with the honesty, the gentleman diagnosed the problem, and by replacing a single solenoid was able to correct 6 error codes, and was very reasonably priced. I now have somewhere I am comfortable to take my vehicles, and dont have to worry about being taken advantage of! (It was a Mazda 5)

I took my car there a few weeks ago to get emissions checked. They were not busy. Two employees and one car ahead of me. I waited 30 minutes just to have somebody talk to me. One of the employees took a smoke break, made eye contact with me, and still preceded not to greet me. I finally went up to him, told him how long I had been there. He then told me 15 more minutes.

I had an AC issue, kept leaking out, and spoke to Sterling, the manager; he was amicable professional. He assured me they would do all to correct the problem. They found the swivel valve leaking, fixed, and recharge for free. Although the issue came back again, Sterling was very determined to find the issue, and they did.Their professionalism gave me calmness in a very stressful situation. Thank you, guys.

I’ve gone here 3 times . Not going back. If your interested in speedy service then go here. That’s why I gave two stars. But they aren’t the best otherwise. Employees not in uniform, either that or they just let some random jabroni drove my car around. That’s probably who stole my juul out of the side door. Each time I’ve been there the employees don’t seem very personable. I get you might not like your job or your not having a great day or that’s just your personality, whatever. Fake it until you make it. You only have to talk to a customer for a minute, it will help you make more money if you understand customer service. Also don’t take from peoples car.

Ive been here before. Today I came in for an oil change around 1:30 PM [they open at Noon] and found the store and the stalls empty. I waited around for about seven minutes then rang the doorbell again. Waited but no one came. As I was pulling out of the drive, I tapped my horn at a couple guys I spotted out back photographing a truck. No response there either. Ill try somewhere else.

Honest & affordable. I have my vehicle serviced by Hyundai and discovered my service location was closed on Sunday. I stumbled upon this location by chance and Im glad I did.Kenny notified me of an issue regarding my last oil change (new car) that caused a gradual leakage, leaving me with nearly zero oil.Kenny was honest and declined fixing it as he noticed some stripping. Kenny topped off all fluids and sent me on my way with a $0 bill.By far the best oil change experience Ive had.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Went to this place to get an oil change since my regular repair shop was busy. This place has no idea what they are doing. They Told me my drain plug was damaged and it will cost an outrageous amount to repair it. I immediately picked up my truck and took it home. Same evening I decided to look at the drain plug myself and looked fine. I did the oil change and did not experience any issues. Dodged that bullet. Definitely not recommend.

I went there for an oil change and paid for the triple play to save some money. Last time they did the oil change they did not rotate my brand new tires with the explanation that the owner changed policy and they no longer do a tire rotation if the tires look good. Bottom line, they did not do service that I already prepaid and it’s the part of the deal. Will not go back ever, will avoid this place.

Recently got my emissions tests done here. In and out in a couple of minutes. Everyone Ive encountered there has been very courteous. Especially the young guy at the front counter. He was very polite and professional.

Ive got my oil changed here 5+ times and every single time is amazingly fast, even when theyre packed with people the oil change has taken 20 minutes at the most. Really friendly staff too. I recommend.

The only reason I used this place was because they open on Sunday. They messed up my oil filter cap twice because they dont have appropriate tools, when I changed my wifes van oil, they recommended replace cabin filter which I truly believe they replaced it with a dead cat because it smelled bad when turn on air. A free car wash is not a good enough incentive to use their horrible service.

I took my car in for a wheel alignment. Mr Clay showed me on the lasers monitor that the alignment was where it needed to beHe didnt charge me. An unscrupulous company would have stolen my money.

Awful customer service. I sat in the office watching the workers go in and out. Someone else walked in and they helped them. There was never any acknowledgement thy he was attempting to get to me. Overall, they seemed to be very unorganized. Maybe it was just that day. I would not recommend.

Their prices have changed and they have prices for as many washes you want for a flat fee. I got this but it isnt the ideal location for me to take full advantage of it. Good customer service.

Avoid if possible. They don’t know what they are doing and will lie to up-sell to the more expense product. Sadly I couldn’t wait to go to my regular shop and have to suffer paying too much for service that is questionable at best. I came in expecting to be ripped off and I wasn’t disappointed in that expectation.

I went for an oil change and one of the employees who handled my car stole stuff out of it. I called, not expecting to get my stuff back, but to tell them they have thieves working for them and was told this isnt the first time a customer called because things were missing from their car. This is a serious violation and I will never return. I discourage anyone else from going there, either. Theyre a bunch of theives.

BE WARNED! My vehicle received damage and I received ZERO help or any kind of consolation from the car wash staff...While INSIDE the car wash, my car was pushed into the car in front of me! The pickup truck drove off while I was still locked in the car wash system so I was not able to follow. When I looked for help a gentleman called Chandler was very unhelpful and rude with me. At first, I was calm, but he became very defensive and rude. At that point I got upset. This has never happened to me in the many years I have used automated car washes. THEY PUT ME IN TOO EARLY AND TOO CLOSE TO THE CAR IN FRONT! Will NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH AGAIN!

Came here for an emissions test. Was initially told a 1 car and 15 minute wait, but then had 3 cars put ahead because the service counter lacks organization. An hour later, got an eye roll and f bomb from an employee for my troubles. Wont be coming back.

I have come here twice over the course of two months. The first time for an oil change second time emissions test. They have zero customer service. You walk in they don’t even ask you your name or even what car you have they just ask for your keys and walk away. Then they get people and the cars mixed up. They just had another client fill out information thinking they were the owner of my car. Keep in mind the other client asked for a oil change, I am just here to get my emissions done. Like another person said it’s not worth the free car wash.
