Service technician was great… Told him I wanted to watch them change the oil but said I couldn’t so they took a video of it and send it to me. That was awesome!

As was miss Haley, I appreciated her kindness and positive attitude! Josh was very thorough with his details when he explained things to me and made sense of it so that I could understand not coming from a car background. He was personable with me and made me feel like an actual person instead just a customer which goes a very long way coming from a retail background. I appreciate everyone there for helping me but Josh’s patience with me and my numerous phone calls and questions (along with all the other people he deals with outside of just me) really made this experience 10x more bearable than it would have been otherwise. Shout out to Chris also for doing all the work on my car, I’m sorry you have had to continue working on the dang thing but thanks for trying to get her in tip-top shape for me! Really had an amazing experience. They were the only dealership in the area who took me within 2 days of calling for an appointment. The staff is very friendly and know what they are talking about when it comes to my car’s needs. James Lowery helped me out and answered all my questions. They even took a video of the work done on my car to show me what was wrong with it. Definitely had a great experience and will continue taking my car there.
I went to purchase a used car from there. They said they had just gotten it in and had not been through service. I drove the car and was lead to believe from the salesman and sales manager that everything was good. I put a deposit down with the salesman Brian G. I went to pick up the car 5 days later after inspection was done. Was told by the salesman there was a transmission code because there was a leak. On the paper the leak was circled elsewhere and the code was circled in a different section. I asked what the code was and he ran through the serious problems quickly. I asked if it could be fixed and was told no. I asked for my money back because I did not want to spend 8000 dollars to have to spend thousands more. The used car sales manager mike came in and told me he knew exactly what the problem was. He read what the code could be for and the problem was inside of transmission. I was told I would have to pay for repairs. I walked to side of his desk and was yelled at for trying to look at his computer screen. He said he had peoples social security numbers laying out. (His desk was in middle of showroom). Called and talked to mike the next day and was told any car I buy under 10k will have engine or transmission problems. So I asked if they knew before it was serviced and was told yes. I will never buy from sleazy salesman like that.
3-5% mark up. States due to chip shortage however went to several other locations they did not have this mark up. In fact they are below average..... DO YOUR RESEARCH. Just another company trying to take advantage of people due to shortages or covid

Went to get my car serviced for a routine oil change and multipoint inspection and the mechanic surpassed my expectation. Josh made sure that I was kept up to date with what he was inspecting in my car, explained things in such a way that I could understand because I am not car savvy, and he made sure that I was completely satisfied before releasing the car in my possession. I’ve been to other mechanics and no one has made the effort the way Hubler Nissan and Josh Abdullah has done. Will definitely be utilizing Hubler Nissan for all my car needs!

Came to this dealer after going to a Ford dealer. The Ford dealer wanted to sell me the truck first and not value my trade in. They also told me the rust on the rear differential on the truck I test drove was lube made to keep rust off. After not being satisfied I went to this dealer. In minutes they valued my trade in and gave me a great deal on a truck. The salesperson Ally was very nice. I ended up buying it and couldnt be happier.
Well, I am a first impression individual and I would say Robin was the first person I spoke with there and she was absolutely amazing. Then I received a video of the repair department walking around my car with what they pointed out as issues, which I also found absolutely amazing. My car was ready earlier than expected and once I arrived to pick it up the folks there were even more amazing in person. I would definitely recommend Hubler to my friends and family.
The team was respectful of both my time and my decisions- unlike that “Andy” place in Avon: (I was completely condescended to out there- AND they wouldn’t even do the work unless they were able to add on charges, so I wasted and hour and a half in rush hour traffic for nothing!)At Hubler, I got in and out and in the expected time with a full write up of other diagnostics with no pressure to have them done that day.

Went in for a company vehicle was trying to make a deal salesman was absolutely great manager gets an attitude and throws a fit yelling at us. I would love to get a call from whoever his boss is to tell them what happened. He became very aggressive saying we wasted his time when I was planning to get the vehicle I was just trying to negotiate another $250.00 off the price. I have never seen anything like that from a car lot in my life.Just purchased a van at another lot. They sold it to me for the advertised price not $1000.00 over and like Hubler wanted to do then got mad when I wouldnt pay that.

Only had oil changed.Went to Discount Tire to have tires rotated and ran into issue with missing Lug Nut Key. Drove back to your facility and issued was addressed by manager and in a short time. Shadiest service department in the state. When my friend took his car in there, he was talking to them about an issue I was having with my 2016 Nissan Altima. They said it was a well known transmission issue that 2016 Altima had, and that theyve been working on a lot of them. It sounded to me like they knew what they were doing so I took my car in.The first time I took it in, I let them know it was the well known transmission issue. They acted as if they didnt know what I was talking about. They did a diagnostic and said it could have been 1 of 2 sensors, and they found the bad sensor and replaced it. I got it back, and it was fine for 1 day, then it started acting up again. It wasnt as bad, but as time progressed, it got worse.So, in October of 2020 I took it back in. I told them once again it was the transmission problem that was well known. Once again they knew better than I. This time they said it was the other of the two sensors. They replaced it, And it was fine for one week before it started acting up again. Once again it wasnt real bad at first but it started to progress and get worse. I have a company vehicle and my wife works from home so we just did not drive it much.Took it in last Monday night for a Tuesday morning diagnostic. I diagnostic they waited until today, the following Monday, to do. Now its the transmission. They already took over $1,000 from me and now they want $4,000 more for this time. The last place on the planet I would take a vehicle to get serviced. Not even worth one star.
As always, the service rep was friendly and professional. I really like the inspection performed on my vehicle because it let me know where my fluid levels were, the status of the wear and tear on my brakes, etc. Not to mention the coffee, soda, water and fruit bars. This service center is the best!

