Clarence was great. When we arrived at the dealership it was pouring down rain and he brought an umbrella out to us. His professionalism and common courtesy was beyond expectation. Farah was fantastic start to finish. I actually was about to pull the trigger on another car at a dealership down south. After test driving both cars they were very close in performance but Farah was the difference maker. When purchasing the car she was great at explaining all fees and walking me through the transaction, as well as helping me get a price I’m comfortable paying. 10/10 would recommend!!!
This place is typical Carmel; fancy, generous, efficient, etc. My salesman was Josh who was very knowledgeable and friendly, never too pushy for the sale, and really cares about his clients. Finance is a bit tough to negotiate with, but it’s all business! Overall a very fun experience and I got a sweet 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 out of it. Having a blast already with it already and it’s only been a day.
Johnny and Mike were great! We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, but unfortunately they didnt have the car we wanted in stock. Mike worked hard to find a car that met our needs and have it sent in from another dealership. They made the process painless. Hands down, best Kia Service I have experienced ! This was my 1st service on my new Kia K5 & I was highly pleased from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted & checked in for the appointment I made (which was very simple online). My service was completed in a timely manner & the tech spoke with me regarding what was completed. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from KIA of Napleton in Carmel. The facility is stunningly beautiful and there is ample inventory. The car I purchased had hail damage and I was promised a fix to that situation. At the time, this dealership was in the process of moving from its previous location to its current location. In the midst of all the moving confusion, I would have expected that the repair to my car might have been delayed for quite a long time. However, that was not the case. Sales manager, Sean Stone managed to get my car in for repair in a short period of time. He was in constant contact with me from the time I dropped it off until the time I picked it up. Sean is a delight to work with and his demeanor is sincere and trustworthy. When I picked up my car the work had been beautifully done, the car had been immaculately detailed and the tank had been filled. Trim pieces are in order and I am more than satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this dealership and especially sales manager Sean Stone.

Ive read some reviews that were negative about this place but I came here because the had the specific car I was looking for. I understand that some people dont ultimately get what they are looking for and end up unhappy. I came in wanting to work directly with the person in charge and that is when I met Doug. Doug accommodated me and made me feel comfortable and then he introduced Jackie, my salesperson. I honestly never thought I would see the kind of customer service that I received. They actually treated me like they valued me as a customer and they valued my time vs the other dealers that treated me just like another notch in their sales book. After everything was worked out numbers wise, I met with Jim who is their head finance guy and he just as pleasant to deal with. He made the paperwork process easy and was very informative. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know and everyone who reads this. I love my new Telluride and Im super glad that they made everything so easy!

As soon as we arrive Rachid greeted us with a smile. It was raining and he guided us inside for a better experience. He started working on the specific vehicle ( diesel truck )we were look for. After making a choice he went out in the rain to get the car so we could take a closer look inside. He was very patient and worked with his manager to make this great experience. Massive, MASSIVE thanks to Josh and crew. I was at the end of my lease, super-financially tight thanks to a divorce and Im a single mom. The place was super packed that day, but Josh not only helped me and several others, but he also checked in on my elderly mother and my daughter for me regularly and even offered to go grab them some snacks or drive-thru from down the street.THEN, Jim (the finance guy) worked SO INCREDIBLY hard and managed to get me a killer rate despite my less than immaculate credit. Because of them and their boss, Rafi, I was able to get in a new Sportage with a better price, better mileage and better insurance rates saving me a gob of money.But it was the genuine love and care that they expressed with my story. There were no judgements. Only TRUE gentlemen who, upon sealing the deal before they drove off 1.5 hours after closing, gave me and my daughter a huge hug and were glowing (dare I say one was a little misty-eyed).They didnt just help me get new wheels. Constant bait and switch.Emails and calls saying we have the inventory. This car is available. Then later saying....oh sorry we just sold that car. Then the next morning the same bait and switch email with same car is being advertised again.Phone call saying we have a car at this price. Thats the whole price. Nothing else except doc fee. Then 10 min later....oh...thats NOT the out the door price. You have to talk to my manager to get out the door price. I cant tell you what else is in the cost.
Great service. The salesmen we worked with (Johnny and Alan) were extremely patient and transparent. They were able to answer all our questions and were sure to follow up with any missing information. We drove home with a great car thanks to their guidance.
Dan was so great to work with! He was very easy going and did not push us whatsoever. We really appreciated his laid back demeanor. We came in not knowing what we wanted, wanting to test drive a vehicle, and ended up leaving to see other vehicles at another dealership. We didn’t really appreciate so many different people calling and texting after we left. With that being said though, everyone has been very friendly and helpful. In the end, we came back to Kia and Dan helped us get a deal on the vehicle we wanted!
I had an appointment for a car appraisal and they told me it would take a couple hours after I already waited an hour to test drive a few cars. The staff did not care about what I wanted and acted very rude when I said I was shopping around. I genuinely loved a car yet the staff ruined my experience so I will not be visiting again. One employee told me that the sales price LISTED ON THE CAR was not the actual price and that they were charging an additional 20%on top of market price . Proceeded to tell me that I would find that at every dealership, yet I found a car I loved elsewhere that did not threaten their customers with a 20% increase in market value. Very rude and insensitive staff, cared more about making money then actually caring about customers. Very disappointed
I have had nothing but PROBLEMS. If I could give a negative star, I would! I paid $500 for a key that they lost, they blocked my car in and wouldn’t let me get it out and then the tow truck driver had to leave. Then charged me an arm and a leg (over $1300) and my car still doesn’t run. Today alone I have been waiting for over 3 HOURS! I am BEYOND UPSET! I will be reporting this to the BBB and calling a lawyer. Over all this is the 5th time Kia has had my car and it still isn’t fixed. In conclusion, DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!! If they actually maintain a 4.4 rating, it’s because they rewrite their own reviews like cowards. Pathetic.

