Our Falcone experience was absolutely one of a kind. I’ve been a part of 10+ car buying experiences and hands down this one takes the cake as the best - I sincerely mean that. I arrived based upon a referral and worked with two sales reps with passion not only for the industry, but the company culture as well. There was no time spent idle waiting/wondering where we were in the process of buying. Overall, our time was respected and valued. Our trade was valued extremely fairly and the financing options were just as great. The vehicle was cleaned and delivered with care. I was beyond impressed from start to finish and will certainly be sending anyone who is interested in VW or Subaru to this dealership specifically. There’s no comparison in Indy.
I had ordered a few parts but they forgot to place the order a week later show up again and theyre the wrong parts. I provide my vin number again and he could not find the right part or pulled up the wrong diagram, his explanation didnt make any sense and he didnt seem or didnt wanted to figure it out. So told me to buy some universal parts to make it work. Who knows what was more important then attending a customer. By the way I have a commercial account so I buy stuff there pretty often.
Falcone is definitely the place to get a Subi in Indy. Alex and Mo were excellent in getting my info ahead of time so that my visit was quick and painless. We also met Bob Falcone, the owner, you hardly ever see that at any dealership. This was the easiest experience I ever had in getting a new car and we love our new Forester Black Edition (which btw they looked at other places to get it for us)! Well be a lifetime customer of Falcone!
John Fitzgerald was very very knowledgeable and the whole experience was very transparent. I was shocked at the no pressure-heres our product heres the pluses and the deals if you wanna but great if not thats fine too attitude at the dealer. John layed out all the scenarios and found the best that fit us. Gary the used car appraiser was great too he valued our trade and was very explanatory on why it appraised at what it did and what websites would appraise it at. All in all a great experience. We originally went to Falcone because of the no dealer or doc fees like he says in the billboards and it was true. I feel like I can go back with anything or just to chitchat and Ill be welcome.

I bought a 2013 Focus ST from Falcone VW. At first I was impressed with their dealership and their were some pros as their finance department was amazing. However, what wasnt impressive was the commitment to excellence as I was lied to about several things.First off, the car was listed with a backup camera according to their advertisement on their website. This car did not have a backup camera, did not come in any 2013 Focus ST models unless it was installed aftermarket. Secondly, I was promised a second key fob. Almost a year of ownership and I still only have one key fob. Also, while at the dealership a piece of the trim in the engine bay kept falling off, and that issue was never addressed. I also requested a book with my vehicle which they said they would print one off for me. I still do not have this book. So it seems pretty simple, once they had my money they were not interested in fulfilling any promise made.Ive also already spent 960 dollars on rear brake repairs with under a year of ownership. I had to replace the pads, rotors, calipers, and hoses on the rear of the vehicle. I know this is typical maintenance but I feel under a year of ownership I should not have to make that level of repair. I still really love the car, just disappointed by some promises that were not kept. You should NEVER make a promise you dont intend to keep.

My husband and I had been looking at Atlass for about 2 months. Falcone was the last VW dealership we visited and the experience at Falcone was exactly the opposite of all the rest. They were no-pressure, allowed us to test drive the car without a sales person in the back seat babysitting us, and no hassle with our trade in. The best part of the whole experience was the negotiation of the bottom line numbers.. no poker-face needed, no hard-ball.. they gave us their best numbers right off that bat and those numbers were much better than the other dealerships! We first contacted Bert in February of this year. We visited Falcone, test drove two different vehicles, asked tons of questions, took up a lot of time and then left without buying a car because werent quite ready to buy. When I returned alone in May wanting to test drive the Ascent and the Outback Bert was very accommodating. He answered all of my questions in a straight forward and friendly manner and we made a deal that day. I ended up buying the Ascent, which I am loving. I highly recommend Bert as a courteous, helpful, straight-talking, top-notch salesman.

