Spectacular Service. My 1st oil change for my new Chevy and I was impressed. I was a few minutes late to my appointment, but it was alright. My car was completed in the allotted time provided. The entire staff was friendly as well as professional. This oil change was free but I am considering to continue with the remainder of my oil changes here.

A simple service with oil change took 3 hours. Smh. And they said it would only take an hour.

Even though sometimes i go there and i never get greeted right away (cause everyone is always seemingly so tired), when u do finally get someone, they are knowledgeable and always ask u if u want a 5 dollar gift card so that u can enjoy some IHOP while u are waiting. The wait is never too long though, just 2.5 hrs for an oil change etc. I especially loved the lady there, i think she might have been new; her name was LYNN. She was excellent and very informative!

I spoke with the tech N he is real as they come So is Lynn who works up frontWith Ken. Thier are somethings u can get around like air N cabin filters. But throttle body N fuel injection cleaning must be doneIf u wish to stay safe N good on the road...

Biggest rip off ever..they tried to charge me 600 dollars just to change a front driver side window regulator which 150 was for diagnosis..which i already told them what was needed..could hace save time and money doing the 30 min repair my self.. Rip of dealership

I own a 2002 Chevy Suburban and a Ford Focus and I will only use this place! Lynn is the best and her main goal is for you to leave happy! I have been using them for years and I will only use this place to service my vehicles. The only reason I purchased a Ford from the Chevrolet Dealer is because I wanted to continue to have Lynn as my service adviser. I can not say enough wonderful things about her and the amazing customer service that she provides!

An oil change takes 2.5 hours and conveniently maintenance packages get lost...so buy a 40,000 brand new truck and get charged for an oil change after waiting 2.5 hours.

This place is just gross. In addition to the unbelievable nasty attitude of the lady advisor this place is filthy! The waiting area is disgusting and does not even have a place where you can do some work. ZERO customer service on top of everything else. First and last time in this hell hole.

I made an online appointment and they sent me the wrong address. Then when I finally got here, it was closed. Why they don’t call me to cancel the appointment if they know they’re going to be closed. Cero stars for them.

Ive been coming here for service in regards to my leased Chevy for the past two years. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, attentive, and committed to helping me get back in my vehicle as soon as possible. I came in because of an engine light blinking on the panel.Luckily, my leased car was still under warranty so the attendant informed me they could fix it at no additional cost. The mechanics are very good at getting cars fixed.

They are a bit more expensive than NY but they can get you the parts sometimes at the same day while in NY you have to wait a day or two.Customer service is okay but if you are a business owner you are entitled for a discount can reach 35% and they sometimes play with that discount % which is not good. So you better know your game/rights and ask in other dealership before you buy as you can confront them and get a better savings can reach to $100s. Moreover when you pay cash you would save the sales tax $$$I needed a few parts for my truck in Chevy NY but they were not available for a week. I called chevy parts in NJ and they said they can have it in the same day. I took a shop owner in NJ and we had an argument at the Chevy parts because they were giving us a higher price but when I told them the other Chevy parts in NY were given us few $100s discount, he changed the price; which should be done without asking.

Absolutely horrible. I wish I can give zero stars, I had an appointment for 8 am, Left my car there for just break check and did not receive no call backs the whole day of the progress. When I tried to call back all I was told was that the person is on break at 4 PM. When I went to the shop no one wanted to talk to me because nobody had any words, they were pointing fingers at each other and they told me that they haven’t even looked at the car yet. I wasted 9 hours for ABSOLUTELY nothing. My whole day was wasted working with a professional company. I can take it to a some corner store garage and get it fixed in 3 hours. And lol they told me to bring it back tomorrow.

Let me tell you, i after 31 years finally left Ford for so many reasons, i came to get a chevy and i had issues with it, long story short i have to say this staff this incredible team of what seems to be dedicated individuals in what they do and the service they provide with superb customer service show you that they are human unlike every other place ive gone they have respect they dont just go asking for money bc you have a question you shrug you off as you talk. Dealing with Ken in particular twice its as if you feel a sense of welcoming and its just great smiles everywhere and servicing the vehicle went smooth very transparent well im touch with customers. I will always come to this shop i dont care if i didnt have a chevy its the team thats there that really make it what it is. Patience is always key when it comes to auto repairs but with them its worth it. Thank you guys and gals over at Chevy Jersey City.

Total waste went in for oil change told price of 49 bucks when done 60 and had coupon! Also oil gage going crazy after oil change all of a sudden oil gage sensor bad! Not happy at all!

2015 suburban Ltz over $74000. Sticker.Had a few issues one being the drivers seat. They ordered a new cusion and had to bring it back a few a couple times - trim falling off screw popped out from somewhere.. They sai it needs a new bracket as well fine new bracket it is, installed trim still loose tell service rep thats how it is they say to me I drive out and look at it in the sun and its not installed correctly.. Back I go for a third time the same day! Its so dark in the shop I ask for the techs flash light.. Show him the problem and how the Tetris should be seated. ( to his defense its dark in that shop) I also noticed when I was outside that the front right strut was leaking fluid.. Checkd the Invoice and saw multipoint inspection.Ok, ingest in and start backing out of the shop and two employees are laughing at the ticking sound the truck makes when its running... Very bad!! Smh!Ive been in the auto body industry for 28 years! I worked for Sewell Cadillac in Dallas Texas. Having been in the business its dificult for me to throw a tech or a service person under the bus! I always take care of people and do the right thing! Im very sadness by this experience!
