EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL!!! The people who work here will genuinely take care of you! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I felt like a valued customer. There was no wait when I walked in. I asked about the different tints they offered there. I didnt just get a quick answer. They explained everything in FULL detail, they didnt try and up-sale or recommend the highest priced tint available. He actually talked to me on a personal level about the different tints they have available, showed me displays from books, showed me the counter top display that has the heated light inside along with the different types of tints and how the sun penetrates through so you have a feel for your comfort level. He personally showed me photos of his own vehicles with the tints he used to give me better ideas on my choice. I DID NOT feel pressured to buy anything that I didnt want or like. I am really thankful for the assistance that was giving to me and the patience while I made a decision.I arrived close to closing time not thinking I would be able to have my windows tinted that day. Really just went in to see my options, but after talking to them and seeing how much they valued their customers it was extremely easy to make a decision to choose this company! I was a walk in with no appointment scheduled. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to get my windows tinted, he told me that they were booked out until next week, but if I wanted them done today he could get me in. I chose that day and they were not upset even though they closed in 45 minutes. The guys stayed after hours to complete my vehicle. It was not a rushed sloppy job because they wanted to be off work, they stayed and done a professional job in a few hours. After everything was completed they took their time explaining aftercare, let me check out my vehicle to make sure I was satisfied. I paid and got my receipt with my warranty.This business is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me if you are looking for PROFESSIONAL QUALITY work done by caring employees!!! The staff were very professional from the day I called in to schedule until the moment I picked the car up. I was very well informed on what kinds of tint were available and how they differed. Because of this, I got exactly what I needed to fit my lifestyle. The job was done professionally and expediently. I highly recommend Indianapolis Window Tinting. You will get high quality window tint for a reasonable price. Good window tint ain’t cheap and cheap window tint ain’t good.

Great experience! They were able to get me in the day after I called. Prices are pretty standard, keep your receipts in case you have issues with the tint. They had my vehicle done in less than 4 hours! (All windows tinted).

This was by far the worst experience dealing with a so called business. I made an appointment for 8 am. I was given a window of 2-4 hours for completion prior to setting the appointment. On the day of the appointment I asked the receptionist if the vehicle could be completed by 1pm, because I had an appointment at 2pm. I told him if you cannot complete the job by 1pm let me know, because I need my vehicle. He assured me he would try his best and call me if anything changed. 1:15pm came and I hadnt heard from the company so I called the facility to check on my vehicle only to learn that the vehicle wasnt completed. When I picked up my vehicle the receptionist and the owner both argued with me and refused to acknowledge their poor communication and poor service. Over-promising and not delivering was my experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I want to give these guys 5 stars, more if I could had my suv windows tinted. A couple days later I noticed some imperfections on one. I called and they told me to take it in. Just left and they re-tinted the window correcting the issue. I’m very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism from everyone I encountered. Will most definitely be back. I didn’t include a picture of my concern. Again issue was fixed.

Over all my experience was great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I knew prior to arriving I wanted ceramic tint and no lighter than 35-40. I was very pleased with how the tint install turned out minus 2 spots on the tint that bother me. I’ve not called to speak about it with anyone simply because they’re not in my line of sight etc. I feel that the tint job would have to be redone on the window which is why I’ve not bothered calling. As the owner of the car, I know it’s there and it bugs me but don’t want to make a big deal out of 2 small issues. I would recommend and I would come back. If I decide to get the issues handled, I will be sure to update that experience.

They removed/replaced the bubbled tint from my daughters two back door windows and the rear window of her Jetta. EXCELLENT job, with lifetime guarantee (how do you beat that?). We were told not to lower the windows for 5 days, and to facilitate our compliance they put tape with that reminder on each tape over the window controls. Smart. Even after they told me not to lower the windows I almost reflexively did so but for the tape which stopped me. Lol. Smart business! Very good quality work, and they stand behind it! Use their services. You wont be disappointed.

Called on a Monday and got in the same week on Wednesday. Did a flawless job on my Ford Fusion and couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out. No bubbling even with cold temps!

I went in yesterday to have my car windows tinted as always, they did a superb job. They were done in an hour! I have used this company for four of my vehicles. One of which the windows were tinted like 5 years ago, still no fade, no bubbling or peeling. If you want good quality window tinting for your vehicle, this company would be the best! This is my go to place. I have taken 4 vehicles there including my latest which was a really difficult job. My Audi S5 had a horrible tint job from the previous owner. 3 layers on the back window. I had all of it removed and redone. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Outstanding service from the IWT team! My experience began with a comprehensive explanation of the 3 types of tinting products and a recommendation of what might best suit my new 2020 Audi A7. I went with the carbon (middle option) and couldn’t be happier. The guys took their time and the product is amazing! Mythos black paint, optic black package (no chrome) and gorgeous windows.
