I bought my Nissan NV200 at this dealership and naturally wanted to stick with it for service. I had a minor issue with a promotion. After speaking with Steve (Manager) everything was straightened out on the spot. This is exactly the kind of no-nonsense attitude I look for in building professional relationships. I can schedule service and everything will be handled reliably. If theres ever an issue or any concern, I know I can rely on Steve and his team. The purchase experience at Hudson Nissan was nothing less than 5-star (see google review). Im so glad I can depend on the Service department for that very same winning attitude.

Theres something special about Hudson Nissans service department. Everyone I dealt with during a significant repair of my vehicle was kind, understanding, and tried their best to understand what it would be like on the other side of the counter. Highly recommend them!

Great service fast do not go on a Saturday I made that mistake go during the week

Honestly the prices on fixing your vehicle here is ridiculous I spend $3000 for a job that would have cost me half of that anywhere else now two months later it’s back in the shop for another issue and I’m being charged $1000 and they are internal issues ! Nissan cars are deff out of the question for me especially with the way they treat there customers

I’ve had my oil changed at other Nissan dealers and was never changed a $30 labor fee for a $40 oil change, so I’ll kindly have the rest of the services I need from one I’ve used in the past this one is bent. Everyone is friendly and professional except the sharks in the office

Very disappointing ... after having the appointment for days, when I arrived they told me that they could not do the service. When I looked for explanations, nobody answered me, to sell right away they look for someone ... trash everything. I just hope I never have to go back there again.
