Service manager Manny Cuevas is very professional and knowledgeable and also a pleasure to work with. The entire staff at Hudson Toyota service dept are very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend. Been going there 4 years now and always reliable.

Horrible service for someone who has an appointment. Waited for over 4 hours for just a basic oil change and yet my car is not ready. 😡 😡 😤

Im reviewing the service department separately from the sales. Had a great experience with the service dept. My car was in and out in a very quick time frame. My service advisor John Gutierrez was excellent in helping out. I had a terrible experience with their sales dept however. Ive posted that on the main hudson toyota page

This service center has strict rules when it comes to providing a loaner car. According to one of their reps, theyll only provide one if your car needs to be worked on for at least 2-3 days and you must request this in advance.

William Gavir in the Service department has been an amazing service manager for us since 2007. We ended up buying a second Rav4 so we could stay with him.

Usually easy to schedule an appointment, you can even just do it online now. Been coming here for over 5 years and the service is always pretty fast. I’m usually able to get my oil change in under an hour. I always deal with John Gutierrez, very help in explaining what work need to be done if any of the mechanics notices something that has to be change. Will recommend.

Loved the food, reminds me of when I used to get sandwiches a deli I used to go to before it closed. Going there again today

I just had a horrible experience I had an appointment I still waited over a hour for basic service. Then they couldn’t find my car that ended up being boxed in.

Good service, a bit of a long wait, but worth it

Ive been a Hudson Toyota Customer for 5 years. They always get the job done and deliver great service at a great price. My wife and I just gave our Prius to a Covid19 unemployed person and we told them Go to Hudson Toyota for service!. We also just bought a car from Ed. Eddie G is the man. We bought the car during Covid19 on a cold day. But Eddie and the team made the day work. He showed me a few models and he told me the truth about each one and how they will meet my familys needs. The next day we took a road trip across the country and our Toyota Sienna was AWESOME. The car made the road trip. Doesnt that typify a perfect car shopping experience? Ha ha ha ha.... How cool is that? Yay Hudson Toyota. :-D

These guys are awesome I was on my trip to Newyork and I need my car to be serviced I reached the place in the morning 8am and by 8:45 I’m out with my car serviced, I really appreciate for there work 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
