God Bless this dealership. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Seriously! It felt like having a friend, a family financial planner, and a personal shopper in one. Cody and Corey were both so helpful and honest. I told them what I was looking for, what I was interested in, and they helped me find the best options that kept me within my parameters. I never once felt pressured. In fact, Corey could have sold me more expensive options, but he was more concerned about helping me stay within what was best for my family.They pampered both me and my kids and made the process so enjoyable. They even pampered my new car for free AFTER I bought it as is. They made sure I drove away with a full tank of gas (I didnt have to ask) and a car so clean and so comfortable. Even doing a follow up to make sure everything was going well with the vehicle.Sorry for the long post, but seriously this is the place to turn to when you need to make a tough decision within tight parameters.You wont regret talking to them.
I typically dont, but this time I decided to take my car to the local Lexus dealership to have my routine oil change. The websites service portion clearly states Transparent Pricing--Oil Change $109.99; the phrase Transparent pricing gave me peace knowing that there wouldnt be any discrepancies when I brought my car there.I waited in the lobby for someone to bring my paperwork and was baffled when they brought back the paperwork with the itemized service listed at $139.99. I informed the employee of the special on the website, and the employee said that they were not aware of that and needed to check. When the employee returned, they stated that this was the price for a conventional oil change, not the synthetic oil that would be needed for my particular model since it is a newer car, as they havent used conventional oil since 2009. My two biggest issues with this statement are:1) There were no options on the service website giving any other itemized breakdowns about both Conventional and Synthetic. It is listed as if there is only one Oil change service available. Thankfully, the price is Transparent2) A 2013 is by no means a newer car. No car in this decade OR the last would even qualify for this transparently priced special. Im not sure if any car that comes here would even qualify.Im not sure who was more intentionally dishonest: the marketing teams choice to use the phrase Oil Change--Transparent Pricing, or the service team having to go back and double-check and state that there was an unlisted discrepancy for oil that they dont actually use there.They didnt adjust the dates in my cars service section, they were dishonest, and the car wash was down. I am probably more disappointed than upset.
We had a wonderful experience with Tom Wood Lexus. It is really hard to buy a car in todays market. The first car we planned to buy was sold very quickly, but Michael helped us find exactly the same car, got it shipped to Tom Wood, and prepared the car and documents before we arrived for our appointment. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. We are very happy with our car. Highly recommend!
Whether other places are less expensive to take for service isn’t even a consideration. The service and perks at Tom Wood Lexus are so far above others that I would not consider taking it elsewhere! The biggest perk is the very nice loaner cars they provide while my car is being serviced. I can also earn points toward my next Lexus. The service staff does not pressure me to have anything done that I don’t need. The waiting area provides snacks and drinks. Everyone is pleasant. I love my Lexus!

We have had Tom Wood Lexus to service our 2017 Lexus and find the dealership to be very accommodating, professional and helpful. My pressure gauge light came on after hitting a bump, so I made an appointment to check it out. In the interim, it shut off (after hitting another bump), but I still kept my appointment. Mike, who is relatively new, was great about explaining to me that the tire pressure was just on the cusp…thankfully nothing serious. I was in and out in no time. I always get premium service at Lexus, always friendly and professional, always efficient, yet taking the team to educate the client, and obviously experts at what they do. I trust Lexus and Mike is a perfect addition to their team!