Have a problem with the finance company. when I called them they acted like they didn’t want to talk to me and hung up on me and said it’s my problem. so I see they get the sale and then it’s all on you. Don’t seem wanna answer questions about some of the warranty stuff. I’m hoping the service is not the same way. I have a feeling so far what I’ve experienced it will be bad.

Hubler Nissan doesnt honor what they advertised. They advertised at car gurus a 2018 Pathfinder for $24,014 on 2/13/20. I spoke with their internet rep.and she validated the price with her GM, Jeremy Gaertner...she told me that they would honor the price. After I test drive the vehicle, the following day validated the price again personally with Jeremy Gaertner on his cell and he said that the price was placed in error but they honor it because I saw it on their website. So today I called to finalized the deal, like night and day, he flipped his answer on the cost of the vehicle. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND THIS GM HAS NO INTEGRITY.2/27/2020 Update: NO ONE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP HAS GOTTEN BACK WITH ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE...
Prompt service and excellent customer service.
Every time I get a new vehicle I get an inspection. I have never requested a refund on an inspection. This inspection missed lights on my dashboard, and missing light in my vehicle, And the person who had done the oil change prior to the inspection said that the hood latch was working, and after the inspection it was broken. Furthermore they didnt notice that there was no wiper fluid which isnt a big deal but lowers my confidence that they actually checked any of the fluids they stated they had checked. I have requested a refund but was told that none of the things that I mentioned were on the specific list despite being told that they had been checked. and so no one is following through with what they committed to doing, in my opinion. I am taking a large trip with my family across country in a new vehicle and was hoping the inspection would bring some confidence. I now feel like I need to go to another dealer to get a reliable inspection even though Ive paid your dealership to provide this reassurance and failed to do so entirely.As you can see from my other Google reviews, I have never given a negative review to any other service provider or retailer ever. I am not a big complainer, but the risks this dealership was willing to put myself and my family under simply to make a small amount of money is shockingly callous and inept.They also broke my hood release handle. I contacted them, they are not returning calls though they said I would hear from them.If you want them to do what they say they already did, be prepared to bring it in several times and chase them down to get them to return phonecalls.The reply below is false. I was explicitly told 4 things were done that were never done and now theyre ghosting me over $99.

My cars transmission went out in indianapolis while i was headed home to cincinnati. luckily it was able to make it to the nearest nissan dealership, hubler. they were SO incredibly helpful and attentive, and answered every question i had while we negotiated with the nissan corp for warranty coverage. i know the hubler nissan service department went above and beyond to assist me, even while out of state. they were so accommodating and if i lived in indy this would be my only recommendation for service and repair. special thanks to josh, who made a difficult situation much easier to manage.

Great sales support staff, but I had an issue with the vehicle and they wanted me to pay out of pocket for the issue when I just bought the vehicle just a little over a week before the issue popped up. Ended up fixing the issue myself and the part hasn’t been the same since. I don’t know if this is normal, but had to pay out of pocket for the registration fee. With past experiences and past dealerships, that fee was always included with financing. All in all, I am not happy with my experience at this dealership
I was very impressed with the overall experience and how they explained the things I needed for my car. The lounge was nice and they had a doggie walking around. ☺️ Always love that.I’m giving it a 4 because I was VERY unimpressed with COVID procedures. No one was wearing masks or they weren’t properly wearing them. Employees were walking from the office areas to the lounge area for drinks with no mask at all. Not even on hanging off chin or ears.

I came in for routine oil change, tire rotation and systems check. I was treated kindly and enjoyed seeing Mister while I looked at new cars and waited in the waiting room. I did not receive a video of the inspection, nor did I receive the usual systems check list form. My receipt says it was done and was all green, which is what the service rep told me.
It was my first time to Hubler Nissan for my 2020 Rogues first service. I found everyone helpful and very efficient.

I had my car washed at Sparkling Image on County Line Rd. They pushed in on the START button so hard that it pushed through the hole it was mounted in and fell loose into the center console. I immediately brought it to you and the service dept mounted it back in place while I waited. There was no charge and it only took maybe 15 minutes. Very pleased.
I bought a computer for a 2007 Nissan Titan from this place and it turned out to be defective the first time I called to try to get it swapped Mr Jared McKee said! it had no warranty so I called Andy mohr Nissan and asked them what kind of warranty do electrical parts come with and I was told 12,000 miles I just cant understand why someone is giving me a hard time about a defective part. You would think theyll just get you a new one and be done with it but every call I made the same guy gave a hard time for some reason he kept making up excuses not to help me thank you so much Mr Jared I really wish you the best and thanks for keeping the $742 that I paid for that defective computer when all I wanted was another computer.

Its wrong to damage another persons credit for the sake of quotas. If my daughter was asking for credit to buy a car, then yes, run her credit... She wasnt though. My daughter arrived with $12,000 certified check to pay off her lease. Guess what family wont ever shop Hubler again?

She was one of the most pleasant customer service contacts Ive had recently. She wanted my business and she got it. She also gave me the quote of cost and it was exactly that. I came out with a new Nissan Sentra that Im very happy with. Talk to Frodo (yes, really, hes cool too) and tell him Ken Stark sent you.Also, they have a really awesome coffee machine in there. Seriously, I want that thing in my office.
