I got a car from Diamond about 3 months ago and let me tell you she is such a wonderful person, she is so knowledgeable and have all the facts about cars. While I had an excellent experience with my car purchase, my service experience has not been positive. Scheduling an appointment is cumbersome; and my experience by phone always leaves me feeling like I am a burden to their schedule. Service is expensive and my most recent issue with a leaky sunroom cost an excessive amount of money over two visits with no guarantee of a solution. When I expressed my concerns, they were not heard. I won’t be back.
I went here for scheduled maintenance. it was easy to schedule online. Swift check in and out. I liked the cleanliness of the waiting area and the restrooms.
I bought a car from them back in 2014 and they looked out for me again 2021. Raymond M got the job done! I appreciate him and the dealership. I will be back when it’s time to upgrade.

Diamond not only got me the car that I wanted, but she also made sure that my payments were affordable as well. I really felt comfortable with Diamond, because she knew what she was doing and she knew what she was talking about when it came to the different car that I inquired about. She was also prompt, I wasnt there all day either. I plan to purchase another vehicle from Andy Mohr soon, I will definitely be looking forward to Diamond helping me again. Needed an oil change, alignment and a “detail” for the car I just bought but when I got the car they just rested when the oil change was due and told me everything was fine and I’m just getting use to the ride on my car and if I wanted an alignment done they’d charge me when I had a 100,000 mile warranty and I haven’t even gone 2,000 and the detail wasn’t even detailed it had a ton of dog hair and they just put a scent and leather condition on my hard surfaces, Nissan really did go cheap everything from the inside of the car to how they deal with things and not carry out with the warranties because that’s money that they lose, don’t care for the customers at all!!!!

This was my first visit to Andy Mohr Nissan for service. I have absolutely zero complaints. Their service was outstanding from Caleb, to Lexus, and Carlos. They kept me informed of all service details throughout the entire process and made all necessary arrangements for transportation and to service my vehicle in a timely fashion. Without even realizing it, I was sold on the Nissan brand in early 2014, when I decided to buy the 2014 Nissan Rogue SV after seeing a TV commercial for the vehicle during football season. I had no idea at the time that I would keep the Rogue for nearly 8 years. This was, by far, my most-favorite vehicle.Thinking back to 2014, I remember being able handle nearly everything with the transaction without visiting Andy Mohr Nissan. It was an amazing experience.As my needs changed and our family grew in size, it was time to upgrade. I looked at models from Ford, GMC, Honda and Toyota - but nothing really seemed that impressive. I did not like the 2021 Pathfinder, because (to me) it looked like an over-inflated Rogue. Just didnt look right.In April, I noticed the 2022 Pathfinder and I was sold on the size, design and features. The mid-row captains chairs the one requirement that we really needed. The only challenge was trying to locate a 2022 Pathfinder in this COVID era of manufacturing delays.Working with Anil Puran, he was able to locate the exact model we wanted in a matter of weeks. In fact, we were able to take delivery of the vehicle no less than six hours from the time we saw the vehicle. Anil was great at explaining everything and getting the Pathfinder ready. Steve Coston (Finance Manager) took care of the rest and it was an amazing experience for our family.As a repeat customer to Andy Mohr Nissan, I quickly realized why I wanted to do business with this dealership again. They make you feel welcome and always provide an amazing experience!
I made an appointment and the service took 7 1/2 hrs. No parts were need except for a headlight. Carlos never got back to me. I was called about my headlight being out which I had specifically asked to be replaced. Apparently no one reads the instructions. If I had not had a ride would I have had to wait 7+ hrs or would to job been expedited? What is the point of making an appointment for service if it makes no difference for completion in a timely manner? All of the employees were very nice but made very poor excuses for the delay in finishing my service. I will probably go elsewhere for service in the future.

I have used Andy Mohr Collision center multiple times in the past and have been very satisfied with their work. They are always thorough with their service and their front desk staff and estimators are accommodating and cordial. I have trusted them with fixing damages to my vehicles and they are in the list of preferred providers of State Farm insurance which is my insurance provider.
Great people and service. They kept in contact with me about everything and were quick to fix my vehicle. This was my first insurance claim and they helped me to understand it all.
We met Ali by chance yesterday and we were so impressed by his care and concern. Our 2009 Nissan broke down in the middle of the road and he did not hesitate to help us out. Sales person that was helping us Was unexperience Got my car towed earlier she said that we can call her so we can empty out the car before they towed the car she lied about that we had to drive all across town just to find my car She kept harassing me about paperwork showing my residence she even told me that if I brought the car back I wouldn’t get a refund $1000 I put down or the money back for my car that I traded in for she was very rude. I even tried calling back up there to speak with a manager never reached anyone no one ever reached back to me but I did end up getting the paperwork showing my residency here at my apartment I sent it to someone named Sarah but I still was unhappy with the way the situation was handled so whoever the sales woman is named diamond she needs to go back to training and learn how to speak to customers

They had my car paid in full for repairs for 3 weeks and never called to update me once. I called every time to get an update and the customer service Destiny was poor. When I went to pick my car up Destiny again was unprofessional and mean and charged me an additional $60 after already paying $2900.00 at the time of drop off. They said they fixed things they didn’t and over charged me. And had my car way longer than promised.
I saw a great used car on line for a good price. After seeing the car I was very motivated to buy and pay cash. The dealership refused to honor THEIR OWN ADVERTISED PRICE from the website. I showed them the car on the website and the price, but they refused and increased the price by $1500. A waste of my time. Liars.

