Bought my 2004 Toyota 4Runner from them last year. I knew the frame was not 100% but when I requested for the car to be up on a lift to check the frame out, they had painted the frame black (so I couldn’t see how badly it was rusted my boyfriend touched it and got black paint on his hands ) ended up buying the car for 9,500 moving forward we noticed the tow hitch was not able to tow anything or it would have pulled my whole frame off. Took it into my mechanic he told him it wasn’t safe to drive, call the dealership again and they said they can ensure it is safe and they put it through a test to make sure frame is up to par like they do al their other cars, well a year later here we are, this stabilizer broke and you can see how badly it’s rusted, that’s how the whole frame is. I still owe 7,500 and now my car is totaled. Luckily no one was hurt when this piece broke. Would not recommend this place if they are willing to sell cars with bad frames and try to cover it up.

Very helpful. Got a nice 2011 dodge ram. The only comically thing that went wrong was after the test drive they misplaced the key. Took a minute to find but I wasnt overly concerned considering we just had it at the test drive. Seems like they will do what they can to get you mobile in a car ya want. I dont have the best credit and they gave me decent on my trade in. It may of helped I owned it outright. I was gonna need to upgrade my own insurance I just hadnt done that yet. The guy hooked me up with real reasonably cheap full coverage insurance so I could get off the lot. I may just keep it. Be patient they are good people and will do what they can.

A great staff that provides white glove service and the best price around. My AC died just days before a major trip with family. Johnny and his team got the part at a price I could afford and got it installed in time to get me on the road right on time.

Do NOT buy from here, they are high priced, dont take care of the customer. They say they fix any issues with the vehicle...lol bought a car had for 4 mo, had to put $4000 to fix, oil leak, brakes, engine issues, tires etc... Have the warranty that cost $100 a month. The Warranty co finds ways to not pay, or says not covered but if Go Indy automotive does the work they get paid from the warranty co and still charge the customer. Its called double dipping. Filing a report with the Attorney General, BBB. This is not a honest place of business. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you have a ton $$$ you dont need.

The service team is amazing here. They always listened and werent annoyed when I called for updates. Mark the mechanic was willing to stay late to finish my truck. Johnny the service manager is timely in his responses. And the owner, Mo, is very friendly as well. They also beat two other shops on pricing.

I got to add from this place to come and get a car only to find out that I had to put down $1,500 that I did not have I think the ad was a little misleading. I was supposed to get a call back from the young lady that works in the office I had test drove a all black Dodge Charger and I really liked it they were going to try to help me get out of my high car payment into a lower car payment but I never received a phone call back from anyone. I guess when you really dont have money people dont really want to be bothered with you dont understand but a follow-up call would have been great just to see if I got the money or not

Great Service at Go Indy Automotive! Oil change to transmission work, so far Johnny and his team have done a great job servicing our work vehicles. They are reasonable in price, great service and efficient! There is a clean waiting area where you can conduct business/watch tv while waiting on repairs to be complete. Worst experience I’ve ever had trying to purchase a vehicle! I had a vehicle picked out, they ran my credit and I got approved. They never contacted me I had to contact them every time. Meanwhile Natasha first said something was wrong with the vehicle, they were waiting on parts to arrive. Promises to have vehicle ready within a week. A week goes by and I had to contact Natasha again because no one has contacted me, new excuse was bad motor and they returned the car to owner, but they were going to help me find the car I wanted. Now it’s been a month still no word from anyone. So what I did was contacted the bank where I was approved, explained what was going on. I found the exact vehicle I was looking for, used the same bank so I didn’t have to run my credit again, 2 days later driving my new vehicle. This company is a joke! I wouldn’t recommend this car company to someone I didn’t care for, let alone a family member or friend!

Although the staff was very friendly and helpful while I was there, doesn’t change the horrible customer service that occurred after. I went in to test drive a car, and out down a deposit at the saleswoman day recommendation (I had to unfreeze my credit otherwise would have purchased then), and was told she would hold the keys so the car didn’t get sold out from underneath me. Then today, I follow up (the day after) to get an update and she tells me the car was sold while she was off and there was nothing she could do about it. Talk about disappointment. That’s just horrible business. I do not recommend and will not go.m back.

We’ve never been here. We went in just wondering about a car. We saw one we liked. We had questions. Joey was more than helpful. He was honest. He was entertaining. He went above to work with us. The rest of the guys chimed in when we asked their opinions. These guys are pretty cool. Quite helpful and upfront. They worked together, with Joey, to get us the car we were eyeing. It was a laid-back yet professional atmosphere. Seriously, if you’re looking for a good car, take a look at their inventory. These guys want to help you. Chances are, after they work with you, you’ll leave happy.

Most unprofessional dealership Ive attempted to purchase from. I live three hours away from the dealership, so I had to complete a bill of sale over the phone with Go Indy and my bank to purchase the truck. I specifically scheduled to come purchase the vehicle with my Salesman Mo. The day of my appointment Go Indy contacts me 30 minutes before my arrival to let me know theyre selling the truck to someone else. I attempted to contact my salesman with no response. No apology for wasting over 5 hours of mine and my familys day driving.Later the same day I get a call from Go Indy notifying me that the other person was unable to obtain financing and theyd be willing to sell me the truck, again. (Its always nice to be a fall back option). Still no apology for wasting over 5 hours of mine and my familys day driving.They stated they would hold the truck until I get there.I arrived today to purchase the truck at the agreed upon price. The vehicle was posted with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty, supposedly all their vehicles are. I noticed that the transmission seemed to be shifting abnormal during the test drive but was reassured by the owner that the transmission is fine and in great condition. The warranty was discussed over the phone before making a purchase and during the test drive with the owner, so I felt confident with my purchase. When we sat down to complete the purchase I was told this truck wouldnt be offered with their 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. They would only offer it if I were to finance with them. I feel this is an extremely shady sales tactic and a complete waste of 10 hours of my time. They were not upfront with me and could care less about quality customer service. If you offer a warranty to your customer you should stick to your word, not change it at the last minute. At the end of the day I just wanted to purchase the truck and feel confident that I made the right decision. Unfortunately that didnt happen.

We STILL have yet to receive our center caps for our SUV after many, many emails & calls. I’ve sent measurements, pictures, everything under the sun. My next step is to have a dealership send them the bill for brand new ones.

This place Just took my money. I took my Lincoln Aviator to get fixed. The owner charged me close to 500 dollars to fix the driver side back bearing .. Not even 6 months later it goes out and leaves me stranded two and a half hours north of Indianapolis.. Truck has been sitting since then and I have tried to reach out to this business always get the run around and nobody ever contacts me back ..
