I purchased a 2011 Toyota 4Runner here in January of this year (2021). Ive waited a few months to place my review,  as I wanted to drive the vehicle for a while, get it registered, etc. etc. I flew in from out of state to make the purchase as the car was much cheaper here than my home state of CO! This was nerve wracking as purchasing any car out of state would be. I was reassured by the other reviews of out of state buyers claiming the process went well.I have to say, Im very happy with the whole experience!! I would definitely recommend Midwest Motors if youre looking to buy a car. The price for this vehicle was honestly as good as it gets, several thousand less than what I was seeing in CO. Jihad helped me from start to finish and made the process very simple. I was in and out quick enough to start my 15+ hour drive home!Additionally, I happened to get a nutso in my local registration office when trying to title the vehicle in my home state...who said I would have to make many many changes to the title before they would accept it. This freaked me out!! I would now have to send the title back to Midwest Motors, and then the dealership before them :( I called Jihad, and helped make the changes without having to do all of that, and it was in fact much simpler than the crazy registration lady tried to make it. He told me she was in fact wrong about a few of the changes and to NOT make them. He was, in fact, right.Finally, I had the car at the Toyota dealership and they said it was in fantastic condition!! I had recently purchased a car from here and now after 1 week, the car has thrown enough check engine lights to coat over $5000. This company does not care about the quality of cars they sell, do not buy from them because all they seem to sell is lemons.

Great experience buying a great car from out of state. I found the exact car that I wanted online and am about 6 hours away from this dealer. I called and spoke with them and they were wonderful to work with. Took the car to a mechanic of my choice and dropped it off and picked it back up. Worked with me and my bank to do all of this over email and phone and helped me get the car shipped to me. I could never imagine buying a car sight unseen, but I did and I would certainly look at this dealership in the future if I ever need another luxury car. Did I mention I love love love my car... Great deal, and trust me I looked county wide for this deal. Dont hesitate to trust this small, family run dealership.

I was in the market for a truck from my transport business and found a 2006 Ford F350 dually at Midwest Motors. Low mileage for the year and in awesome condition. I flew in from Omaha, and Ahmad (the owner) was waiting at the airport for me to pick me. He was very transparent when I called to inquire about the truck, and sent me videos and pictures to answer the questions I had. Given that the truck was 14 years old, and that I was buying it for my business, there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed/addressed before I could use it for work. They were kind enough to take a little off the asking price, so I feel that I got a pretty good deal. Drove the truck all the way back home to Omaha (about 600 miles) and it ran fantastic! Cant wait to get this thing on the road and working. I would highly recommend Midwest Motors. Ahmad and his boys will take care of you without hesitation!

Unfortunately my experience with Midwest Motors wasnt a good one. I scheduled a time to test drive a vehicle for my one day off a week, and when I showed up no one was aware of any appointments. The most frustrating part was that no one felt it would be a good idea to call me and let me know they truck had already been sold a few days earlier. I understand vehicles sell First-Come First-Serve, but if I cant trust you for an appointment followup I sure cant trust you with a vehicle! The conversation went something like this:Me: Hello. I have an appointment to look at a truck this morning.MM: What truck is it?Me: *insert vehicle info*MM: Oh... we sold that a couple of days agoMe: *turning to leave* And no one thought it would be a good idea to let me know before I drove all the way out here?!MM: Did you have an appointment? I flew from Dallas, TX all the way to Indianapolis, IN to purchase a car from the wonderful family at Midwest Motors. Yes, I drove the car almost 1k miles back home too and Id do it again!From the moment I contacted them they were courteous and professional. The price was the most competitive around and the car was in fantastic shape. It was the easiest car buying experience. No back and forth haggling or shady sales tactics here. Other car dealerships need to take notice.I found my car on cars.com and went to Midwest Motors website where I submitted my contact info. They texted me back within minutes. The price was fantastic and I was on a plane the next morning to seal the deal. The dealership is also close to the airport which is convenient.I only wish I didnt have to fly so far to purchase any future vehicles. Ill definitely be checking with Midwest Motors first!

We came to look at a vehicle, I needed to use the bathroom, the salesman who was easily 62-3, simply stated theres a ladder in front of it, sorry. Strike one. Test drove the vehicle. They couldnt even take the time to replace a missing turn signal bulb, replace shredded windshield wipers, or change the oil. This vehicle was priced at $3800. Never dealt with lazier salespeople. Do not recommend this place. Not even to my worst enemy.

Dont put any deposit down at this place, its non-refundable. All their vehicles are not as nice as appear on website. They say that why we put 60 pictures on the website. But the pictures not very clear, misleading.!!!!!

