I ordered the car on a Friday and it was delivered that Saturday. The car was as advertised. Well cleaned.10 days later the sent me floor mats ( I never mentioned it). 2 and 1/2 weeks later I got my tags. Finance company reached out to introduce themselves and was very pleasant.I still can’t believe it was that easy and simple.I would recommend to any experienced car buyer..

First time buyer. The car is lovely but SUPER FAULTY since the beggining. Car has WATER LEAKING THROUGH and they wont cover it because its past warranty when it was a problem that came with the car. I would NEVER buy again online.

Very impressed with the customer service and ease of purchasing through Carvana. We were a little hesitant to purchase without seeing the car first but I actually think this is a better process. Get to keep the car for 7 days and can return or exchange for any reason. We did not like the first car and decided to swap and it was super simple. They bring the car to you. Cannot say enough good things about them. The process and customer service are outstanding.

The A/C didnt work in the car they delivered to me. So I had them pick it up and return my trade-in within the 7 day grace period. No problems there. The problem came when trying to get my down payment back. It has taken over 3 weeks and several phone calls. I lost track of how many times Ive had to explain my situation to different customer service reps. Today, after calling them again, I finally got an email saying my refund has been issued, but it may take up to 10 days to hit may bank account. 10 MORE days? Its been like pulling teeth. I was considering trying to buy from them again because I do see the appeal, but after the down payment fiasco, Im done. Also, if you deliver a vehicle in August, go ahead and check the A/C first.

Customer service is awesome! Not only that, but the way they detail theirs cars shows them to almost be brand new. I have never tried a used vehicle that was this clean. And the prices cant be beat by any dealer in my opinion. Ive dealt with too many young sales men who were over the top annoying. This was an easy process. I was nervous about getting a car unseen, but I was not disappointed.

This is for Carvana as a whole, not specifically the Indy location. I purchased a car from them, had a great purchase, trade in, and delivery experience overall. Staff from Indy location are terrific. We noticed the car made a weird sound at the test drive, so they submitted a ticket and we took it to a preferred dealer to look at. They found multiple things wrong with the vehicle, most concerning, the transmission. They said theyve never advised this before, but they recommended returning the car to Carvana. We did so, and although annoying, actually had a very pleasant experience with the return process. I was able to find a new vehicle, get the exchange done at my home within a couple of days, etc.However, at my original purchase I was told if someone had referred me to Carvana to call the number on the referral sheet she gave me, I had been referred and called, and they said they could take care of it after my 7 day trial period was up. After I had to call to exchange vehicles I brought up my referral AGAIN, and was told there was an error and I would get a call back. 5 days later...no call back. I called AGAIN and spent over an hour on the phone with someone who would NOT SHUT UP. He kept repeating himself, talking over me, explaining things repeatedly that did not need explaining or were not the question I asked. I had 3 questions I wanted taken care of on that call and after over an HOUR I finally hung up without getting all my questions answered. He just kept rambling about how business accounts work...blah blah (which I fully understand and did not need explaining, nor was it necessary. I literally had a yes or no question).Overall, I think Carvana has a great thing going and customer service is generally good. But my personal experience has become extremely frustrating. Getting a car with transmission issues and having to return it, being told 3 different things by 3 different people about how to get my referral discount, and now dealing with a few minor issues on the new car.....its become quite the headache. I also wish their customer service employees were more timely. While I appreciate their friendliness, I DO NOT want to spend over an hour on the phone to get 3 questions answered while I try to take care of my child. Its disrespectful of my time.Lastly, *the website nor the referral sheet I was given by the customer advocate say ANYTHING about a referral link*, but if youre wanting to refer someone to Carvana or be referred to get your $500, make sure you use a link to create your account. The way they market their referral program is EXTREMELY misleading and Im very disappointed in how that was all handled.

I had an excellent experience selling my 2015 Taurus to carvana. I take great pride in my vehicles, my car had like new tires and was in perfect mechanical condition and quite clean when I sold it. So obviously I would expect top dollar for it. Carvana delivered, they offered me a very acceptable price for my car. The employee I dealt with was friendly, no greasy salesman tatics or trying to talk me into trading it in for something else. They simply inspected my car and cut me a check.