They were having computer issues the General Manager came out and apologized for the delay the woman who greeted me when I came in made me feel welcomed and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Excellent service from entry to exit. Extremely attentive to detail, never rushed, follow-through excellent.Long-time Lexus customer and the Service I receive from the Service Reps when I bring in car never waivers. Though my Lexus is older though well taken care, they treat it like it’s new and they seem vested in ensuring everything works. They always perform a full-point inspection with each visit (per my request) and though it can cost me sometimes when they find something, I’ve always had great advise on when or when not to do any repairs they may find. I trust them and trust isn’t something I am that generous with. And my Lexus looks, runs and rides like day one and that is 100% because of their helping me stay ahead of anything which may become problematic. I do my part and Lexus does theirs.Every new car buyer knows that the purchase experience is transient but the Service experience is continuous and can, and does influence repurchase of a Lexus, or any car.
The only issue with my recent visit to Tom Wood Lexus was it cost me $370 just to have my vehicle inspected. No repairs were made, just an inspection. I was expecting half of that cost when I dropped the car off. So, I do feel slightly taken advantage of. Other than that my experience was fine.2010 LS460 AWD83K

Alicia explained the details and then went into inventory to show how the different configurations impacted the cost of the lease. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Originally went in to have a key fob programmed since I lost my other one. The service department did a complete inspection of my vehicle and found other areas needed to be addressed. The liaison kept me informed the entire time I was there. All issues were repaired and or programmed.I left the dealership confident and with peace of mind.Huge thank you to the entire team!!!

Tom Wood Lexus always does an incredible job with my wife RX 350. I waited for the service to be done on my car and they always kept me updated and let me know how things were progressing. They have a nice waiting area where I was able to take care of some business on my iPad. Its a little bit of a drive for me but its well worth it.

Everything was just matter of fact, all business. There were no special perks to make us consider that dealer again, not even a free oil change! They just happened to have the car that we decided to buy. We had formed more of a relationship with the salesperson from whom we didn’t buy a car. The only reason we did not buy a car from him is that they are discontinuing the model next year that we had originally decided upon.
I worked with Corey. It was an awesome experience. Easy communication via text. Sticky situation with the vehicle I was turning in. Long story short Corey stood behind the GX and the offer on trade in for 5 weeks while I worked on getting title for my trade in. All of this during a time of a shortage on vehicles. First class experience!
If you go here, find James who is probably the best salesman I have met. He is also the busiest person on the floor but will take care of all your needs. Also, Zach who works with internet sales/financing was superb. Great customer care overall.

Did not preform all requested services for my appointment. Specifically, they did not change my oil. Called to complain and have not heard from anyone. Makes me wonder if they did any service to my vehicle. Got a car wash from them as well but the car still had bugs on front of car and dirt inside the doors. Complained to BBB as well. For the amount I paid for the car and for them to have the service contract I expect better service and quality.
I had a problem with my 2002 sc 430 trunk not closing completely. After getting an estimate from the shop I use, I decided to go to the dealer(Tom Wood) Cody was my rep and he said they would do their own evaluation and it showed a different issue. They ordered the part and gave me a new loaner vehicle to drive untill the part came in and the repair could be completed. That was a great convenience since it took close to a month to get the part. Cody kept me informed about things and it actually cost less than the estimate from my shop. I was very happy with Cody and the service.

Very poor service this time. Dropped car off at 10am for front brakes. Did not receive a phone call at all the rest of the day. I called at 3:20 to check status and could not speak to anyone. Was forced to leave a voicemail. Which I did. No return call. Called again at 5pm. Same. No person answered. Forced to leave another voicemail. No return call.Finally called the SALES number at 5:45 (they close at 6) and they connected me to someone, but not the service advisor that I left my car with in the morning. So I was unable to pick up the car that day. Also had asked the service advisor to have the body shop take a look at an area of concern. That did not happen. I never was able to speak to the service advisor that I left the car with in the morning. And I was unable to get my car back until 2pm the following day. Very frustrating.

My Car Consultant (Analisa) was new but you could not tell by the way she exhibited professionalism and performed high level service. The dealership was clean and layer out very well. I called in to make a reservation for an oil change at 10 am. I got an appointment at 2:15 pm. Timing was great. Kevin lent me a charger for my phone. I was glad that the quiet room was available as I had an unexpected meeting. The recommended work mostly sounds good and I will make another appointment soon.

