If I could rate it a zero I would. CNAC is absolutely terrible. Their payment system will mess up and remove your automatic payment set up and then they will penalize you, even though it is their fault. I would NEVER recommend buying a car from here. They end up screwing their customers because of their system mess ups and they do nothing to try and fix or accommodate their mistakes.

Jeff was the best. Literally took two hours to complete paperwork and drive away in the car I wanted.

To make a long story short, I had a vehicle through them, had an accident, the other party that hit me paid Byrider for totaled vehicle which was a long process also meaning me without a car.. I still had a balance which I was told as a part of rollover program which would go on back of another vehicle if I got one. I was patient because I didn’t mind doing business with them, I had no issues with my first vehicle but the day I went to try to get another vehicle I had everything I needed and they made up a reason to not give me another car!!! I called an alternative number to try to talk to someone about it and they advised me there was nothing they could do! Bad experience they will definitely get over on you!!! Oh and Byrider can contact me if they have any questions because my questions Still were not answered and left a bad taste in my mouth!

I bought three cars now from Jd By Ryder. The first two cars were great so I decided to get another car recently It was a Chrysler 300. I drove clear to Indianapolis Indiana to pick it up. I called after I purchased a car and I asked them was there anything wrong with the car they said no it’s good to go you will love this car it’s a great car I drive up and spend the night the next day I go to pick it up I get up to the car and there was a crack in the windshield. I get in the car and found out that the Bluetooth system inside it wasn’t working I couldn’t even charge my phone on the inner counsel. That computer part is $1200 to get that fixed and I start driving home the tires were making a little noise now I have to pay another $200 to get that fixed It need new tires. I called them to tell them about the problems I’m having and basically they said Welp you got a pay for it yourself we don’t cover these things. Ladies and gentlemen I bought my last car from Jd By Ryder. They took no accountability for all the problems with this car was having they sold it anyways do not buy a car from Jd By Ryder in Indianapolis Indiana. They lie to you I have had great service with Winston here in Springfield Mo at my local JD ByRyder they treat me like a king the staff there is Awesome. Thanks Blaine

I’ve Only Had My Car For 1 Year Now & I’ve Had To Take It Back To The Shop For Repairs More Times Then I Can Keep Count Of.. Not To Mention My Car Was Just In The Shop For An Oil Leak Which They Told Me They Could Not Fix, The Oil Leak Led To My Spark Plugs Being Clogged And My Car Breaking Down In The Middle Of The Street! ... I Had To Pay To Get It Towed Back To JD Byrider Only For Them To Keep My Car For A Week & I Still Had To Pay For Them To Fix The Oil Leak Plus The New Problems That Came From The Oil Leak. I Cant Wait To Pay This Car Off And Be Done With Them.

Great Customer Service

I purchased a 2009 Chevy impala from them two years ago. Had to get new transmission after 1 year and 1 year after that I had to put in another transmission. Not to mention several other issues . I do not recommend purchasing vehicles from them. Staff was pleasant

Took my car in June 16th. They said I needed a Water Pump, Alternator, and Upper heating hose! Pick it Up July 2nd. Paid 297.20 for service. 10 minutes later I’m back at the Service Center. They said the Hose wasn’t functioning. Sat there for 4 hrs. Had to leave car again. Get a call Monday. I need a engine. They are Trash. And the Customer Service is Awful. I’m still waiting on my car

JD Byrider has been very good to me anytime I needed help with my car. Their service dept does a great job. I like the quality of service and the fact that they look after all my service needs for the vehicle I purchased through them.

Staff quick to sell you a story, but not quick to correct their mistakes. Yep still have the lemon they sold me but will not recommend anyone to buy from here. I only went here based off the fact my friend said they was good . Well she never got her $200.00 referral check either. Lies lies lots of lies....

Well Im on my 3 car... I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu . Its Ben in the shop 2 +times. I was on vacation the last time and o called 3 shops which they couldnt get me in . So I had to pay over 600.00 in my own money to drive home . Still and running right. And the part is under the 60,000 warranty ?????

Poor communication and terrible business practices. I went to this byrider branch IN_38th st, to checked on a vehicle I saw for sale. But my experience was disgustingly disappointing.1. They illegally runs hard inquiries on credit reports if you are not trying to buy.2. They will tried to unite you with a financial video call_ So, it looks like theyre helping you, But it is a way to ruins credits reporting with hard inquiries.3.keep your sensitive datas until all questions are answered.Every hard inquiry has 2 years negatives impact on all three credit bureaus.

I have had my Ford Fusion Hybrid now for 7 months, I have had no problems with the vehicle. Shameka was excellent in helping me find the right vehicle.The only thing negative that I will say is the referral plan sucks. I have referred 2 people to different Byriders 1 bought a vehicle and I have still not recieved the referral. At this point I really do not care!

I wouldn’t recommend JD Byrider to no one,CNAC is rude and disrespectful. Also they will say that they will fix your car and you have warranty on certain things but when you call to get it fix they get nasty with you. I can’t wait until I pay my car off final and go with someone else. Because this is by far the worst experience I ever had with a car dealership. I refuse to let anyone else go through it on my account. Go somewhere else and spend your money until they appreciate our business and take some customer service classes.Go somewhere else you have been warn, or you will regret doing business with them.

First off, I want to say Shamekia Manuel, sales manager, was great. She did everything she could to get me rolling and she did. When I pulled off lot the check engine light came on. I called Byrider and told them and they sent me to the dealership for a diagnostic. In short, the check engine light problem went on for nearly 2 months before it was entirely remedied. They had me running to 2 different Nissan dealerships across Indianapolis to get my Nissan fixed. I have 2 jobs so it was difficult to correlate schedules without risking being without my vehicle. I wasted a lot of gas and time on getting this fixed. It seemed like I was continuously getting the run around and seldom dealing with the same person. After all was said and done, I asked customer service representative from service center at Byrider if I could get reimbursement for my gas money spent running to 2 different dealerships multiple times. They flat out refused! I highly question JD Byriders integrity. Why would they put a vehicle on the lot with such serious issues only to have the unassuming customer deal with their mess? This is a problem they should have rectified before my Nissan ever was put on the lot! I dont know who at Byrider knew about this and still made the decision to put it on the lot. Only to make it a HUGE inconvenience for the unassuming customer. Copious amounts of time, gas and inconvenience it cost me. I am grateful to have a beautiful vehicle to drive. However, unless you have NO other choice, I highly urge you NOT to choose JD BYRIDER for your auto needs!