They asked me to submit information about my car, some pictures of the odometer readings and my identity proof, schedule a date for pick up from my address.. and handed me a check on the scheduled date and time.

Carvana was the first place online that I went to get an estimate how much they would pay me for my 2013 Toyota Camry. Their appraisal was $6,600. I thought that was reasonable. After finding a SUV that I wanted to purchase from a for sale by owner I was ready for Carvana to purchase my car when a friend suggested that I get another appraisal from another company, Im glad that I did because another company appraisal came in for $8,600.I took that offer and the next day they gave me the money which was $2,000 more than Carvana wanted to give me. Wow, for spending 3 minutes on the web, I received $2,000 more for my Toyota Camry. The company that I received the money from was: C**M**

Purchased a 2015 MINI Cooper Countryman in July. I was impressed at the efficiency and ease of the purchase but the problems soon followed. Seems like every week that I’ve had the car I’ve found something else wrong with it that SHOULD have been caught in their “inspection”. The car was delivered with two exterior lights that were burnt out, the washer fluid reservoir has a leak, and the paddle shifters don’t work (all of which are on their “checklist”). Carvana associates seemed extremely helpful and responsive in the first 7 days but that quickly changed after they knew I was stuck with the vehicle. The warranty company they use is a complete clown show. I’ve taken it to an authorized repair facility only to be told it needs to go to a dealership. Called the warranty company multiple times only to sit on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time. I’ve completely given up at this point. If this is the new way to buy a car, I’m not impressed. Steer clear.

I was rather nervous going into getting a car from Carvana. Not sure what to expect. However after getting a car through them Im not sure Ill go anywhere else. Got an amazing deal on a used car that might as well have been brand new from my couch at 1130 at night. Went in and did paperwork for maybe 5 minutes then had our new car. It was low stress and the easiest time Ive ever had. Would definitely recommend anyone looking into getting a car give Carvana a shot.

I got my beautiful 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 from carvana!I only rated carvana 3 stars for one major factor! The underwriting team was not communicative at all! Hours before the cutoff delivery time they reach out to me for document verification causing a delay in my vehicle. However, all the staff members have been very polite, friendly, and able to assist. Other than the last minute underwriting communication, the wait times to get a hold of someone can be very difficult.My suggestions for improvement is to list all necessary documents when prechecking do underwriting doesn’t have to reach out or mitigates themselves reaching out!The positives! Very easy drop-off and on-time! Delivery driver very friendly, customer service friendly! Offers a 7-day test period with free 400 miles! Very competitive loan rates! Online shopping is very easy and simple to use! All-in-all, I would suggest them and use them in the future for conducting business.If I were to give a higher rating, id probably ask for improvements, small apology gift (ie. Some accessory or something cheesy) with a letter explaining the delay.Thanks Carvana for the sweet ride!

If youre looking to sell your car, you dont need to go to their brick-and-mortar location in Castleton - get a quote on their website (if you call, theyll tell you the same). If you want to talk to someone in person, they currently take reservations due to covid (this isnt mentioned on their website). Their lot is small, but packed with options. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, and my visit was brief. Entering info on their website for a quote was very simple, but I was, to be brutally honest, shocked and dismayed at what I was offered - Kelly Blue Book says at least $1200, they offered $200. I am quite happy, though, that I havent yet received any texts/calls/emails hounding me to sell my car to them, which is refreshing. Overall, my experience with/at Carvana was very good and since a friend is in the market to buy a used vehicle, Ill be suggesting they make an appointment!

My review is based solely on our website order from Carvana.com (not the Indianapolis car vending machine). I have zero complaints. I spent a good 3 days going through their inventory online before choosing the car we wanted. The virtual tour of the car was true to fact when they delivered the car to our home. They provided us with a temporary plate that was effective long enough to receive the hard plate in the mail (I didnt even have to go to the BMV and wait in line for 3 hours!) Carvana handled everything and I honestly loved the experience with them, the best part was that not once did I have to look at a salesman or listen to any cheesy sales pitches!

