Words cannot full explain how thankful i am for Cameron and this shop. My car visited 2 other shops, costing me thousands in bogus repairs. I brought the car to Revolution and was treated like family. Was quoted 2-3 weeks on a repair due to issues with getting the specific part needed to repair my transmission. The car was in the shop max a week and a half and was returned to me in better condition than the day i bought it. Transmission feels like butter, car is running like a dream and even better they reduced costs to help me out in the situation.10/10 review on these guys and their level of professionalism.Will never use another shop, they have me as a forever customer.

My call for an appointment to fix a racing idle problem in my 2005 Dodge Ram was answered on the second business day by a courteous and professional young man by the name of Cameron. We discussed the problem and set a convenient appointment time. They diagnosed the problem, then ordered and installed the part. Throughout the process I was treated well and because I lived close, I was given a ride to and from my home. They provided a thorough explanation and completed repairs at a reasonable cost. Three months earlier I had new plugs and asked about a check engine light at one of their competitors just down the street. They charged me over $400 for plugs and an oil change and then said not to worry about the engine light. I checked the book repair hours for plugs and it was 1.3 hours. Its experiences like this that put Revolution Auto Service head and shoulders above their competition in Kennesaw.

I have a 2004 Toyota Camry that had not been properly maintained the last few years I’d had it because my old repair shop only ever checked my oil. I started taking it here for my oil changes because it was closer. They found several engine issues and strut/shock issues on my first visit. I panicked because it was a new car place for me and I wanted to make sure it was all real. I took it to Toyota and they found all the same issues, but for triple the price. So I took it back to Revolution for all the repairs, deciding to trust them. Best thing I could’ve done for my car. They gave me a list in order of things from most important to least important, and were super honest about the things I could put off doing so my card didn’t snap. Now several months later I’m happy to say my car is finally in perfect shape and running better than ever. They’re quick with repairs (even unscheduled, walk-in ones) and all the staff are really friendly and trustworthy. As a young female with an older car and zero knowledge, they never made me feel dumb with any questions I had, explaining the issues and repairs in a way easy for non-car people to understand.

Had a piece of metal hanging from the bottom of my car, I took it here without appointment - one of their very attentive mechanics looked at it, said it was no big deal, brought a set of screws and fixed it quickly and at no charge. Exemplary honesty, will be coming back here and recommending to anyone for any repair needs.

Oil change and tire rotation completed on schedule in the amount of time quoted. Value was great and everyone I encountered was very customer friendly. Enjoyed dealing with a local small business and will definitely be returning.

We could not find anyone to install a bolt on factory hitch so that we could take our bicycles on vacation. We found a bike rack just days before leaving and we needed the hitch installed. The local car dealers (Jim Tidwell and Pugmire) said they couldnt install bolt on factory hitches. Go figure. That scares me because if they cant do that then what can they do? We stumbled across Revolution Auto Service and the online reviews were good. I called them and they said of course we can install a bolt on factory hitch so we took it to them. Its not just the fact that they could bolt on a trailer hitch using the pre-drilled factory holes in the frame when the car dealers could not, it was the confidence they exuded, the cleanliness of the shop and the friendliness that will have us going back there.

I originally came in about 6 months ago because the air springs in my Infiniti SUV had gone out. They replaced the springs and did an alignment. I got a brand new set of tires two days later. They charged a very fair price for the work done, and I was extremely happy with their work. 6 months later, when I went to get my tires rotated elsewhere, I found out the car was out of alignment again and the brand new tires I purchased were down to the treads on the back. I went back ready for confrontation about whosefault this was and who would be responsible for replacing the tires. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be a HUGE understatement. While their alignment equipment is top of the line, my car failed to maintain alignment because the replacement springs settled forcing the alignment out of whack. Not only did they redo the alignment, but they also replaced the tires with the same high end brand I had originally purchased. I highly recommend Revolution for their excellent customer service, great prices, and quality work.

I needed Ball bearing replacement on my 2001 Sequoia. They did an awesome job and properly installed tire rod which were installed wrong.

Revolution put on tires in the last couple of years for me and another family member. They were great and certainly the most modest cost in the vicinity. But last week I got a check coolant light on my dash. The squeezed me in to a full schedule. They did maintenance on my system and added my correct coolant. I cannot speak highly enough of this shop.

These guys are the absolute best at what they do. You will not find a more honest and reasonably priced automotive repair business. I have taken my Chevy Cavalier to them multiple times as well as my brother for his Ford Edge. Now I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla I just bought and will bring that to them as well for any repairs. They go above and beyond to take care of a customer. I would highly recommend them out there to anybody looking for a top notch mechanic.