Great experience with service at Tom Wood Lexus. They took excellent care of me. When the service was going to take longer I got a loaner and was on my way. Details were considered like even tuning to the right radio station and transferring my personal items to the loaner. Repair was done on time and the loaner was swapped out at my own home.
I used the complementary valet for my 1-year service and it worked out great. I will definitely use it again for my next service appointment.A big thanks to my loaner driver. He was the best. I think his name was Rick but not sure.

The service on my vehicle was performed expeditiously considering the fact that the service department was quite busy.
The service was excellent but as a new customer that bought a used Lexus from another state it was somewhat confusing as to how the dealership operates. For example needing to wait in the lounge after dropping off the car for your personal service manager to come in an talk to you about what work they already know is going to be done today. Paying them instead of a cashier and In my case my service manager was gone before 6:00 so I had to find someone to pay.
The service department was courteous and finished the work on my car in the time frame expected they did a good job.

The day I picked up the car was an outstanding experience - the coming to an agreement on price - not so much. If you are buying a new vehicle now the dealer has all the cards - if you don’t buy it someone else will.The other thing is that on their website you can value your trade - that turns out to be complete BS. 2 or 3 stone chips and the car “needed” tires - that cost me over $5,000. The car had 28k miles on it and was well cared for.Overall, it was just an ok experience - they have not earned a loyal customer.

Good service by the service manager. Hail storm damaged my car. Their insurance did not cover it. Perhaps they should look into this for future. It is expensive to have the car fixed, adding to that acts of God damages is over the top for a customer.I thought the pricing for the work done was on the high side $3700 dollars!
I arrived at my 1:45 pm appointment and was met by associate who hurriedly took my info and instructed me to wait in customer waiting room. I was only scheduled for a Safety Inspection so I was prepared to wait while service was being done. After 5 minutes, my service advisor, Kevin, called my name and directed me to his office. After gathering some information from me, since this was my first visit with their service department, Kevin informed me of the different Inspections available and I chose the FREE Safety Inspection instead of the $170 15 point instructed. He then told me that it take approximately ONE HOUR and to return to waiting area and that there were snacks and drinks available. The ladies room and waiting room are well lit and theres also a Cafe but it was closed due to Covid. While waiting I noticed that Good Bones, a local mother/daughter house flipping team, was on HGTV and that Indy Star published on article about them in the paper that morning. As I was waiting I so engrossed in the shows marathon that I didnt realize that 3 hours had passed! After locating Kevin in the service area, and waiting about 5 minutes until he assisted another customer, we returned to his office and he informed me that he was doing multiple jobs and that there was a mixup and I that I had received the 15 point inspection and that there was a special running at the time so it would be free to charge. I really felt bad for Kevin because he was doing several jobs that clearly someone else should have been doing. I understand that theres a shortage of employees at many businesses but there should have been better communication. All in all an overall good first time experience considering the shortage of workers in the country. NOTE: Masks are not worn by employees! Kevin put his on because I was wearing one.
Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff - They were fantastic at listening to my needs/desires/goals/concerns and adjusting to my needs throughout the process. I never felt pressured and always had the information to make my own decision about purchasing the vehicle, options, add-ons, insurances, etc. Great experience and I would definitely come back (though I hope not too soon, as Id like my new vehicle to last!)

Overall, happy that the car is fixed. However, my service rep never even introduced himself to me. I did not get his name until I received the quote for services via text/email and been there for an hour and a half. Feels more and more like being treated as a number as opposed to a customer each time I go in.
Two stars for experience of scheduling an appointment over the phone with Tom Wood Lexus. This was not Tom Wood Lexus business, but a phone center. The person was not there for customer service, listening, nor explaining options. I requested A 15,000 mile service and repair of a damaged wheel. The person wrote down a 20,000 mile service and tire replacement! Person didn’t listen or care about customer service or accuracy……just wanted to move on like there was a quota of appointments requirement that day.
