This is my sixth Mini Cooper (2 convertibles and 4 Countryman) so that says a lot! I always work with Jim Barth who is a sweetheart - so attentive and honest. My newest purchase started as a phone call to him about a 2021 Countryman in a new Sage Metallic color that looked SO cool. He had ordered it spec and was already on a boat in the Atlantic! He put my name on it and its MINE! One of the first Countryman 2021s in the US and so special.

Wife and I found what we were looking for, only to show up and see the exact vehicle, but in a different color, as the original had sold. Our motoring advisor, John Salz, was great. On September 17th my husband and I started the search for our daughters first car. We planned for this to be a 16th birthday gift and a surprise. Todd Hartley at Dreyer Reinbold Mini was wonderful to work with. We went through the list of vehicles in their inventory, in budget and with the miles we were comfortable with and unfortunately did not find the perfect car on first try. Todd didn’t give up, he was patience and kind and yesterday (10/5) we purchased our daughters surprise car! Throughout the negotiation process Jim Barth was wonderful to work with- he made a very fair deal and ensured we had 2 keys (16 year olds can lose things, had to have a spare) and totally understood where we were coming from with safety being our #1 priority. Bonus points for our daughter- sports mode and a double sunroof!! Our 2013 Mini Countryman was complete with the perfect giant bow to make the present that much more special. Kerry Knight is quite literally a knight and shiny amour. I came to the Mini dealership not knowing what I wanted or even if I was ready for another car; I honestly wondered if a Mini was for me.From the moment I took the first test drive, I was SOLD. Not only because MINIs are fun to drive, but the customer service is stellar. I brought a TONS of questions with me, and Kerry politely and respectfully answered them all. Not only that, but he was also attentive to what I was telling him I did and did not want. I felt heard and listened to. Kerry worked with me to find the MINI that I wanted throughout the entire process... something colorful and cute, I told him. He delivered! Blue! Black Rims! A 2022! I discovered my MINI, and even better, it felt like I had a friend walking me through the whole process. I could tell from working with Kerry that he cared more about finding me the RIGHT vehicle rather than selling me A vehicle, and for that, Kerry has earned my respect ad business. I will be back when I need my next MINI! She was extremely helpful and willing to work with me on my purchase and trade it. She was so friendly. I wish all sales associates would be more like her. Todd and the business office was also great to work with. They were very informative, quick and easy to work with. Pretty weird finding a 2500 3/4 ton truck at a Mini Cooper dealership, but it worked out great!

Took it into the dealer for first oil change. Service was fast and excellent. I was surprised at how quickly it was done as I have typically had bad experiences at dealers in the past. They even sent a video inspection of the car detailing what they did and tire tread, etc. A great experience. I may have changed my mind about using dealerships for these type of things.
I received THE BEST customer service Ive had in a very long time when I called in with an odd request. I was traveling and got a warning that my key battery was dying. Scared of being stuck without a way to start my car, I called the closest dealership on my route. Thankfully, Sarah answered. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to find information for me, letting me know where I could get a new battery. And then, she and another rep, Kylie, Facetimed with me to show me exactly how to swap out my battery. I never wouldve figured this out without them. And then they showed me how to start my Mini if the key ever did die. I was blown away at how kind, caring, and considerate they both were. Its very rare sometimes to get this kind of service and from people that you can tell genuinely want to help. Frank, Todd, and Jim, I hope you read these and make these two phenomenal employees feel valued and appreciated. Two gems for sure! Thanks again for everything!

After finding the vehicle that I was interested in online (a 2018 MINI Cooper Countryman ALL4), I made a phone call to inquire about its availability and I was connected with Sarah McCrary as my sales representative. I had some reservations and concerns about becoming a first-time Mini buyer, which she quelled with an ease that felt like I was talking to an old friend. Purchased my dream car, a laser red Saab 9-3 convertible, in October of 2019. The whole process was some of the smoothest dealership interaction I’ve ever had! They were honest, worked hard to get me approved, and communicated with me wonderfully the entire time. My sales representative, Kylie Lowe, was so helpful and was a crucial piece of that A+ communication I mentioned. She was on her game the entire process and I never once felt left out in the cold! The car itself is everything I’d hoped for and more. It was a garage baby from new so they didn’t have to do much reconditioning, but I could tell they really took their time to get it showroom ready. I would have no hesitation sending referrals their way!

