Andy Mohr Speedway Service Department and leadership team is fast and efficient! I would also rate their customer service to be a 5 star as well. We worked directly with Mike H and Kevin and I truly believe they want to do what it takes and what is right to satisfy their customers and provide quality vehicles. After my experience with Mike, I feel confident that we will purchase future vehicles from this location and refer our friends and family. We had an unfortunate experience when we purchasing a car for my 16 year old son from a different Andy Mohr site. It was an As is purchase and our primary focus when looking for a car was safe, reliable yet still affordable. The car we purchased had some issues shortly afterwards, and Mike was right on top of working with us to do what we can to make it right. He was very thorough and kept in touch with me along the way. I appreciate that especially because by contract they did not have to help us. It shows that Andy Mohr desires to do the right thing morally. I had a great experience at Andy Mohr Speedway Chevrolet. I brought my car in, because the turbo charger on my car was failing. The diagnosed the vehicle and called my extended warranty company to get the ball rolling on the process to get it fixed.Unfortunately for them, the extended warranty company was very difficult to deal with. The asked for pictures, videos, etc., they were constantly on the phone with them, and could never get a straight answer on what was needed to fix the car.Luckily for me, the team at Andy Mohr Speedway Chevrolet had my best interest and dealt with the situation and didn’t give up on it.Chris worked with me almost daily for a week to get the issue resolved and his manager Kevin was also a big help. They are great guys and worked with me to get the problem fixed. I would definitely recommend going to either of them if you have an issue with your car. Thanks again to both of you.
Christian Morales was such a great person to deal with at 8:00 am for some service work. Not to mention he was just so darn cute . He went above & beyond to make my visit & experience easy, fast & most of all comfortable. As a women I did not feel in any way I was being treated differently or being talked into something I just didn’t need. I highly recommend anyone to ask for him when needing work done in this department.
$130 for nothing. You know it took me a while to reply to this because I didn’t know how. I was so frustrated because they couldn’t tell me or did attempt to try to really help me to understand why it was $130 just to look at some Aftermarket tow mirrors. All it was was some of the lights on the mirror were wired incorrectly. $130 to tell me what I already knew that they are aftermarket mirrors could’ve told me if they’re aftermarket we can’t do anything to them I would just said no thanks And did not give any options or any insight on what I should do to get them to work thanks no thanks

I recently had an anti-theft system issue with my car, and Matthew had me back on the road in no time. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. I really trust everyone at Andy Mohr and will definitely be back if I have any more issues !! :)
Only rating this one star because it wont let me rate it a 0. Test drove a vehicle with no AC. They were asking $2k over the value with it working properly. Asked if they could do better on the price since I would have to repair it already. They came down $50 on the price, asked me to get a second loan to cover the fees, and then asked me to cover the cost of repairs. When I said no and walked out, he cornered me and called for his manager. His manager made me the same offer. When I said no, I got in my vehicle to leave and the salesman stood behind my vehicle so I wouldnt back out. He finally moved when I started backing out anyway.
The desk people were awesome. They kept me in the loop. I waited about 2 hours just because they didnt have my filter for my oil change but quickly got to work getting a new one to the store. They did discount me more than my coupon was for which was great. I would recommend going again.
Nice, speedy, reasonably priced oil & filter change.Update.......Took my other car in for an oil & filter change on 6/29/21. After the work was completed I was informed that as of 6/28/21, they no longer just do an oil & filter change anymore. It now includes tire rotation, topping off the fluids, and inspection at a cost of an additional $25.00.I wont be going back. I only wanted my oil & filter changed!

Took car in for engine light. Literally the only communication from them was the cost of 2 repairs. One is side air bags which is not engine related but when we didn’t want those fixed for 1300 they tried to charge a separate diagnostic fee even though the purge valve work we decided to do. We only took the car there because we thought it was still under warranty- it wasn’t but they wanted almost 500 for just looking at it “diagnostic” fees times 2…. Who in their right mind thinks this is fair. This Chevy has been nothing but trouble and it’s just a couple years old… have a 2012 Nissan still going strong zero engine repairs at 180000 miles- I will never recommend this service department
Do not get your oil changed here!!!! They are a RIP off!!! Waited over 2.5 hours to get a standard oil change which btw is now $90!!!! $90 for an oil change... never going to Andy Mohr again. Ill drive extra miles to go to a different dealership just to avoid this place.
Got a simple oil change. The dealership raised their prices. $82 for a basic oil change and tire rotation is outrageous.They told me I needed rear brakes at quoted me $468. Belle tire did them for $330.The dealership is getting to outrageous with its prices.