The most amazing experience of selling my used car. I went online filled in details of my Honda accord and uploaded odometer picture along with driving license, car title and they gave a quote for my car and set up an appointment for dropping the car at center. I arrived 20 mins late but they welcomed me and with in 15 mins they gave me the check and arranged for Uber to go back home. Definitely far better experience in selling a car over going to a dealer and negotiate or price for every ding and dant.

I dont know how or why people would sell their cars any other way. The process was extremely easy, and the drop off was even better. We were in their location a total of 15 minutes and 11 of those were waiting on the Uber that they got for us! We got paid a lot more for our car than any other dealer around town. The only issue we had was that we could not find the car we wanted with them, but we will not ever trade-in cars to dealerships anymore.

I have been waiting for over an hour for a real person to contact me about my order. The day before Im to pick up my purchase Im told it will be late. The new pickup will cost me delay fees because of this. My suggestion is to stick with a real dealer so you can at least speak to a real person. Awful customer service!Although there was a lot of confusion as to when this vehicle would be ready the Indianapolis team came through with awesome service. They made all the wrongs right and went way above my expectations. Still I cant give a 5 star rating due to the person that answered my calls never got a supervisor to call me like I had asked and she had told me that my car would be ready when really it was not. Would I buy from Carvana again...yes.

My name is Chris Monroe and this would be my 2nd car ever and I looked to Carvana for a car given my busy schedule as a store manager but this is the second time my car has been delayed first was not enough drivers second was Bc a driver had an emergency and could get replacement this is rediculous what kind of people you have employeed if my car is delayed again I may just cancel sad to say or may use vroom instead I’ve been exited for my car twice now and discounted twice because this company can’t do its job !! Starting to feel like I should just of gone to a dealership could have left lot same day with a car ! Seems like the better option at this point

Not the experience Carvana advertises. My order for a 2016 Ford Escape was delayed 3 times for a total of 17 days. First it was a dead battery that was going to take a week to replace (?!). Then they discovered new paint defects bad enough that they were going to send the car to have the hood repainted. I had to cancel the sale and buy elsewhere, which blew up my plan to give the car to my nephew as a graduation gift.

INITIAL:Great overall experience. Displayed professionalism, hospitality and awesome communication during and throughout the buying process. Never ran into any kinks, thus far. We just received the vehicle so we have 6 days remaining for us to change our minds. We were informed by the on-site advocate that when she opened the door a small chrome piece fell off the exterior door handle. Ive seen this before and s%$t happens so no foul here. Just an oops. Since this happened before we picked it up this part should be covered. If this is not rectified it will reflect on this review at a later date. I hope I dont have to do that though.. Other than that, it has been an awesome car buying experience from Carvana up to this point. Thank You!

I searched for weeks for the right vehicle that I can afford and went through the lengths of having a purchased agreement sent to my credit union only to find out that the vehicle that I thought I was getting was already sold. I even called the following morning to verify my transaction with a carvanar epresentative who unfortunately also had no idea that the vehicle was already sold. All the explanation I got was that they have this glitches that happens a lot in their system and that they would give me a $250 credit for another vehicle. Carvana is not what they claimed to be and frankly STINKS as a company.!

First time I purchased through them it was a Great experience, not so lucky 2nd time around they did a pre-approval and hard credit check was in the process of purchasing car they asked for all kinds of documents that they didnt ask for first time around. Needless to say if your self-employed and get paid through zelle apps or venmo better have a business license to prove your income. Horrible customer service every expert said something different Needless to say didnt get the car and wont purchase or recommend to anyone else.

Great service and friendly staff. Two issues, one- car had undisclosed damage, the employee who helped me pointed out the damage during walk around and submitted repair requests. Second- odometer did not match website description, also submitted request for adjustment. We will see how Carvana handles the issues. Overall experience was quick and easy.

Buying my car through Carvana has been amazing! I have had it for a year now. I did not have to deal with any salesmen, or anyone running my credit! If I could give ten stars I would!I had mine delivered, and it was so cool! The driver was very nice and helpful.I do not have any issues with my car, but I did add on the extra warranty options. The only thing I wish I had done differently is saved up and paid for my car out of pocket to save on interest. Although, even the financing and making my payments on the app has been so easy.THEY PAY YOUR REGISTRATION AND FEES AND EVERYTHINGMy car will last for years for sure, but the next time I am getting a car I will definitely use Carvana, pay out of pocket, and go have the experience of the car vending machine. When trying to get the new key fob I was told my warranty had expired. I have been dealing with this issue for 105 days and still no new key fob.