Attitude straight out the gate looked and talked to me as if I couldnt afford his cars and told me I had to get pre approved before I could test drive not knowing I make 98,000 a year and was there to buy the car cash as a bday gift for my neice.... Flew in from Atlanta GA to make this purchase. Was I glad I found these guys?! The Car was ready for me, clean, full tank of Gas and what else - car was even better than advertised. My salesperson, Mr Jihad gave me a quick demonstration of the controls. I put over 700 miles on the car the same day I bought it and have put close to 2000 miles on it since then. All I have had to do is gas up the car, it has no issues whatsoever. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a decent used luxury car. I got me a 2008 Audi S6 with a V10 Lamborghini Engine for a fraction of the price. All in all, my experience with these guys is one of the best I have had in car buying.

I purchased a 2008 Cadillac cts from this car lot.When i test drove the car i asked them if there was any issues with the car .The salesman replied, there is no issues .Come to find out after i purchased the car there was tons of things wrong.I called the car lot to see if they would make it right and they would not help .I pay 6 000 and had to have new shocks and struts,vavle cover gaskets with new caylatic converters and purge solenoid installed with other things wrong as wellIve spent over 4000 dollars fixing this car and its still not right.Buyers beware these guys are lemon car sellers .plus they wont make things right when stuff is wrong with a vehicle after they knew it was a lemon.This is bad business and sad that you take advantage of people that works hard for their money ..

Attempted to purchase a used Lexus LX570 they had on the lot and I asked for some pictures of the underside of the car. Was emailed back with no information and I replied stating this was not what I had asked for and the sales manager Ahmad replied OK, WHAT IS THE UNDERSIDE OF THE CAR???. I feel this was very rude and uncalled for. Also, if you do not understand how to take pictures of the underside of a car you should not be selling cars. My wife and I had narrowed our search down to this vehicle and were prepared to purchase this weekend, pending there was not a large amount of rust. They just lost our business with this poor customer service.Edit to add: after replying and stating that I would be taking my business elsewhere, and what I assumed would be the end of the interaction I just received another email stating that I should go to hell, and that he doesnt want a customer like me, telling me that he emailed me pictures and i was not happy with them. If this was a simple mix up of not having pictures sent correctly perhaps you should attempt to work with the customer stating that he didnt get what he wanted, rather than assume you know what youre talking about. I did not receive any pictures and would have been plenty fine working with someone who made a simple mistake as that, but for someone to act the way your sales manager does is a poor show of your organization and along with losing my $30,000 sale I also hope anyone reading this will turn around and not give these jokers any of your money.

My husband and I bought a SUV from here and it has seriously been the worst experience I have ever had with buying a car! We were cosigning on the suv, but because of our work schedules we couldnt both sign on the same day. So I signed all the papers on a Friday and he came up and signed the next day(Saturday). Everything looked GREAT on the car when I test drove it and nothing looked bad, besides it really needed detailed. They assured us it would be detailed before we picked it up the next day. It took forever to just get papers to sign on that Friday. I get it takes long to get a new car and all that but we were already preapproved for financing through our own bank(Thank goodness), so Im still not really sure what the hold up was.In any case my husband came to sign his portion of the papers on Saturday, hand over the check from our bank and get the car and leave. Shouldve been a quick process.... It was not!!He got in the car and the check engine light came on and a couple of other lights as well before he even drove off the lot! Also the car had still not been detailed. There was a big white area in the center console that needed cleaned up and they spray painted it black to match the fabric that was already in the console!!! The car was just dirty all around. He walked back inside and told them, they came out and hooked it up to the scanner and said it was the cooling pack? and some spark plugs? and then he also noted that the passenger window was having issues going up and down and it didnt the day before. They wrote us a we owe you and said they would take care of all of the issues and it would take 7-10 days to get the parts in. They would call us when they came in so we could schedule a time to drop it off to be fixed and it would also be detailed since it wasnt to begin with. Okay GREAT! PERFECT! Thank you!But they never called!!! We called numerous times trying to talk to anyone and no one would tell us what was going on. Finally the Mechanic Manager answered one of our calls and explained that his mechanic cut off his thumb by accident and he has been trying to figure that out. Which we understood and told them we just wanted to be kept in the loop about what was going on, that was all. We understand things happen! But at this point we had bought a car for $19,000 and havent really been able to drive it(so we didnt make the issues worse) and its been about 3-4 weeks already!So we finally get a time set up to drop the car off to get it fixed. (We shouldve taken this next part as a sign to go home and fix it through our own mechanics...) We get to the lot to drop it off and there is a bunch of commotion going on. Some lady was yelling and screaming at the top of her lungs and acting crazy. I think they were repoing her car. But we drop it off and they inform us they will give us a call when its done.We called after a few days of not hearing anything from them and get told that they will call us back in an hour. No one ever called back. Then we call the next day and get told the same thing! This continued for two weeks since they had our vehicle! No information was ever told to us about what was going on!But if they had already ordered the parts and just had to put them all in it should not have taken 2 weeks to do that.... I finally got tired of not being told what was going on and called and told them I was coming up the next day to pick up my car and to have it ready in the morning! I called for a peace officer to help me get my car because I did not trust this car company. We got our car back, no problems there. Mechanic manager apologized for not getting back in contact with us.Took our car to our mechanic and they had it fixed within 2 days! Diagnosed it and ordered parts the first day had it fixed before noon the next day!!!Save your time and find a car somewhere else! this was not worth the headache.

