Went to the dealership to look at a car for my nephew. It was an extremely cold day. They took the car inside the service department for us to take our time inspecting it. I asked about a couple concerns with the history. They immediately put the car on the lift. We were able to inspect underneath the car. They werent pushy at all. When we went to take the car for a test drive, the battery was almost dead, Im sure from the extreme cold. They instantly decided to replace the battery. I am impressed with this dealership, and wouldnt hesitate to purchase a car for myself from there. My nephew purchased the car, and is extremely happy

The easiest car buying experience I had in a very long time.I purchased a used 2016 LandCruiser from Ed Martin Toyota during the Thanksgiving Break (2019). We were shopping online from San Antonio, Texas and reached out to Eric Sarjeant for some additional information. I was a little nervous buying a vehicle online over 1200-miles away. Eric walked me through the online buying process, helped review the vehicle and even sent me videos of the vehicle. Sam Smith helped with financing options, found a low interest rate and walked me through a few different warranty items we wanted to add. I really do appreciate all of the efforts given by the Ed Martin Automotive Staff. One Final Note - The vehicle was delivered extremely fast and as promised.

Do NOT buy a car from the Ed Martin Auto Group, especially if you are trying to buy online, they are the epitome of used car salesman. Only care to get the sale. My family and I had been looking for a particular used SUV that led us to EM Chrysler/Dodge. Working with the Used Car Manager, Dereck Barker, I was able to find the SUV that my wife had wanted, loaded, V8, low miles, tow package, Certified, etc. This had been hard to find and since working on the phone, I wanted assurance that we had the car bc it was an Anniversary gift. Dereck sent me the Bill of Sale and assurance it was done. All he was doing was getting drivers to deliver it to us. So I printed copies of the pictures and surprised my wife and kids that night with the car. Only to get a text the next morning that read the car had sold. What? We have since been patronized by the General Manager, Brian Burke, that he was going to make it right. Well, a month and a half later we sit here with the hope that they actually cared now gone. This is a slimy used car dealership network, I even talked to the owner Mark Harrison, hoping that he could get his employees to do what they promised...nothing. All they care about is the sale and screwing a customer is no big deal. This was the Used Car Manager and the General Manager, they both know they had sold the car, but during the process they found a better sale and did think twice about screwing me or my family. I hope at least one other person reads this and thinks twice. Do not believe one word that comes out of their mouths.Response to your Reply:Mr. Burke, there was no HOLD, I was sent a Bill of Sale and told that I would be receiving the wiring instructions, but the car was no longer for sale and that you all were working on drivers to deliver it to us, then no one would answer my calls, having you paged or reply to my emails. You did not pass on to me any deal, you bought the car that needed to go through you, as the Dodge dealer, so you could add a warranty, then you jacked up the price well above the original offer for way less coverage. The car you all sold us would have had 3.5 years and over 55K miles of coverage. When you were done adding cost to the car I told you was available you told me I needed to shell out 1500-2500 more for way less warranty which would only give us 15K-35K of coverage and less years to do it in. That is not a good deal for us, just Ed Martin. My friend had a car at a Honda dealership here locally, but as you know they cannot Certify it. You have done nothing and anyone can see by this reply you dont intend to. Notice that you even explain that the only cars that you have talked to me about are cars I am finding, nothing from your team that was going to work hard to find a vehicle to make it right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY, he does not stand by anything he says.

I needed to have a little service done on my vehicle. I used the website to schedule service for a time that worked with my schedule. I arrived at my appointed time pulled in and was greeted by Steve. He asked if the keys were in the vehicle and said hed be right with me. As a former service advisor I know the routine. I had a seat in the very busy waiting room and within minutes there was Steve. I put my headphones on and disappeared in my thoughts. While I was waiting I saw several minority salesmen. This is the first time Ive seen this at Ed Martin. Yeah Ed Martin😊! Minorities are buy more and more imports the big three have been loosing us. I didnt see any female salespeople but it could be because my vehicle was done. My service advisor came with my paperwork; I settled up with the cashier and I was on my way. I even got a follow up call asking how my service was. Look at you Honda making me like the brand even more. I few years back I had issues with Ed Martin we are now back on speaking terms😁. Great brand and dealership. Continue doing what youre doing.

The service experience was okay. I leased my car from Ed Martin and they told me I was neglecting my car because it had been 9500 miles since my first oil change. But I had my first oil change done at 5000 miles at a different Nissan dealer. They should probably check on that before they start telling me Im neglecting my car.
Let me first say that this is anomaly for me. I hate writing reviews, good or bad. However I feel that if someone goes out of their way to provide an extraordinary experience then it is warranted.In searching for a Charger for my son we ran across Ed Martin Dodge and more importantly Derek Barker. I have never before experienced the level of professionalism and courtesy we were afforded. The car was awesome, the deal was great and they made it seemless and easy. Derek even delivered the car to my home! I can’t say enough good things about the dealership or Derek. Highly, highly recommend!

I wonder if there has ever been and honest dealership ever I was lied to about some details from a sales person to the sales manager boss. So why does the internet have all the car fax car history and I know there was no internet but the sales person when we did are homework from the internet that gives supposedly the fair price for the consumer to not have a positive outcome The employee excuse was the Carfax people etc. Do not sell the cars which I thought was a poor excuse. This is why people get taken for granted. I do not recommend this business.

Dishonest company. If you do decide to use this company please bring somebody that knows all the dealer tricks and has experience working with a dealer with you. They will pressure you into sales and fudge numbers on the invoice to get you to pay more and throw issues under the rug with the used car you purchased. Gross company.
