I brought my car into the service center and was really easy to get in and get out. They finished the job really quickly and gave me a one way Uber ride. Not only that they vacuumed my floors. Such an amazing experience.

Friendly service. I liked that service was confirmed electronically. Service was performed on time and in the time frame allotted.

I brought my vehicle in for federally mandated recalls and the service department did not fix them. They wanted to charge me $250 so they could diagnose the issue- when the issue is clearly related to the recall. They claim the faulty part was replaced and that didnt resolve the issue. Quite frankly I have a hard time believing that. Then they have the nerve to tell me I refused service. News flash- I did not abstain from driving my car for 3 weeks to refuse service- the reality is they refused to provide service. You can do better.

I was driving down the highway and my car kept shutting off. Luckily I made it to Hudson Chrysler Jeep dealer and they were able to help me right away. Ive leased two vehicles from this location and plan to lease my next vehicle from there. Staff is friendly and its in my neighborhood.

My go to place for anything issues with my SRT. Staff is amazing, Kevin always helps me through. 5 star service for real.

Had to have our car towed here to have tire replaced Thursday night because the car did not come with a spare. It’s now Saturday, and we still can not get in touch with anyone to see when we can get our car back. I rely on my car for work, so not knowing when I will be able to pick it up is a major problem.

I would have given this place a 5 but it took them 2 days to just look at my car. With that being said, once they found the issue, the turnaround and service was excellent. They determined my vehicle needed a fuel pump and 24 hours later it was complete. My advisor, Kevin, was in regular contact with me throughout the repair. I would recommend anyone who has service issues with their Dodge use this location.

These vehicles are low quality. The service here is horrible. JEEP vehicles are complicated and break down easily. Never again will I buy JEEP or CHRYSLER.

I went in for brakes on front in back. Wish the sales assistant would have said the price of it all before they worked on it. 1500.00 for brakes. I recently gotten a quote from the dealership in NC. They said 500.00 for brakes in rotors. Thinking they would be the same and was so wrong. I will only get a oil change from them from now on. Ill take my truck back to the south next time if I need and more work done while Im here working.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They are such a rip off, they also give you the run around about. Your car then dont answer the phone after they get some information from you. Christopher Torres is a lousy service guy and pushes you off to other employees so he doesnt have to answer your questions or stall because he has no answers. While my car was sitting there for a week a sales lady called me and asked if i was bringing in my car and when i do do i want to upgrade. This shows how unorganized they are because i explained my car was sitting there for a week and no one called me back about it. She was quick to get off the phone once she noticed the situation. They broke two piece on my drivers seat. Then they lied on my service receipt and wrote down that I said I had other things wrong with my car and I didnt. They overcharged me for minor work and then when I got my car back it smelled like cigarettes and had ashes in my interior door handles. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this dealership & the service department. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND A HEADACHE DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

I want to give them below zero but unfortunately the google has notthe below zero optionThis dealer made me very very disappointed.I wanted to buy a 2019 Dodge Durango GT plus.The dodge manufacturer company is giving the buyer offer for 36 months with 0% interest rate.The the person who was helping with my paper work she asked if my Credit score was good which I said it’s excellent 833 with no liability on me.she asked that is good your are then eligible if your credit is 833 after checking she cane back saying well your credit history is only 2 years if you can give me a Co signer then we can help you out.I ask my son who’s credit score was 750 after he hit hard with the check she came back we’ll sorry I can’t help you as our son didn’t had any loan or mortgage on him so he too is not eligible.She said if you can get someone who credit is good max paid off any loan or mortgage that will be Good.I had but didn’t wanted to take favor but since my son was desperate to have this car I asked one of my family friend who had excellent credit score and paid off his car.I took him along with me from Brooklyn to New Jersey getting him early out from his job and before going I already check with Manager Mr Jone and he told that will be good as per his word we went wasted 2 hours and he took his consent and my friend got hard hit on this credit check and the result was Negative the manager told us sorry we can’t give you this car for 36 month with 0%I got shocked and asked now what said that well too have to pay 4.9 % interest.My concern is that why Dodge is Fooling people by putting this kind of information and attracting customers and not fulfilling their commitment what they said on the advertising.Please stop FOOLING People.All my 3 visit and the time Got wasted if they where Straight forward with their Client.

Bought my SUV there. Eh its alright.

Booked an appointment for 1pm, just fluids, brake bulb, and brake pads, waited 3-4hrs to finish...like...why even book an appointment if ima wait 4hrs to be done...felt ignored and overlooked as a whole as I watched people come and go and I just sit waiting like a fool.
