Napleton Italian Imports is a clean and welcoming atmosphere. While I didnt land my next ride because of my own reservations, I did have an extremely pleasant experience while visiting and checking out inventory. Speaking of inventory and considering our current climate, this location as well as other Napleton locations continue to have a well-stocked lot with a variety of options!!

I bought my first Alfa from here in 2020and traded in and traded up in 2021. Steve Malz sold me both my cars, he is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the subject matter. The service department always does a phenomenal job and are always very apologetic if something takes longer than expected. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get into a new car to take a look around here because they have a variety of affordable luxury and most importantly fast cars.

So I walked in to Napleton the other day and had my eye on the Audi R8 2020. Me and my brother wanted to do a trade in from a Corvette C8 to a Audi R8 and luckily Casey was there to help us in any way possible, to make me and my brother feel comfortable with the finale results. Wanted to update since I was definitely surprised by the dealer’s response and willingness to take care of me,I had issues with my used car after I bought it but what worried me was that I didn’t always get good communication, Mike reached out and made sure to let me know that my car was getting taken care of and that they were going to deliver a loaner and my car once it is completed.They didn’t have to do that and just ensure my car was taken care of, that would of been enough but I truly appreciate all the help and willingness to try.The selling process was never an issue though probably the most fair and straightforward experience I have had, so if my wife and mom really want a nice car then I’ll take them here where I know that they’ll get taken care of even after the sale is done

I worked with Cody Murphy to buy a used 2018 Infiniti Q50 and he made the process very easy. He spoke enough during the test drive so there wasn’t any awkward silence, but not too much that I couldn’t focus on the drive.I traded in a 2005 car with 256,000 miles on it for a value that was more than fair. They even offered $500 more for it and agreed to let me pay less on a shorter loan so I could get closer to my budget.They were also willing to let me drive my new car home even though I wasn’t able to give them the title for the trade in or the entire down payment that night.Cody was great to work with and the dealership is definitely willing to work with you to find a price or payment plan you can manage.

Unbelievable selection, especially in this market. Purchased a used, 13, JKU Sahara. Cody was my salesmen & Resse was our finance rep. Two super laid-back, easy to work with guys! They made the process very light hearted & fun (who says that about buying a car?!?!)Only reason for not rating them 5 stars was that they wanted to charge me an extra $959 for an already installed lo-jack & paint protection film ($800 & $159 respectively). From my perspective, roll those costs into the advertised price of the vehicle. Nobody is looking to pay more for a vehicle than the price advertised on the website.

This is an excellent place. When we went to shop here there was no pressure whatsoever and they treated us very professionally even when they knew we were shopping for alpha Romeos at another place also. First, charge me $900 for some none sense security system and refused to take it off. Second after driveing for about a month, my mechanic found out the front lower control arm bushing was cracked. After replaced the arm and now have some weird clunking noise coming from the front and rear.

I loved my experience here. Chris was outstanding in helping me pick out my dream car. He took the time to stay with us all day until after hours to make sure we had our vehicle that night along with Steve. Also the manager was wonderful in making sure we had everything we wanted.