I been taking my truck here for service since I got it and I have great service each and every time staff in the service dept is professional friendly and always greet with a smile special shoytvoyt to kevin and matt.
Overall Im always satisfied with taking my car in for maintenance. I didnt like that my mat got dirty this time lol usually its a paper mat on top to keep customers mat clean!!! My oil change price is $30 higher this time 🤷🏽♀️
Not very professional, the guy left for his lunch without telling me my vehicle was done. Just poor service, they fixed my tire issue very well i would give the tire service a 3 star but customer service has 2 stars it couldve been better.
I was in need of getting a new vehicle and had 2 open loans. They got me into a new 2021. Byron and Jen were soo amazing and did everything they could to help me. Highly recommend them
Great service! I was able to get right in and out, and they had a really efficient process to check the customers in when we arrived. The only suggestion would be to correct the site to first come first serve for Saturday so people dont think they can schedule and know to arrive earlier than ater.
This was a quick and easy service call for my Chevy equinox. Staff was nice and made sure the got me in and out.

I am not always an easy person to deal with, but my mind was blown. This dealership is nowhere close to where I live and I drove thru evening rush hour traffic to look at a truck. From the time I arrived to the time I had finished buying my truck was right around two hours. This may be the most underrated Chevy/GMC dealership in Indianapolis!
Hello Andy Moore I purchased a vehicle from your 38th Street site and where Im winning and I went in with to pick up a particular car in mind. They showed me a couple of cars none of which I was to fond of and asked me what was I looking for and I told him I had in mind when I walked in there was to get purchase a Jeep a used Jeep and they informed me of the app monthly payment which was $500 or more and since I couldnt find what I was looking for I asked them to keep me in mind and call me when they have something a few days later they called me and told me they have something they wanted me to see so when I came in they showed me the truth and I had all hopes of getting it but again the conditions werent right and no showed me a Chevy spark Im not really 100% that is fine with this car its a little small it doesnt have very many plushies pluses and toy ended up taking this small car home I was quite embarrassed I dont want my family to see the car cuz they know what I wanted and they advise me to just keep looking.
They where very nice and worked with us in a really respectful way that made it possible for me to get a new car.
Service completed in a timely manner and polite staff. I would return for additional services.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Chevy Cruze here and it was a really good experience. We were promptly greeted when we arrived and we told the salesman, Adam, what we were looking for and he showed us everything. Adam did a great job of explaining every feature and difference between the models of cars that we were looking at. We went on a test drive and my wife and I settled on a car. On the way to Andy Mohr, my old car that I was going to trade in broke down. The timing belt broke in it and I was super frustrated. I mean I was literally on the way to get a new car. The management worked with me to make sure I was able to get a car. Im very thankful for one of the managers Eugene Kyle. He made sure I was all settled and ready to go. I also want to thank my car salesman parker who was much help. I highly recommend this place if you really want a car that has been serviced and checked. The service department guys are all really nice. They didn’t brush me off and listened to my concerns about my truck. I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning without an appt and I was called by lunch with their findings. I appreciate them taking the time to further investigate the noise I was reporting rather than just telling me “they could see nothing wrong”.Highly recommend!

Had to go two days in a row due to recalls on 2 vehicles.The first went decently as it was much faster than expected though it left me a little disappointed as it was to replace the passenger side airbag and it now sticks out from the dashboard in a way it never did before.The second (replacing an O2 sensor) took almost 2 hours (the last 30-45 minutes coming after I was told the repair was basically done and they would have me out of there in no time) and it was a bit upsetting because they handed me the wrong set of keys when I was checking out and I had to stand around another 5 minutes to get the correct set.A bit more disturbing was the number of employees either wearing no masks at all, just covering their mouth, or down around their chin.