The service was fine. I do not like being charged $6.00+ fir miscellaneous charges. When I requested an explanation, I was told that it was for something that had been charged $1+. Exactly what musc charge would go for an oil change? That is just a rip-off of your customers. Shame on you!!!

My husband bought a Chevy Avalanche on 4,26,2021. This car is a nightmare. If I would’ve bought this I would’ve taken it back the same day. The check engine light pops on it burns and leaks oil all over the place. My husband didn’t take this back because it was a as is sale. I don’t care this was a total lemon. I am surprised Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon sold this without repairing it to sell. I will never buy anything from them and will advise all my family and friends not do so either. I am did mad about this lemon. It would be nice if they repaired this vehicle for free since they tricked my husband into buying this POS car.

We bought a car from an Andy Mohr lot maybe 4 years ago. It wasnt the best experience, but we got a good deal.Earlier this year we drove up to Avon to Andy mohr (not sure which one in the row), to look at a Pacifica. It looked terrible, was beat up, deep scratches, etc. So we left mad.Today we looked at a Nissan Quest, (had an orange sticker that said not for sale blah blah blah) but the sales guy let us test drive it. It was filthy, had old masks laying in it, water bottle, trash, just bad!Im just glad they made us aware of the transmission. Everyone was nice, but I think communication about vehicles need worked on at Andy Mohr!! Another wasted trip though. 1 hr and 45 min drive.
I was so excited to get my brand new Buick Encore and after less than a week of driving it I hit a deer on the way home. Jennifer works in the parts department and recommended their shop. She kept me up to date on parts as they were coming in every single day, as well as what to expect, where they were in the repair process and what was going on at all times. JR in the collision center is incredibly friendly and worked really hard to get my car fixed in just two weeks. With the delay on parts due to the worldwide shipping and manufacturing issues, I was both shocked and thrilled that they were able to get my car back to me before the holiday weekend. Over the years, I have taken my cars to several different collision centers. The amount of communication, quality of repairs and explanations that I received with Andy Mohr is like nothing I’ve ever experienced with those other shops and I can’t recommend them enough!
The service personnel are very nice and personable. I felt they took a sincere interest in my vehicle and servicing it correctly.
Took my car in because my ABS light and a few others came on. They told me it was fixed & charged me for some new break pads. When I drove off the lot, all the lights came back on and the break problem I was experiencing was still happening. Turns out there was a recall on my vehicle and I should have had the ABS problem fixed for free. I called multiple times & left some voicemails but never heard anything back. I plan on taking my car somewhere else to get it looked at. I know mistakes happen & things can be missed, but I am very disappointed & will not be returning.

She explained my car problem clear and explained the technicians decision on how he would repair my transmission wires and informed me how my wires were damaged. I recommend Lexus to assist all customers. She has a outstanding personality and makes one feel like the number one customer.

Last Saturday I went to Andy Mohr to trade-in my car and finance a used one.I was very disappointed with my visit and how I was treated by my sales rep for that day.1. First of all, do not be on your headset having a conversation with someone else if you are there to help a customer. It was disrespectful and rude to me when I could not tell who he was talking to.I was anxious enough trying to find what I was looking for when Im not your priority.2. I find it unusual for the sales representative not to come along with on a test drive so that I may give input on the vehicle as well as ask questions about it. That does not help me feel confident in my decision. It was apparent that he was not serious or committed if you were busy with other engagements.3. Not that it really made a difference, but appearance matters. I cannot take a salesman seriously if you look like you were just at the club. Not even a shirt and tie. He looked sketchy and did not make my experience at the dealership any better.4. After test driving a used Ford Fusion, I was immediately bothered by the noise and shaking from the vehicle. (Again, having a sales rep with you would have helped). I told him about it and apparently my input wasnt enough to convince him so he drove it. Are you serious? Were you really going to sell me a car that was on the verge of breaking down?I was a Nissan customer and financed my Sentra there 7 years ago. Its unfortunate how unprofessional and sketchy this dealership has gotten.I took my business elsewhere. I strongly recommend you do the same.They care more about rushing you to buy a piece of junk than they do about your safety.

I appreciated Lexuss helpSaturday in letting me know when the car would be lookedat and her help with my getting to the Rental (6 blocks away)so I could rent a car. She sent someone to drive me thereso I would not miss the 12:00 noon cutoff time.She worked me in for Monday morning so that I wouldknow what the diagnosis of the problem was. She calledto let me know to pick up the car. She also checked to besure the invoice was accurate. I appreciate how she treatseach customer with courtesy and respect. My 2019 Nissan Rouge would not start, I brought it into service the following day. And in 1 day the service team told me what the problem was and fixed the issue within a couple days. Was very pleased with the service and how the team worked with me.