Sarah was great and we were able to make a deal pretty quickly! A day after driving the car (a used Nissan Altima), I noticed some uneven tire wear and indicated I was going to get a four-wheel alignment. Sarah contacted me to let me know that DR Mini would assist me with the alignment! Thank you for great service and follow up once the deal had been made!
Overall, had a positive experience working with Chloe Craig, motor advisor, while deciding on whether or not to buy a pre-owned 2013 Ford Edge they had available. If she didn’t have an answer to any of my many questions, she did the research and responded in a timely fashion. My paperwork process went smoothly upon purchase. And when I had follow up questions, post-purchase, Chloe once again came through for me. I’d buy again from Chloe and company if the need arose.

What a wonderful experience buying our new used SUV at Dreyer & Reinbold with Todd Hartley! We had been looking for a gently-used SUV for over a year and finally found it at Dreyer-Reinbold Mini. The entire process could not have been any easier!! Todd even came in on his day off to show us the car and had it cleaned and ready for a test drive. He also had all of the history printed out for us and reviewed in detail along with the work that had been done on the car. Based on that, he made the decision a very easy one for us. Last month I visited Dreyer & Reinbold MINI Cooper just to view the newer models and ended up trading in my 09 for a new 2020. Over all I had a great experience with them. Jim, John, and Kevin where all very helpful and very knowledgeable with all of my questions and concerns. This is my second purchase from Dreyer and Reinbold Mini, my first was a 2012 Mini Cooper S hatchback and my newest is a 20 Mini Cooper S Countryman. The customer service is courteous and all-around excellent. Todd sold me my second Mini, hes patient, no pressure and very helpful-I had a great experience and am so happy with my purchase. Anytime I have any service needs, Elijah is a great guy to see. He explains the details of the service/repairs, has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Minis and always get me set-up with a loaner while my care is being serviced. Our experience was fantastic! From the moment we got there and met Chloe, we felt no pressure and were comfortable. She asked us if we wanted to look for awhile around the lot alone or with her. We prefer to look alone and she stayed inside to allow us to do so. No pressure! When we decided what we would like to test drive, she allowed us to go without her, which we also prefer. We returned and asked to drive a second car, and she let us do that as well. When we returned and asked to drive the car on the showroom floor, she made that happen. We purchased that car that day because she didn’t apply any pressure, she just let us make our own decision. The sales experience was one of the best we’ve encountered!After finding a bulge in our front tire a week after we purchased the car, we called and the sales manager said they would replace it at no charge and provided a loaner. They have gone above and beyond with us and every person from sales to service has been wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend going to see them if you’re looking for a Mini!

Great experience all around. Kiley and the other team members were great to work with. Im very skeptical of car dealers but here we had a great experience. No pressure at all. Nothing was ever uncomfortable. We did a test drive then talked about the price. The price was very good compared to the Kelly Blue Book and also other dealer offers. They answered questions and made it very easy.The next day we asked if we could take it to a 3rd party to have it inspected. That was no problem at all. The inspection by the other dealer turned out to be exactly what was presented to us at Dreyer & Reinbold. We then arranged the financing through our own bank (Financial Center Credit Union) and that also was no problem. There was never even a mention to finance it through anyone else.When we went to pick it up the next day it had been thoroughly detailed and was ready to go at the time expected. Final document signing was quick and easy.Id by from here again.
The folks here are always professional and helpful without any pressure or unnecessary sales tactics. The dealership is comfortable to shop in and selection is excellent. Ask for Jim, Kerry, or Elijah, as they have all been super.