Went for an oil change during the day. Was told it was an 1 1:2 hrs . It took 2 hours. While waiting in the show room I see a salesman showing a car without a mask on !!! It’s 10/16 and numbers are exploding. They have signs posted everywhere you can’t go in without a mask on. He’s the only one in the entire building without a mask on showing a car ?? How does that happen? It’s not like he was in the open bay. He was in the enclosed show room without a mask on. I was so shocked I took a picture. How does that happen ??

I got an oil change, top off of fluids, & my tires rotated. I wanted my tires balanced but the person I was talking to suggested I wait until the snow, etc. was gone (wed been hit with an Artic snow storm), the streets were terrible!! Bless his heart! He couldve just taken my money & done it anyway knowing it wasnt a good time to get it done. I dont know his name but he set up the appt for me. I really wanted to thank him personally yesterday because there are very few auto shops that have the integrity & honesty that he showed me. Ill NEVER go to another auto shop but this one for my cars maintenance needs!!! Since Ive had this car, Ive always taken it there & now I have every reason to continue doing so. The good thing about this shop is the cost. He told me what my service would cost & there were no SURPRISES!! My windshield was cracked by a service mechanic in the process of putting in a wiper transmission linkage on 2/24/21 and, I am getting the runaround about repairing it! So disrespectful and unprofessional your service advisor Christian Morales was in handling this matter. I need this problem resolved ASAP! I dont have a vehicle to drive now due to the dangerous condition my windshield is in, not to mention possibly getting a traffic ticket. I would appreciate it if the manager of Andy Mohr of Speedway in Indianapolis would contact me ASAP

I didnt appreciate having to wait 3 hours for an Oil Change! There should be 1 or 2 mechanics doing oil changes ONLY!! TIME IS MONEY!!Due to this happening, a few days later I was contacted by Kevin (Service Mgr) to apologize for my wait! They will take care of my next oil change❤
Purchased my vehicle for a decent price and extended my warranty for any issues. My car needed extensive repairs that the warranty company was trying to fight against. My financial expert JR and the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Most places live up to the used car salesman stereotype. Andy Mohr Speedway was fortunately not one of those places. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great experience and great price. They continue their service before you purchase and well after. Ask for JR to help you with your financing of your vehicle, easily the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle.You can buy a car but you cant buy integrity, Andy Mohr Speedway lives up to its reputation.

Went in to help my son purchase his first car, even purchased the extended warranty they said around $2000.00 thousand it was $2800.00, we are like ok, people make mistakes, Im easy going. They say they need to give the car a safety check and will pull a dent and have it detailed and fill it up. Im like great you guys seem like good people. Andy Mohr delivers the car on Thursday as they said but not one of the things they said they were going to do was done. I have no reason to believe the safety inspection was complete as they said, just because nothing else was completed as they said except the surprise delivery.Use caution if you decide to purchase a vehicle with them. Also we just purchased a new Ford Transit from Andy Mohr Ford that went ok, Im look for a Denali for my wife but probably not from Andy Mohr GMC. I hope this helps with your decision or at least gives you a heads up on what to expect. The kicker is not even a paper plate. Andy Mohr speedway picked up the vehicle and did what they said they were going to do. I believe this wasnt intentional, just people making mistakes and trying to make it right.EDIT: Melissa did contact us and worked to rectify the mistakes that were made. I truly appreciate her efforts to make things right with us. The car is now exactly as promised. Thank you!
Wait time when you have appt is way to long. That’s the whole purpose of having appt. I had appt at 10:30am I didn’t leave the dealership til 1:15pm.
I do not feel safe visiting Andy Mohr Speedway because technicians were not wearing masks.Will not go back until I can be assured that all employees will comply with mask mandate.The service is excellent but does not outweigh non compliance.Service excellence 5 stars.Non compliance -4 stars=1 star.

I had an experience at Plainfield’s Andy Mohr a few months back. Customer service was horrible everyone I came in contact with acted like it was a hassle to help me. I had an appointment but. It took almost 5 hours to get my oil change.This week at Andy Mohr Speedway my experience was amazing as it has been in the past. Everyone is friendly and professional. The work was complete in a very timely fashion!