I purchased a 2006 Mercedes from them on the condition that theyd fix a rear main seal on the car (an expensive fix on the car), they agreed to do it and shook hands on it and we agreed on a price for the car. They held the car for a week in order to fix the seal and once I finally had the car in my possession the car was leaking oil from the unfixed seal. They agreed to take it a second time to make good on the agreement to fix it properly. They kept the car for a week and within a month the seal was once again leaking, either not fixed, or not fixed correctly. The car also came with many other fun surprises such as a silver bezel that had been super glued to the wood trim which would of been 20 dollars to replace, but is now a mess to clean up because of the glue. A plastic shield under the car that was broken right in half and had literally been duct taped back together, and a shoddy tint job that peels off more and more as each day passes, and a remote transmitter thats going to cost a pretty penny to fix that was probably broken by the bad tint installation. Most of this could of been forgiven and expected with buying an older car but they lied twice about fixing the rear main seal, and things on the car were fixed with glue and tape. 1 Star.

Due to COVID I had to move back to Ohio from Los Angels after 13 years.I wrecked my Subaru in 2012 and was using my motorcycle as my only transportation .Use of a motorcycle in Ohio ends in the winter, and so mom wanted to buy me a car.The problem was this : what car am I going to be satisfied with performance wise after owning a WRX-STi and a motorcycle ?Also, taking in consideration I am a wilderness nut I was limited in my choices, coupled with the funding being provided by mom,I did not want to take advantage of her generosity..So I came up with one, and only one vehicle, the Ford Explorer Police Interceptor.Where I live the brand new ones are not avail to the general public ( later on I was told it was possible, but not an easy purchase to make).After doing some homework, I went to CARFAX and used some tips by a cop friend on what to look for from the pics and the info given along with a little detective work, I found the one .Midwest Motors in Indianapolis was the dealer that had this gem. A 2015 Ford Explorer Police utility with 104 k miles.A small municipality in PA used this car as a detective unit or as its DARE vehicle ( valuable info ) so the miles were put on gently .Midwest Motors was beyond any doubt a dealer with no compromise of moral turpitude.Ahmed and his son actually prevented me from making any choices that could have cost me extra expenses, and putting more profit there way .No dealers does that . Dealers have an agenda. Not Midwest Motors .I pulled the trigger, and had the vehicle delivered headache fee for a very reasonable fee (paid to a 3rd party service) . The delivery driver unloaded her, and asked me “what I paid for her”? When I told him the number, his jaw dropped and gave me a fist bump lol.After driving the car, if I had to guess how many miles were on the ODO, I would have guessed somewhere around 20k.I am so blown away by the deal, words cannot express my gratitude to Midwest Motors. I was interested in purchasing a 2006 M3 convertible that was and is in their inventory on 9/21. I Previously spoke with Jihad regarding the car. I had some questions regarding the Carfax and a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) that the Carfax indicated was done on 7/17/20 while in there possession. I was informed by Jihad that he didnt know much about why the car didnt sell. Other than, it had a minor oil leak. I inquired further about the leak (you know, they dont fix themselves},but was told, he would have to look into it and get back to me. Jihad called and when I returned his call on 9/23. I was told by the owner, it was his day off, but how could he help. When I starting inquiring about the car and specifically the Carfax, he became very defensive and condescending. He told me that he didnt know what a PPI was. After, I informed him of what it was ( Also, clearly states pre-purchase inspection on Carfax). I asked, why didnt the car sell? The owner, then informed me, that people dont necessarily share why they dont want the car. Really??? Someone is going to go through the time and expense of having a car inspected, plus Midwest would have to be involved in transporting the car for the inspection. Then, nobody at the dealer knows anything about the findings. As a reputable dealer, you would think you would want to know. That way, they can repair the car or not, but be in a position to represent it properly and honestly. Sorry Midwest, but your story just doesnt make sense and normally the truth makes sense. The rest of you decide for yourself. The Carfax is included on the listing on their website.

Over priced

I purchased a 2011 BMW and within a few weeks lights started coming on I put it in the shop and paid $3500 and it still is not about to be driven. I have contacted a lawyer for this lemon that I got! Buy at your own risk the car repairs are 1/2 of the price for the car and I still dont have a car.