They went above and beyond for me, and I feel like I got a very fair price and that they made sure everything was as simple and transparent as possible. So far, the car is wonderful as well. While getting my 2013 Outback serviced I approached Matt Bartelson about the new Outbacks. He answered my questions, filled me in on whats new and left it that I would contact him when I was ready. About a month or two later we stopped by again, a bit more serious about a new Outback.Matt helped us find the model and color we wanted, even to the point of calling us when an Outback with an interior we were interested in came in to see if we really liked the color or not. And on top of it all, when we decided on the car we wanted, Matt held it for us a couple of weeks until our funding came in. He got all the options we wanted installed and made the whole process easy. I told Matt I would shop his price, to which he said, Please do. His confidence was founded since no dealership came near enough to make go anywhere else.Jon ran us through the paperwork quickly, with no pressure or hype. Matt was so helpful and made the car trading experience as easy as possible. He was friendly, not pushy at all, focused attention on us (despite the showroom being very busy), and gave my family time alone as needed to talk things over. He spent a lot of time with us, walking through all the options and functionality of what would become my new car, making sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove away. Incredible service from Gary and Alex. I was incredibly nervous because of my negative equity on my vehicle but they made the entire process easy and stress free. I contacted Bert via the website regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He responded within a few hours. Setting up an appointment was easy. Bert did not try to haggle or upsell things I was no interested in. The experience was easy, and I felt good leaving the dealership, which is rare. Bert also spent a significant amount of time going over all of the features of the vehicle and helped me connect my phone, which I had to figure out all on my own with my last vehicle.Overall, Bert made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience, which is amazing.

More than a month ago, I bought a 2015 VW diesel Sportwagen from Falcone Automotive, and I still feel great about that experience. Nick and Moe were great. I saw the car online, called around 4 in the afternoon, and Nick had the car ready for me to test drive in less than an hour. Nick was a no-pressure salesman, and without back and forth negotiations, he gave me the price I needed to buy the car. My husband and I picked up the car two day later and Moe, who did our financial paper work, was straight-forward and easy to work with. The whole dealership seemed to have a positive, honest, and straight-forward vibe. This may be one of the first car-buying experiences that I have actually enjoyed.

Absolutely painless. From walking in and being greeting in a normal human manner not hounded. Finance was friendly and not pushy like other dealers, at another dealer, the finance manager was actually rude once we refused GAP and other options. Not here. Moe was great. Justin our sales person was awesome. Had an amazing conversation and you can just sense his love of the cars and product My wife almost couldnt stand how we were like teenagers talking about our cars, and options, add-ons, sounds, videos, and everything. It was just perfect. Even better was the follow up phone call to make sure there were not any issues. Lastly, I found out two other people I know have purchased not only from Falcone but from the same sales person. So many compliments on the car and asking how the process was. Dont waste your time at other places that wont work with you or be upfront. Go to these people, it is absolutely worth it.
I took my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced after it was hit with a rock. After talking to Safe Lite Glass and first trying to schedule the replacement with them, they alerted us to the fact that Subaru has a 5 year warranty on glass on 2015 and 2016 Subarus. We took it to Subaru thinking that it was a long shot that they would cover it especially since it is 100% covered by our insurance. Shockingly, the manager (Shelby) said that they would cover it. They told me that it would take 3-4 hours to complete the job, which it did---3.5 hours. About in the middle of the time period, Brady came to the waiting room to check on me and make sure that I was doing okay. Luckily I am knitting a baby blanket for my nephew, so I had plenty to do. But it was nice of him to check. About the time my vehicle was done, they had a surprise presentation and award made to Mr. Falcone, which I stayed around to see, as I saw all the Falcone personnel gathering in the showroom. Pretty impressive award. Was glad I could see it! The presentation brought tears to my eyes and I have never even met Mr. Falcone---only seen him on TV commercials! Nice to hear all that he has done and makes me feel good to support such a fine business! Very pleased with service at Falcone! Great job!