We purchased our Mini on 7/24 and had a really nice buying experience. Our sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. If I were just rating the buying experience this would easily be a 5 -star review. As of this current date (9/4) our cooper still does not have its tags so we can get a license plate and our temporary tag is due to expire in 3 days. I emailed the dealer initially explaining we needed to register the vehicle and was asking what to do. We never received a response. A week later I called and was told it takes a while with Covid, etc. I requested a new temporary tag and received pushback and hung up with no answer besides they will be there. I contacted the dealer the next day again. I was also told the same thing, but they were not allowed to issue another tag and to call our local clerks office which is out of state. I did as suggested and there is no paperwork on file. . I was told to call the leasing agent so I did. They also had no record of the necessary paperwork. Now, due to being from out of state, there is an issue for getting a tag at the clerks office. It has been 45 days and this should have been taken care of weeks ago. This is very frustrating because the dealer has offered no assistance other than “its out of our hands”. When dealing with a licensing issue, which the dealer is responsible for, the customer should receive the same type of customer service as when buying. We are disappointed with the customer service after this sale.
I absolutely love my Mini Countryman Sport! To top it off I received excellent customer service. Sarah made the entire purchasing process seamless. My purchase was almost entirely contactless with exception of signing paperwork and pick-up of my car. I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had thanks to Jim Barth! I have never enjoyed buying a car even though it should be a fun experience. The salesmen always seem intent on being intimidating or talking to me as if I should really be sending a man to take care of things. Jim really took his time with me, answered all of my questions, never made me feel insecure, and offered a fair deal. He even gave me his number so I could text with questions, and the day after I purchased my car, he checked In to make sure everything was good and I didn’t have any questions. I absolutely love my car! It is so fun to drive! I give this dealership and especially Jim Barth my strongest recommendation!!!! They know how to treat women with kindness and respect!
I had a tire with a major flat tire and stopped in without an appointment. Elijah got me a loaner car right away to use while we waited for the tire to.be delivered. Elijah also helped with other issues I have had and is very punctual, caring and thoughtful. I love that I am assigned a service rep as it helps build rapport.

I went to Dreyer and Reinbold mini about 2 weeks ago now looking to start a lease but wasn’t 100% sure what model fit me best. Kerry was such a great help through the whole decision process! Once I had decided on the 2 door mini I went home with Kerry also made the whole process of signing a lease and financing super quick and easy! I bought a Mini Cooper convertible a few weeks ago. Todd Hartley was my Motoring Advisor and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful but not overbearing. The finance department was very efficient. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of this dealership. Would buy here again.

This is our 4th Mini Cooper purchase. We keep coming back because we love the cars, but more importantly we very much enjoy the entire staff at the N Keystone location. From receptionist, to service advisors, to sales ( John Salz ) we are greeted and treated like old friends every time we are there. Our visits to the dealership typically revolve around maintenance/service and the staff greets me by name each and every time. They are always willing to offer up a courtesy vehicle even if just for an oil change. If our salesman or sales manager know that we are there...they are out to see us to say hello or ask how we are doing. Those things do not go unnoticed. We are very pleased with the level of respect, professionalism, and just plain “friendliness” from the group there. When it is time for another or a new one, we will be back. Great friendly and simple place to buy a car I called spoke to Chloe set up and a time to see the car I liked I filled the application she called the next day to let me know everything was approved and my car was ready to be picked up! Overall great experience highly recommend.
I am on my 4th Mini and am likely a lifer I just love them so much! Jim Barth is who I have always worked with and always takes good care of me and has learned by now how stubborn I am about having to have a standard transmission 😂. He makes a point to follow up and check in just to see how things are going. Alex V (don’t ask me to spell his last name, sorry buddy 😂) is usually who I work with when I bring my cars in for service and he’s such a nice guy, always friendly and very helpful. Honestly everyone I’ve ever talked to there has always been so nice and welcoming to the point of making me feel like family. If you’re thinking of getting a Mini get one, you won’t regret it, and I highly recommend you get yours from the team on Whitley Dr, they’re amazing!
