This is a good car dealer. Bought our first VW here in 2019 and is was a good experience. We purchased the Atlas and we love it. The service department is also very good to work with and I couldnt be more pleased. I specifically waited to leave my review until I had owned the car for awhile so I can honestly say Tom Wood VW is a decent place to get a new car.
Great place and people! I went to Tom Wood Jaguar and Lexus to look at a used car I saw advertised on the Internet; A nice sales person named Raina met and we went for a test drive..The day before my appoitment Raina emailed a short video showing me the car was in stock; I am pointing this out because before this test drive; I went to THREE (3)!!! Other well known car dealers that advertise in city of Indianapolis; not only did they not have the car as advertised the other three dealers tried to sale me a car for $10,000! More!! I thought that was very deceptive😡😡😡!!. And three of the 2 dealers overall demeanor was less than perfect. After the test drive I thought the car needed some brakes but overall the car was in good shape and I wanted to see about financing...I had a decent down payment so Raina and the finance manager named Ben worked with the banks and were able to bring the down payment and monthly payments to fit within my budget; and Raina was also able to have new brake shoes installed. Overall my experience was a very positve one.and I would highly reccomend this car dealership!

Friend of mine purchased a vehicle from here. Damage was done by a tool they use to replace the oil filter. Insurance got involved, an inspection was done. The inspection proved it was done by the service department. Tom wood offered $5k to the owner. The damage was $21k (new motor cost) Definitely not the place I would want to deal with and purchase from. I will tell anyone I know not to do business with Tom Wood.

We purchased a used Honda van from the Audi dealership. We had a good experience with our salesman and with the dealership. We feel that we got a fair price for the vehicle.The van had high mileage and we negotiated a good deal on a. extended warranty. This is where I think their service became exceptional to us. Having a problem, the warranty company told us that we needed to take it back to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased. It seems counterintuitive to take a Honda to an Audi dealership for repair. The service staff was very kind in completing our repair. They did an exceptional job given they normally do not work on Honda vehicles. They kept us up-to-date as the parts needed were not in stock at their facility. I feel that they went above and beyond in communicating the status of our repair. If they provide this service for a Honda vehicle I can imagine how well they do Audi vehicles.
Right from the first time I called Tom wood audi, I spoke to Stephen Ciravolo he was very helpful and willing to help in any way he could. My wife and I went over to their office that same day. from the front desk, we had a nice reception, Stephen and I went for a test drive, he had a good knowledge of the car and in minutes the deal was sealed. Andrew was also very efficient in getting the paperwork done in good time.Ill recommend Tom Wood Audi any day.I bought my 2012 Mercedes Benz c class from Tom Wood Audi, the car is really clean and tidy at least for a used car.

I made an appointment on 26 May 20 to view and purchase a 2017 Nissan Murano, which had an advertised price of $24,733. This price was guaranteed and documented through the USAA car buying service and TrueCar. I am active duty military so I had to request specific permission to travel to purchase this car. No issues with the price were discussed in the days leading up to the appointment. I remained in contact with the salesman throughout the day I was to travel to purchase the car, and he was aware I would be making an over two-hour drive from Dayton. Once I arrived, the salesman got his manager, Rick Williams, who came in and said the price we had previously agreed upon was no longer an option due to services which were performed on the vehicle, which he claimed they did not anticipate or know about prior to pricing the vehicle. The services he claimed to not know about were conducted on 22 May 20 - four days before the car was listed and the appointment was scheduled, and six days before I made the trip to purchase it. Rick claimed it was not a “bait and switch,” however, that is exactly what we experienced. Rick raised the price of the vehicle over $1,000 from what was agreed upon, advertised, and guaranteed, AFTER we drove 2.5 hours to get the car. Our salesman was nothing but courteous throughout the entire ordeal, so I have no qualms with him or his actions; however, the actions of the management team are shady, shameful, and entirely unprofessional. I do not know for certain, but I believe it is also potentially illegal, or at minimum, immoral and unethical business practices. I 100% believe I was discriminated upon based upon my military status (which afforded me a $250 discount and low interested rate they couldn’t match), as the car is still listed for the price we discussed and agreed upon. To top it off, I’m 8 months pregnant, and sold my car yesterday morning in anticipation of buying the car as agreed upon (which my salesman was 100% aware of). So I am now also carless. I hope this sheds some light on your actual treatment of military patrons right off the back of one of the most patriotic weekends we have. It’s nice to have the sales and purport to be military-friendly (with a veteran owner/president, at that!), but actions speak louder than words.