Your story:I had done my due diligence and checked out other dealers. They told me they did not have any inventory on what I wanted and Subarus were selling just that fast. Their prices were high and they told me they are not very negotiable. That told me I really did not want to do business with them. I even checked out a dealer I have purchased now 3 cars with and they had 1 used Subaru that turned out to not what I really wanted. They though were not willing to work with me on getting me in that car. I called Falcone and got in touch with Alex Moffitt. I told Alex what I wanted and right away he had options. He promptly sent me an email with options. Ironically the other dealer finally sent me an email on a car I told them I did not want a day late. Alex and I talked further and I came to look at cars and some options. We came to a conclusion on the car purchase that I think was fair for both of us. Falcone stands behind the no hassle program. I feel like they wanted to do business with me and not act like they were so stand offish and too good to make me feel like a customer. I am in sales and they treated me like I treat my customers. I will recommend future clients to Alex.

We made the decision to go with a Subaru Outback Touring. Jon Wilson, Financial Services Manager, explained the financing. We also discussed our wish list for optional service packages. No pressure just explanations and costs - our decisions. We arrived to pick up the vehicle at the appointment time, the vehicle was ready - clean, and ready to go. My wife and I had narrowed our choice of vehicle manufacturers to 4 possibles. After test driving a 2015 Subaru Legacy, all others paled in comparison. We were shopping for a three-row SUV and after testing Hondas and Mazdas, we thought wed try a Subaru. We stopped in to Falcone and were greeted instantly. Bert had an Ascent Touring ready for us to test within moments, and when we returned, he even had the Forester and Outback already lined up for us to test drive, as well. We took a couple weeks to think about it and when we finally settled on the Ascent, the color and package we wanted werent in stock. However, Bert arranged for a delivery from a neighboring state and we received the car within the promised time frame. We are loving our new car and appreciate the easy purchase experience.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. We dropped in to look and were allowed to test drive a 2015 Outback on our own terms. We were never pressured, but always given valuable information about the vehicle. When it came time to discuss options on purchasing versus leasing, we were given good information. We were allowed time to review our options and think about the decision. Once we decided the process was as smooth as ever. John Franks was very helpful. We chose a 2015 Outback Premium, Wildness Green Metallic. This meant we had to order. The order came in in 5 weeks! The fastest Ive heard of any 2015 Outback order. The financial paperwork was a breeze. This was my first new vehicle lease/purchase and had only driven Jeeps before. It is safe to say that this experience has converted my family to Subaru.