I was in the hunt for a specific preowned vehicle, and as we all know preowned cars are at a premium right now. I drove from the suburbs of Chicago all the way to Napleton Kia because they had the make and model I was looking for. It was a trip that was well worth it. The building is brand new and state of the art, and as far as dealerships go really a beautiful building. Our salesmen was Jose P. Jose was attentive, personable, and never once tried to be pushy or came with the hard sell. He thorough and knowledgeable. The finance manger Jim M. presented various options, got me an outstanding rate, and explained everything clearly and in detail. Both Jose and Jim stayed past closing to make sure my wife and I were comfortable with the deal and understood the car. I can’t recommend this dealership and those two specifically enough. If you’re in the market for a car, take some time out of your day and give them a try. It will be well worth your time and more than likely they will earn your business.
Going into a car lot for the first time, you can probably imagine how nervous I could’ve been. I wasn’t sure if I had all that I needed to get a car, I just kinda walked in there with my hope and prayer that things would work in my favor. Clarence O. (I don’t want to disclose his last name fully) was who I worked with during the whole process of getting me into a new car. As nervous as I was, he made sure he explained everything in a manner that I could understand and was more than willing to answer an questions or concerns I had. It’s the smallest things that mattered most to me, just him getting me a cup of water, made me feel as if I made the right decision to get a car from that lot. I left with a new car and a smile from ear to ear. And I couldn’t have done it without Clarence, which I would like to thank once again!!

I arrived to look at a used 2015 Jeep Cherokee and was very straight to the point about purchasing the vehicle. The price was $13,000 which seemed a little low to me, considering the options it had.During the test drive I noticed the brakes were grinding and it potentially needed some steering components, as it was pulling to the right ever so slightly. No big deal.Upon arriving back to the dealership I noticed the passenger tires were balding on the outsides. When I brought up getting the brakes repaired and tire installed, the very nice sales rep said that shouldnt be a problem but let me confirm.During his talk with whomever I was told the Jeep actually has a $4,800 service ticket open on it. But it could be rolled into the loan, and they might be able to get it down to $3,000.I completely understand investing money into a vehicle for maintenance and repair. What is irritating, down right unprofessional and misleading, is the average person that isnt knowledgeable about vehicles or what to look for, could have just gotten screwed.You just dont do this to people. Be upfront and honest in your advertisement. You have wasnt my time, and the time of your sales staff. Never again, will I consider any Napleton dealership for anything.

Worst car dealership. No communication from sales personnel to uppermangement. List cars with defects and tell you about them once you are there. They say they will fix them and you wait for weeks just to not have anything fixed.I have previously left a review, but that was not enough. I cannot emphasize how much this dealership is the worst from sales personnel to uppermangement. Around a month ago my boyfriend and I drove an hour to Napleton Carmel of Kia to purchase a Dodge Ram. The 4x4 on this truck was not working and they were going to get it fixed. The price of truck increased from what it was originally listed online because the 4x4 was getting fixed. Well we drove away that night without the truck because we left it with them to get everything fixed. Weeks pass by and nothing. We kept calling and nothing. We finally get an answer saying that the truck cannot be fixed by Kia so they’re sending it to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Well we called to get updates and nothing. Finally I called and asked to speak to the General Manager AJ and I told him everything that was going on and I made it clear we wanted the contract breached if this wasn’t going to get fixed. He said he was going to look into the situation and get back to us. He did. He told us that Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was backed up and wasn’t sure when they’d get us in. At this point we were frustrated because it had been three weeks and our sales person Beatriz had originally told us it be a few days after we purchased the car. So we go pick up the truck and bring it home while waiting to take it in. We hear nothing so we ask if we can take it to any Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram because we have one close to our home. No answer from Beatriz. No answer from AJ. We drive an hour back to Napleton Carmel of Kia and for Beatriz to ask if everything is ok with the truck. My boyfriend responds no and asks to speak to AJ because we have literally received ZERO responses. Beatriz speaks to AJ and tells my boyfriend that AJ had left him a message saying that he could take it to any Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and that they would refund us. There is no need for money to come out of OUR pockets. This should be billed directly to Napleton Carmel of Kia as they are UNTRUSTWORTHY and DISHONEST!

Absolutely hands down the best customer service there is. Trevor spinola took care of me from start to finish and lets say Im not the easiest to please when purchasing a vehicle. Zero regard for customers time, arrogant managers. I would never recommend this dealership. Low ball offers on trades and unprofessional managers. Feel sorry for the sales people as their hands are tied.