I ordered a car and was so excited to pick it up. So excited at how easy the process was and never having to deal with a salesman. Made arrangements for a ride on the day of pickup, told the kids who were so excited to pick up the car from the vending machine. The day of pickup I was told via email the car couldn’t be found and needed to reschedule pick up. After nearly a week on the phone with customer service, the car is still lost somewhere at a processing center in Tennessee. I gave up and went to a dealership. I HATE car shopping and was SO hoping this would work but instead it was a big hassle and disappointment. This is a great concept if Carvana could get their stuff together and be able to deliver cars when they say they will. How do you loose a car? Customer service was less than stellar, telling me they were sorry but offered no information on what was being done just “we’re sorry and we hope it’s found soon” and “we can’t offer any discount but you can try to find another car on our website”. Too late, got a new car at a better rate. I will say they cancelled the order easily after a 30 minute wait on the phone. Probably because the car they sold me was never found 🙄.

I bought a 2016 Nissan altima. It worked.fine for about 110 days. Then, after looking into it with a buddy. A rat or some kind of animal chewed a home in the engine bay. Called them to let them know a normal person would of paid 2k for the electrical work, but my buddy knows what he is doing so it was 200. They did absolutely nothing. Do not buy a car from them. It was shipped from Texas from a previous lease. The time it took to get to me while sitting provided a home for a rodent. They did a total hatchet job to fix it too last longer then 100 days. Shipped to Indy. Joke. You will be better paying a repairman then paying them to sell you an inspected car.

My bank loaned me the money to get my car with no problems because my car came up on KBB with a value of close to 7 grand a year ago. Havent had any accidents, replaced the entire brake system, and they want to offer me a whole $312 ! Seriously!!!!

Car was delayed multiple times.... Fun concept but poor execution. We were drawn to the ease of it, but dont be fooled, they dont care if you are inconvenienced or not. We were made aware of delays at 11pm the night before pick up time. Already asked off and set up daycare. It was very bad customer service and poor a business experience. Went to Dellen in Greenfield and got exactly what we wanted at a better price! Dont be fooled by the claims of Carvana...do not recommend.

Go online. Look at cars. Filter to the things that are important to you. Apply for financing. Get approval and pick up date. YES! Its really that simple! The whole process takes as little as 10 minutes or as long as you would like. Zero salespeople. Zero hassle. Not sitting in a finance office for hours on end.Here is the best part. 7 days to test out your chosen vehicle. I picked a base model Rogue. The next day I called to say it didnt have enough features. They asked if i had another car picked out. I picked up my second car, and had another 7 days to test it!I wont even start on how cool the vending machine is. Yes, you put a coin in and your car is vended out!This really is the only way I will purchase cars from here on out. Thanks Carvana! Sincerely, a loyal customer.

We are currently seeking arbitration because Carvana has dodged us every way possible .Get anything fixed in 7 days of receiving the car or they won’t help u. We are currently seeking legal action against them . Don’t cash any check they may send . Process was really nice to have car delivered but something went terribly wrong throughout the process after that .

Car had much more cosmetic damage than reported, stickers from previous owner and i never received the check that was suppose to be sent for the difference and cost (of course the amount would be to their satisfaction) and seller was a bit off on the paperwork, not giving me all my copies and trying some slight of hand to rush me through the process. Last big name dealer ill ever buy from. Expect no empathy and less customer service than a blind online auction.

We were supposed to pick it up but there was an issue with its delivery to our pickup location. It was disappointing because of our long drive but the beyond exceptional customer service made that issue not an issue. Best hospitality Ive received anywhere ever.

I was giving the keys, and everything was fine at first. I just got my vehicle today. Turns out the copy key only worked on the ignition but not the door, so in turn I was locked out of my vehicle and couldn’t get in and had to have them call a company to unlock my car. Waiting to see how this turns out Monday