Almost immediately the game began, including refusing to allow me to take the paper detailing the car and the price! I couldnt believe it! Next day I went to Falcone. What a difference! No pressure! When I returned to purchase the car, the process was quick and very friendly. We visited the dealership a week ago looking into some used vehicles. We worked with a sales associate I believe his name may have been Randy Lloyd. He was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately the dealership didnt have what we were looking for but I would highly recommend going to this dealership and working with this sales associate. I have been to Falcone to buy a new Subaru Forester, and Steve helped me on this purchase. I must say Steve was very helpful, he searched the inventory from nearby stores and got me the vehicle with the specifications i wanted. I was very happy to deal with Steve. I traded in my car for the purchase, Duke appraised my old car, he was very helpful and took time to explain me how my car cost is calculated and how the new car cost will be changing.The auto finance and complete purchase was hassle free and fairly simple. Jon Wilson helped me completing the purchase and deal, he was very helpful and gave me enough time to explain everything and helped me to understand all the aspects of the deal.On the day of purchase Steve took lot of time to explain me the features of my car and explained how to use them, something which i appreciate a lot.One thing i will say, i called around 10-20 times to Steve for clarifications on small things,if he was not able to pickup the phone at the instant, and at some times, i left voice mail, and i got a call back every time irrespective of the issue or questions. That is what makes my confidence about Falcone.My overall experience was excellent and i am glad that i chose Falcone. I appreciate the efforts from Steve, Duke, Jon Wilson.And yeah.. I recently brought in my 2001 Saab 9-3 SE Convertible for transmission work. I was happy to hear that there were Saab technicians there with over 15+ years experience. I felt confident leaving my car there in the care of experts, especially since they would be working on such a vital part of my car. When I dropped off my car with Patrick, he was very helpful and professional. While I waited for my car to be fixed over the next couple of weeks, he returned every phone call to make sure I was aware of any and all issues BEFORE they did any of the work. I appreciated knowing what needed to be done and how much it would cost ahead of time. When I picked up my car, Megan at the Customer Service desk was also very polite and professional. A few minutes after leaving the dealership, I noticed a potential problem with my interior climate control knob (the same problem I had before coming into the shop), but after coming in and explaining the problem to Patrick, he got one of the mechanics who worked on the car to come over and assure me that the problem was fixed. He also showed me how to alleviate the problem in the future and explained the mechanics behind it. I was very happy to hear that I didnt have to wait another week for my car to be fixed. The car drove great all the way home and I couldnt be happier. Thank you for a job well done.
I own a Subaru Forester that I purchased in Sept 2016. I love this car! Just brought it in for maintenance. I have had zero problems with it. I waited for it to be done and was there only 1 hour. The staff at Falcone are very nice and courteous. Brady helped me today. Highly recommend them.
We are from Fort Wayne, but drove to Indy to purchase our Subaru (2015 Outback 2.5i Limited) at Falcone. The Costco relationship drew us here, but the staff and personal attention sealed the deal. John Franks was excellent to work with, and when he was not available other staff stepped in and answered our questions. I was helped the other day in Saab Service by John Clark, who was so nice and extremely knowledgeable about the Saab. Sometimes that’s hard to find since they’re not being made anymore. I have a 2004 Saab 9 3 that I’ve been bringing here for the past 10 years. Since it’s getting up there in years, I feel fortunate to have someone I know and trust involved with fixing my car. I came in the first time after visiting another Subaru dealer in the area. I left there concerned but when I sat down with Bert I quickly knew this was the place I was going to buy from. He never pressured a sale today, was very respectful and was always very helpful in finding my perfect Subaru. I really liked how they focus on family and how buying a new car fits best into our family. I also did not have to barter for a good price. I had a great experience buying a used car. Trey was very nice and courteous and he had the car I was looking for all ready and pulled out when I arrived. Never tried to up sell the car, no pressure to make decisions, no hidden fees. They also had a lounge to relax and had a playroom for our kid to play while me and wife were able to decide. Overall a wonderful experience.
Theres not much to say. Ive been here several times for work to be done on my car and Im always impressed with the professionalism of everyone. From the Service front desk guys (Ryan and Brady) to the techs who actually do the work. They are extremely intelligent and know exactly what they are doing. They always make great recommendations and never perform any tasks not approved by the owner. I love bringing my car here as I know the work will get done in a timely fashion and will be done with the highest quality possible. Ive said this before and I will say it again. Continue employing people like the techs and Ryan and Brady at the front desk and I will gladly come back for all my service needs that I cant perform myself!

I think the most important thing about having any sort of service done on your car is that you feel like you can trust the people working on it. I feel like I can trust these people.
I brought in my 2012 VW CC for a couple diagnostic services in order to find the problem. Falcone systematically worked through the components and narrowed it down to the turbocharger. They worked with me each step of the way and provided useful information in terms that I was able to understand. They were very helpful in scheduling and making sure I had transportation while my car was being serviced. I had a great experience with their service team and highly recommend them.
The salesperson I worked with was great and the service department was great. Unfortunately, there was a cosmetic issue with my vehicle when I purchased it and there have been continued promises to deal with the issue. 1.5 years in and the issue has not been corrected. I don’t think I’ll go back.
I purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback recently. Justin responded quickly to my emails and phone calls, which I appreciated. He was honest with pricing and fees. He didnt try to oversell the vehicle or promote higher trims. I was happy with my experience here, and they were very accommodating.
I needed a new smart key made for our 2008 Saab. We bought the car used from another dealer so I had no idea what the process was going to be. Everyone from the Parts guy to Service Manager was great. Very helpful and welcoming.