The Revolution team always does excellent work! They are honest in their assessments and never try to upsell repairs that are not necessary. Their customer service is excellent. I took my 70 Mach 1 Mustang for a front end alignment and the service I received was excellent. The technician spent three hours getting everything set to my specs and I was charged a very reasonable rate. Its not everyday that they work on a 50 year old car so I wasnt surprised it took a little longer.

This shop is the BEST when it comes to any job need to be done with your car. Nowadays, its hard to find any good service, but you can count on Revolution Auto. The people who work here will make sure youre not getting any unnecessary work done on your car and they will not overcharge you for their job. They take care of you just as well as they take care of your car! I dont even get basic oil changes from those speedy oil change places anymore, because I rather have my car worked on people I trust.Also, minorities can come here because they arent racist! I have used different auto shops in the area in the past couple of years and was never really satisfied with the service they had provided. The only reason why I didnt come here before is that this place is a little further from my office. Now I am glad I used them. The customer service is great, everything is explained and well documented. They went beyond the repair I came for and offered to take care of some scratches I had on the side of my Honda Odyssey as well. I will be definitely recommending them.

The transmission died on our Yukon a couple of weeks ago...I did not have a place so I searched Google Maps to see there was a shop kind of hidden around the corner with mostly 5 of 5 stars...they had a shipping issue on the unit but when they got it they swapped it out in 24 hours...along with making me happy I had to wait even though it was not their fault...and now I see free towing from LP and Synthetic Oil for half any other place...highly recommend them

I was driving a 2001 Toyota Camry with an array of issues and they would always work to save me money. I moved 30 miles away but still bring my car here because I cant anywhere else that compares.

Best auto service Ive ever had! The staff is very friendly and will answer any questions you have. I found them while dealing with Midas - who was ripping me off on a repair. I called Revolution Auto to explain the problem I was having with my car. They spent 20 minutes on the phone with me giving advice on what to look for, what questions to ask, etc. with absolutely no push to get me into their shop. Since then I havent gone anywhere else for repairs or oil changes. I highly recommend Revolution Auto!

Jeff saved my Honda from the junk yard! A bad head gasket replacement by a previous mechanic led to major issues. Jeff fixed the problem within a week and has my Honda running great!

First time there after my brother recommended. If you want honest and reasonable prices, these guys are it! You can eat off their garage floor! Family business and the do minor to major work. Front cv axle came out of my AWD transmission spewing transmission fluid everywhere. Replaced CV axle and cleaned the undercarriage and $270 parts and labor! They just saved my Christmas!

I had a bad ignition thingy in my 97 4-Runner, and it was running really rough. Took it to these guys, who diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. Realized I didnt have the dough for the repair, but they assured me that I could drive it long enough to get the dough. Took it back a couple of months later, and they fixed it. Old girl runs great, even with her 265K. They know what they are doing, and didnt give me the runaround. Will definitely do business with them again.

Revolution Auto Service Kennesaw did a FANTASTIC job of fixing my Xterra. It died on me, multiple times, and had it towed to RASK. Within a few hours, it was fixed for a very reasonable price and works like new!Jeff is a rock star and I would HIGHLY recommend RASK to ANYONE who needed automotive repairs!

Excellent Service and a Real Lifesaver!I was driving from Michigan to Georgia the day before Thanksgiving to visit my sisters when I suddenly lost my clutch pedal. Luckily, I could still shift and made it to Georgia but I had to take my vehicle in somewhere to get it looked at. I knew nothing of businesses in the area and picked Revolution Auto because it was closest to one of my sisters home.The crew there got me diagnosed and and gave me a quote very quickly. Unfortunately, the clutch slave cylinder had gone bad and the transmission was going to have to be pulled. Still, the price was very fair and I also ended up having them put a clutch in as well. It was frankly LESS than what I would have had to pay up here in Michigan to get the same repairs done.Jeff did everything he could in his power to take care of me, including getting an additional part at no cost to me (and pulling a favor from his parts supplier who didnt want to bring the part over that night) when they couldnt get the system to bleed properly AND they stayed late to finish it up so I could get back to work here in Michigan. I insisted on paying for that part and Jeff insisted that I not.I have nothing negative to say about Revolution Auto. Jeff and the rest of the crew were professional, kind, and caring; they displayed that classic Southern hospitality at every turn. I hope they read this and see that I truly did and still do appreciate it!I passed their location info on to my sisters and their husbands and told them about the great experience I had there. I feel very good knowing that if my family need car repairs, that I can feel confident from almost 800 miles away that they will receive the same treatment I did as a complete stranger and that they wont be ripped off or taken advantage of.
