Frank was most patient with my slow approach to purchase a vehicle. One of the most attentive salesman I’ve met, and I was in sales for 30 years. XL1 had many high quality vehicles on their lot. Would buy there again.

If I could give a negative star I would! I was in contact with Frank multiple times before making arrangements to purchase the vehicle. I was flying to Indiana just to purchase this vehicle. I was told it would be ready when I arrived. HOWEVER it was not detailed when I arrived or filled with gas. Once I got an uber to the dealership I drove the vehicle, and was told to grab some lunch and the vehicle would be detailed when I got back. I got back and the vehicle was still not detailed or filled with gas. After having the vehicle 1 week (probably less than a week) I realized quickly I was sold a piece of junk! Around the spout on the tires had been glued, but were now leaking. The tires have wheel locks on them, but no tool to unlock them. The radio does not work, I purchased an extended warranty that of course will not cover it. I called to tell Frank the radio does not work he then tells me he did not realize it was a touchscreen. I have been extremely patient and nice. BUT today was my breaking point. I purchased the vehicle 1 month ago, go to try to get my tag and the tag office still has not received the title. I call my lender to see if they have the title, she then forwards me an email from Frank dated the middle of last week stating he would try to get it in the mail to the lender tomorrow. When I spoke to Frank 2 weeks ago he told me the title was in the mail. Clearly that was not true. If I could go back in time and not purchase the vehicle I would, however, I cannot. So hopefully, this keeps someone else from making the same mistake I did.

I had messaged xl1 the other day and Frank messaged me back. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and how much I could afford to spend a month and asked if it was possible to do that. I really thought he was working with me to get me into that price range because he kept asking me questions so he could put together a loan. Then Friday I received a voicemail asking me to call him and that the loan payments would be high. I told him that I could only afford a certain monthly payment. He then proceeded to send me info on another vehicle that was smaller and had non of the features I had asked for. Im very disappointed. I wish he had just told me from the beginning that he couldnt get me into the vehicle I wanted for that price range. Instead I got my hopes up. Safe to say Ill be looking somewhere else.

My husband went here to buy us a family car and i was amazed by the professionalism that xl1 displayed. They were confident and professional, they never pushed anything on us. We had our down payment chose what we wanted, (not what they wanted to give us like most dealerships) and the rest is history. I am not used to the laid back vibe of xl1 motors and it paid off. I definitely would recommend to family thanks.

This was a great experience!!! I went to a couple of dealerships before this one, and none of them were even close. It was either the dealership was to big to care, or it was a buy here pay here that just didn’t have the quality. I was looking to buy an SUV and found what I was searching for at XL1. I dont live in Indianapolis which I expected would make everything a bit more difficult. Frank went above and beyond to assist me during the process which even included him bringing the car to be checked by a mechanic of my choosing. Frank and XL1 had by far the best prices I could find in the 1,000 mile search radius I was using and they were friendly, fair, and overly helpful throughout the process. I cant recommend them enough!

Verry bad place. High miles cars. Make you buy a warenty. Those only cover so much money before they cancel. All aftermarket warranties are rip off. But this place will sell you a junk car. Sell a warranty and that MAY cover the problems. Bandaid repairs. Junk-!

I bought a car listed at an attractive price last year. It was lower than market price due to its interiors and I had no issues with that. I called in ahead of time for a test drive, got in and out with the car without any hassles. As expected from any good dealer, he did not put any limits on the amount of time I can be out with the car, so I had it checked out with a mechanic, everything worked out and I decided to buy it. Haggling wasnt really an issue, I didnt feel pressurized to buy it (perhaps it was the nature of the car - that nobody might have wanted to buy) so I paid up full amount, signed the documents and went home assuming I will get the title and the remaining set of keys within 10 days.Unfortunately, this is where Xl1 loses out- Buying experience was good, but follow up service was horrible. They didnt send me the title, didnt mail me the keys, and I had to call up multiple times before they told me that the original salesman who sold me the car had left the company, hence the delay. Either way, it took them close to a month before I got the title and the spare key etc. I am happy with the car, but not too happy with the service - I would recommend people to check out their inventory (because they have good prices) but be wary of any follow-up services: Get it done, before you make the payment.
