I recently had my cylinder heads from my 1993 Acura Legend taken out and put back in by Kelvin and probably others that helped due to broken bolts being stuck in them. They also did my timing belt, water pump, thermostat and coolant sensor. Everything was put back together the way it was before the bolts were broken off. GREAT JOB!!! Kelvin, youre the MAAANNN.

I went to this shop to get struts, AC Compressor belt, and ball joint changed. AJ told me to bring the car at the end of the day so he can try to have his mechanic work on it first thing in the morning so he can get me out quick. I drop it off and he said that he will try to have it done by 2pm now. When I called two hours before 2pm the following day, he said it would take another 1-2 hours. That’s fine, but when I called at that point he needed another 30 minutes which turned into a whole hour if I hadn’t shown up myself. When I called the last time, he recommended getting my other belt changed but idk why they couldn’t call me if they wanted to do that so we can get the process done quicker. I strongly dislike the amount of time it took to get the job done because it took them a whole business day. I wish it was a speedy process. I do like the customer service as AJ was kind and professional and attempted to help me out with a discount. I wouldn’t go back because of the slow process to get the job done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO JOSE. HE WILL FUCC YOUR BIKE UP AND SWAP CERTAIN PARTS ON IT. DIRTY DOMINICAN THEIF. POOR AND DISGUSTING. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. NEVER AGAIN

My friends axile broke on the car. He fixed it in by the end of the day. He did not charge much. Nice people honest

Visited this shop a few weeks ago. Being new to the area, I reached out to my neighbors for recommendations on a good shop for my car and one of them suggested that I try speedys. I was there for about half hour waiting to speak to someone ( this was not even an issue to me, as i took the time to observe the shop ).When I was able to speak with someone, he explained that they were busy that morning and I would have to return later in the day. They took my information and promised to call half hour before my appointment. Most of the day went by with no call from them. I reached out a bit later that evening to them and got no answer.I cannot attest to the quality of their work nor the value of their services as I had no work done.

Customer service is very bad and very bad attitude

Ive been going to Speedys for about two years now, and have always been very satisfied. I was surprised to see negative reviews (anonymous) in Google. The people Ive seen there always take pride in their work.So who should you believe? Heres my suggestion. Go to a repair shop and see how busy they are, how many cars are being serviced in the shop and how many are waiting for service. Dissatisfied customers never come back. Satisfied customers come back, and tell their friends. Any repair shop relies on building and keeping a clientele to stay in business. If the shop is full, theyre probably doing something right.Check out Speedys. Im glad I did.

Customers beware!!! This shop will take advantage of you. Look elsewhere for honest and reliable service.I took my escape here due to an engine misfire, so they sold me a tune up. A couple weeks after getting it back the problem persisited. The second time around they replaced some spliced wiring that they claimed caused the misfire. Then for a third time the problem reappeared. But this time I broke down in south jersey and I took my vehicle to a credible mechanic and family friend.He informed me that Speedys did NOT actual replace even half of the parts that are required of a tune up (spark plugs, distributor cap, ect.), Furthermore, the wiring they supposedly replaced (that cost me $125) was not even performed: they merely put a zip tie on the existing wires. Hence the problem kept occurring.It turned out, I didnt even need the tune up. The misfire problem was due to three bad coils, but Speedys did not have the competence or honesty to pin point the problem and fix it. Meanwhile they charged me for unnecessary work that they didnt even perform!!Moreover, they left bolts off of my engine cover and broke the clips off of my key-ignition cover on another occasion. They told me I had to buy an entire new ignition set to get the cap back on it (the way it was when I left it to them).In other words, they do sloppy work and expect customers to pay for their mistakes. And they will milk people by putting band aids on problems and selling you service you dont actually need.These folks are unprofessional, sloppy and dishonest. Stay away and find credible service elsewhere. Thank you.