Dont buy a used car from them. Lost of hidden fees. Thought we had a deal until they added a $1,500 Nissan Certification fee at the last second. In addition they charge $299 for VIN Window Etch that is already paid for by the first person who purchased the car.
My experience was wonderful, I was well taken care of on the customer service side, my car was serviced in a timely and the waiting area was comfortable and not crowded. The only recommendation I can make is encouraging staff and guests to wear their face masks appropriately. Neither of the other guests in the waiting area had their masks covering their mouth and nose and I saw multiple employees with masks pulled down under their nose on the showroom floor. Unfortunately the restrooms and coffee were located in the waiting area and was high traffic for employees getting coffee and restroom breaks. The gentleman that checked me in and serviced my car was exceptional! I really appreciate the amazing customer service. I also enjoyed the ability to schedule and reschedule my appointment online and the text message reminder prior to my appointment.
We recently bought a new Rogue from Andy Mohr Nissan. Such a great experience they were truly interested in our wants and needs. Anil Purin was the best salesman I have ever dealt with as was the rest of the staff we dealt with. We had certain features we wanted and they found them. Also Anil said he would be more than happy to take me through any questions I had after driving it! I felt like family here and not a sell the car and out the door! I absolutely recommend this dealership over all others in the area! We walked out of other dealerships because of their elites attitude!

They rotated my worn tires but didn’t charge me that was nice. But I told them that my car doesn’t start up like it should when it haven’t been driven for hours/days and they did a diagnostic and stated it start up fine next day same issue. Customer service was good.
Definitely will not be going back not only was the work not completed after I was already charged more damages were done to my car. My back passenger hub cap was broken when I got my car back and it was intact when I dropped it off to them. This place is horrible I will never recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a used car, preferably an SUV and settled on a Nissan Rogue. Andy Mohr had so many options in stock, but I was very set on my budget. Jeff worked with me to find a Rogue that was affordable, still in great shape, and had low mileage. I came in on a Monday to test drive and drove off the lot Tuesday evening, in my 2017 Nissan Rogue! While I only worked with Jeff, all the other employees I came into contact with were extremely nice and helpful! Would recommend this place to anyone, and thanks for all your help Jeff!

Just had the worse experience at this dealership. The sales person said they were going to check my credit to see where it was before they ran it . He lied and let them run it through several banks without my permission. Never take the sales man word.
We visited the dealership today and our experience was awful. They have no respect for their customers, they mention discounts and then change their minds about it. I would never visit again!

I have had my car two years and my experience the first time describe what type of service I would receive in the long run. Yes my engine light was that problem was taking care of because it’s under warranty. I have came in telling them about the squeaking noise from the breaks and still left out with the same problem because to me you don’t won’t to fix and this is the second time me leaving out of there with this problem. I don’t care what’s going you know it’s a problem fix it.Just the way the problem was explained it was bs it didn’t sound right basically one of my rotors or all need to changed
I took my car to have an oil change because they are closer to where I live than the Ray Skillman I bought my car at. They found a leak and needed to order a part to fix it. I then had to call to find out the part was delayed which isn’t a problem because things happen. Another day passes and I hear nothing. Finally, they call and let us know that the person working on the car broke another piece of my car and that they would have to get another part to fix that. Mistakes happen but when they aren’t honest or up front about problems, it makes for a poor experience.In this instance, convenience was not a smart move. I guess that is why I didn’t choose their dealership to purchase a car and why I won’t be getting service done here again.
Spent 3 hours waiting to get a key cut and programmed. They did an update that took around an hour but the keys shouldn’t take that long and they didn’t even program them. Said they wouldn’t take. Come to find out one of them didn’t even have a battery in it... guess that’s over the techs skill set to check.. oh ya and they still charged me $100 even though they didn’t program it.
The basics of an oil change and tire rotation were done well. A list of recommended work was also provided. With an additional $80 credit, it would have been nice it Nissan would have offered to make one of the recommended repairs.
1 star only because I have to. Was looking for a Rogue for my mother this past summer. Talked to someone several times and had a deal in place before driving just under 2 hours to get there. Got there and was passed to another salesperson and got 2 different prices back and forth when we sat down to finalize at the numbers discussed by phone and email. Walked out and bought from Ed Martin Nissan. Gave Andy Mohr another chance on a used Armada listed last month and they steered me to a new 2020 and Tori assured me that they could sell me a new for the same payment of $400 a month. Knew this was too good to be true but rolled with it. I asked Tori several times to send me a proposal on what 2020 Armada SL they could get me at this price that they are confident on. I gave Tori the specs wanted and specs not necessary but would like. No surprise, Tori hasnt replied after several attempts. I would not consider purchasing a vehicle from Andy Mohr and would advise others to go elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.
