I should have stuck with Napleton Alpha. My other dealer went out of business and Napleton treats me as if I bought my Alpha from them for service. First and foremost they lost all of the information that I had submitted or so they say! This is over a week and a half after I purchased my car. Then came back and asked me for the information again while I am on spring break for the first time out of town with my family since the pandemic. 😡 So how am I supposed to feel being in a vulnerable situation and giving all of my personal information all over again not knowing where it went to the first time or who received it. I dropped off my car to have a checked out no loaner car was offered. And my car had been sitting there for almost a whole entire day and no one called me to come and pick it up or delivered it as promised. Instead I had to find a ride to get my car not knowing if it was done or not I had just not received any updates that day. The entire vibe with the people in the sales department completely changed when I came back in to drop off my car and or pick up my car. So this has been my ride a lot has happened tremendously in this less than two week time span. All in all my end result experience has not been so great.

Just bought a new Giulia today from John. Total price upon arrival at the dealership was less than what was quoted over the phone, the finance team looked for all rebates and incentives that were available. John was great through the process and even delivered the car to my house after the purchase! The entire team was helpful and was the best buying experience that I have had due to the transparency and honesty of the staff. We will certainly be doing business with Napleton again!

I picked up my car couple of days ago and had a fabulous experience (in fact one of the best car buying experiences ever). My Sales Consultant John McGloin (Amazing Guy) was extremely helpful, honest and was very pleasant to interact with. I drove over 11 hours (one way) and back through 5 states to go pick up my car and it was totally worth it.Alfa Romeo being Alfa Romeo forgot to program a recently introduced feature (Dynamic Dual Mode Exhaust) from the factory (but it was listed on my Window Sticker). To my good luck Will Peters the Lead Service Consultant (by the way awesome guy) came around and introduced himself and I pointed it out to him. Even he wasnt aware of it but he was extremely helpful. Even when the system showed no updates available for my car he was kind enough to lookup the forums and then reflashed the latest version and that fixed it.I would highly recommend both John (for Sales) and Will (for Service) and would gladly do business with them again. I just wish I lived somewhere closer so that I could take my car their for regular service.By the way rest of staff at Dealership (manager / finance execs) was extremely polite and helpful too.Best Wishes