Falcone Volkswagen Subaru and Saab provided me with a great car buying experience. I was looking at cars and they held one for me so that I could take my time and not feel rushed. They never pressured me to buy a car. The sales team was very personable and attentive. Once I narrowed down my search they were able to answer all questions and address any issue I had. I have since serviced my car which was another wonderful experience. The service team knew the exact issue and were able to provide a timely fix. Not to mention, my car was washed and vacuumed when it was finished! I can attest that they do not charge a dealer or doc fee. I would highly recommend Falcone to any friends and family for an all around great car buying and service experience.
Truly a great experience here at Falcone. I was searching for a very specific pre-owned car within 500 miles of where I lived, and Falcone, only an hour away from me, had the best car I found. My sales rep Justin was nothing short of fantastic. Extremely prompt and helpful with all of my questions, and even in the negotiation process.I brought my own financing on the day of purchase, and arrived to see Jason and the car waiting for me. The car was SPOTLESS inside and out (Seriously, one of the best detail jobs Ive seen from a dealership) and I went on a quick test drive. The car was exactly what I wanted. After that, I wasnt in the business office (A short talk with Jason, getting the keys, paying for the car, and finalizing all the paper work) for more than 15 minutes. I arrived at something like 1:30 and was leaving at 2:10. Falcone made my first dealership experience literally as pain-free as it can be. Id recommend them to anyone of my friends or family, and I wouldnt hesitate to go back either.Well done.
My 2004 Saab 9-3 convertible Roll over bars popped up while driving into my garage. Came in a little too fast and hit a table. Apparently it messed up the whole air bag system with seat belts and such. I just had an entire safety inspection done. Brady was very helpful and always communicated if something needed fixed. He was always patient with me too. The cost of things were a little higher then expected for such a small thing. I was irritated about the cost but he was very friendly even if I reacted agitated. It was worth the cost because I love my little car. It runs great and most importantly it is safe. It just took a couple of weeks and I had my car. Thanks.
I bought my 2011 Saab 9-3 from Falcone and have used them for all my service and repair needs for five years. This was my 60,000 mile maintenance. From Shelby, who scheduled my visit, to Ryan, who walked me through every step, it was a great experience. Since my car needed to stay all day and I worked 12 miles from the shop, I was given a loaner to drive. Ryan called to let me know of an additional issue that I decided to have fixed now rather than later. My car was clean and ready when I came to pick it up. Great people and service!

I came in for a routine oil change. I got much more than that with my visit. They staff recognized that I needed a 60k mile tune up. With this, they still honored my oil change coupon I had and gave me a discount for bringing in a pack of water, even though I didnt have it at the time (I brought one in immediately after I got my car back). I also expressed how my wheel was making a strange noise after repairs from a collision and that diagnosed and fixed it on site, free of charge. I even spoke with Mr. Falcone as he wanted to make sure myself and the other patrons were comfortable. I appreciated the kind service, clean facilities, and fresh Longs donuts of course. :)
My husband and I had Alex Moffett help us find our perfect car. He was very patient while also doing his job quickly to not keep us there all day! We felt respected, and also valued because no question was dumb. Anything I asked about the car he knew, this guy really knows his stuff. I walked out of there knowing we got a great deal and if I had any questions, it was totally fine to give him a call. The level of kindness, respect, and attention he gives his clients is above any other salesman we have EVER worked with. We 100% would tell our closest friends and family to go to this dealership and to find Alex, there’s no one else I would trust our investing with.
I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation on Dec 9th. The gentleman who greeted me that morning (unfortunately I didnt get his name) was very pleasant and professional. The waiting area was quiet and comfortable. The jobs were done in 1 1/2 hours. This is the 3rd time I brought my car in for services. Each time I experienced great service. Will recommend this dealership anytime to anyone.
They said they were slammed and it would be a 4 hour wait as Mondays get crazy, but it only took 2.5 hours! The staff was friendly and the waiting room was comfortable. I appreciated the snacks. Wish they had hot chocolate year round since I dont drink coffee.

Falcone is tops. My car buying experience was super. No painful negotiating, a great price right away. The service department is a cut above anything else, the waiting room is clean and cheerful. The complimentary car wash is a nice extra bonus.
We love our car and are not ready to replace her. She began overheating, took her in, thought it was fixed. $400. On the way home from your place, she overheated again and the blower switch broke, so no air/heat able to flow in addition to the overheating. Took her in the next day and you guys gave me a loaner car. SO grateful! Next estimate was $825, that was w/o the diagnostic fee. You knocked off another $100 - SO grateful. Final cost was to be $725, which on top of the $400 we spent just 2 days prior pretty much put us over the edge. Then, Chris B came to the rescue, which we were unaware of. He brought our story to your Team and you all worked and rebuilt the blower switch, which was the biggest expense for round 2 of repairs! Final cost was $279. David and I are both incredibly grateful for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Astounding is a good word for how you cared for us.
The staff was helpful and relaxed-despite the construction and disruption that may cause. I appreciated the low-key approach and had no problems asking questions and having them answer them fully. They made it so easy to trade in my vehicle it seemed silly not to. So thank you, I really appreciate all who helped my husband and I and enjoyed interacting with each person.