Tom Wood VW both locations are great! Every one there really seems to be interested in making sure they take care of you and your VW. It costs more at a dealership to service your car, but I have the confidence that my little Red Beetle Bug convertible is safe to drive. They explain everything to you, and if you need it now or can wait. They are very thorough. And I feel safe and confident to drive my car anywhere. Plus you get a carwash!

We have been using Tom wood Lexus since moving to Indy. Recently our car was recalled for a 5th time. I did not realize until I recieved this notice and tried to get the part repaired that this is the only Lexus in the Indianapolis area. There is only 3 location in the entire state of Indiana. I now understand why this place does so well being the only Lexus dealer. They are very great at direct customer service, had some issues trying to call a few time but the service members are great.

I know thats your a very big company but when someone goes and pulls up to your car lot. One they might just be the one that buys the best car you have. Even if they drive up with the oldest car you have ever seen. My daughter lost her very first car due to a uninsured motorist . Yet, her first thought was to come to you. NOT ONE of your people come out to talk to here. I guess for she didnt pull up on a posh car. She had cash in hand to buy a car and the only thing after sometime waiting. Said this is our price. Kinda take it or leave it. She lost alot and one you lost a very loyal customer Maybe next time you can take the time to help everyone one. All of us work hard for our money. spending 30k plus on a car and you couldnt walk out. You hurt her thats why this is being written. I wish I had been up there. I wouldnt have been as nice as she was. Share it is.

Tom Wood VW...I have nothing but good things to say regarding customer service and car repairs. However, after taking my car in for servicing reverently, I discovered that $7 was stolen from the console compartment of my car! Its not the amount but the principle. So, I suppose clearing your car out, prior to drop off, would be a great recommendation.
I have never in my entire LIFE experienced the type of vulgar customer service from any of my business dealings. The tech today, insinuated that I was purposely attempting to defraud your company. After paying for a diagnostic, not once but twice on repairs for my headlamp. After my visit in February 2018, the parking light was damaged. I called your service department and spoke with a young gentleman to advise of the situation. I was then advise that he would note my account, for the issue to be resolved on my next visit, which happens to be today. The tech blamed me for the problem.

Tom Wood Volkswagen has been, hands down, the best car buying and service experience ever, with industry standards and customer service ranked (IMO) as Truly Exceptional, the employees in Sales, Service & Parts have completely gone above & beyond and have exceeded my expectations! i.e., last year my schedule was hectic before the holiday and unfortunately had damaged my vehicle sliding on black ice, the repair was somthing that could have been completed in one day, or in 4 hours of them having it. I asked for them to complete a tire rotation fluid top off, and my 20k service also, as every Xmas i and my fiancee drive to NY & NJ & PA to see family. They had a runner drive over a tech to pick my vehicle up at the office out of courtesy. Providing me with a 17 Golf Alltrack SE 4Motion w/ APR+ Tune as a loaner. I get a call towards end of business day with findings of 3/4 tires having nails in tread. I definitely did not have the $ to pay a large bill right after Xmas shopping, for O.E. spec Pirellis non the less, so after explaining my situation and holiday travel plans, they ask me if I would like to use the loaner until after the New Year, i pulled the phone away from my ear in utter disbelief ide be asked to use thier loaner, as it is usually the other way around. They said they wanted me to stay safe, as Erie PA and upstate NY are expecting a 4-5 ft snow storm, which i was unaware until they told me. So 2,350 miles later, after recieving my GTI back and them recieving thier loaner, i feel confident & completely comfortable in saying Tom Wood has forever earned me and my familys business.My father drives 5.5 Hrs from Murfreesboro TN every 3 years to renew his lease and maybe looking to purchase an additional vehicle by spring; 16 Touareg TDI to be exact! My Mother traded in her 14 Subaru Cross Trek before end of year, driving here from North-East Philly PA area and purchased a 17 Golf Alltrack SEL 4Motion. My Aunt & Uncle flew here from Ramsey Township/Bergen County NJ to purchase the New 18 Atlas SEL Premium after handing their 15 Toyota Highlander LE down to my Twin Cousin who just started thier sophomore years of college. My Sister is Currently in the works of having Tome Wood VW structure an early lease buyout on her over mileaged 15 Nissan Rogue Select, looking to lease the 18 Tiguan SE 4Motion!This post is becoming more and more like a dissertation and NO, nobody paid me to post this.

Called to ask for a service estimate on the replacement of a heater fan motor on an Audi SQ5. Refused to talk to me without bringing in the car. You could tell the employee was frustrated when they picked up the phone. Call lasted 10 seconds. They wont be getting any of my business.