Brady is the best service representative i have known in any car dealership . he has a pleasant manor about him and is very professional, yet not a robot. Customer service is one of the most valued committees any business offers. It is rare to get good customer service. Kudos to Falcone for allowing him to do what it takes, whenever it is needed to get the customer take care of in a timely and professional manor. Falcone is very lucky to have him. Our XV Cross trek was just under the 60k warranty and was having a problem with it transmission . the promised time for the needed major repair was met, and after receiving the repaired vehicle, had no other problems . I am an mechanic and was impressed that there were no other problems after the scale of the repair that had been done ( complete transmission replacement ). More than once at other dealers i have had to return to the dealer and tell them about something that is missing, a scratch on the paint, dirty hand prints,vibrations, or leaking. After wrecking my 2010 Forester due to horrible winter driving conditions, I knew that finding a replacement vehicle quickly was my best option. Not only did we get a better deal but our experience was fantastic and our sales person was knowledgeable without being too desperate for lack of better words. I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback 3.6L. The staff was extremely helpful: Gary, Bert and John. Everyone is so friendly and laid back. I never feel pressured when I am in the showroom. Falcone is a great place from which to buy, service and maintain a vehicle. The lounge is perfect while waiting for service: Longs donuts, coffee, snacks, water and soda. Plus you have the option to be driven back to work rather than wait or borrow a vehicle. Falcone is great!
We recently purchased a 2015 Subaru. We had not considered a Subaru before so this was our first to visit Falcone Subaru. It was such a pleasant experience to buya car at Falcone without the usual hassles and haggles. John Franks spent so muchtime explaining how everything worked on the car. Not only would we consider buying another car from Falcone but will recommend this dealership to our friends.
My experience with John Franks at Falcone Automotive was excellent. I worked with John remotely to get a car for my daughter who was heading off to graduate school. Everything went very well and we were able to get all of the paperwork in place before she showed up at the dealership; all she had to do was sign the final papers. This made her first car buying experience a positive one. She let me know that John and the staff there treated her very well and that they took the time to ensure she understood all of the features of her new car before she drove off.
Throughout my entire experience with Falcone, I felt like the decision was mine to make, but I was supported by expert advice. I didnt feel pressured to negotiate, simply because I didnt have to negotiate the price. Getting to purchase a car off of invoice made the buying experience much more enjoyable. I also appreciated the opportunity to sit in Bobs office, and receive advice from him. Being this was my first car purchase, I am confident I made the right choice. I dont think I could have picked a better team to work with in all of Indy! I have already recommended Falcone to a friend!!
Great staff! I own a Hyundai, my car ran flat while driving and I had to drive into this Subaru/VW dealerships. The staff took great care of my car, replaced the tire, got a free car wash and interior vaccum, my Hyundai dealership never did that infact. Great people! Moderately priced. :)
Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Of course, Mater (my dog) may have influenced that a bit! But I felt like everyone I worked with went the long mile to help me get a vehicle I would be happy with for years to come. I will definitely come to Falcone for my service, even though the other dealership is only 3 blocks from my house. (They were nice too, but they didnt work as hard to help me find the perfect car.) Wonderful service! I highly recommend buying your vehicle from Falcone and the service is always wonderful! They are extremely patient, understanding, and willing to explain everything to you! The new service waiting area is also wonderful! Longs donuts, Keurig coffee, fresh fruit, and soft drinks! Its really easy to get work done and get your car serviced at the same time!
The whole process from test driving to signing the lease is quick and easy. Everyone is helpful but not pushing. Very different experience from most other dealerships.
