They were super nice and super helpful. I have been in plenty of beauty supply stores all over the country and never was treated as I was treated by these ladies. They went out of their way for me and my daughter to make sure we found what we were looking for. Unlike the beauty supply stores from Chinatown my people (who owned the store) showed nothing less than excellence in every way.

Walk in and was greeted right at the door with a smile by everyone! Super dope owners and the staff was awesome! Another plus is they are black owned really made me and my mama so comfortable and welcomed! Support! support! support! Oh yeah buy some essential oil too!!

The owner was really nice and made sure to speak to me as I walked in. Made me feel very welcome and gave me some free samples since I told her it was my first time. The selection was great too and I found everything I needed! I will definitely make sure to come here if I have any hair care needs

They were friendly, the only thing is I was sold a wig off of the mannequin head for full price. I feel as though a discount was deserved. Compared to other beauty supply stores they freshen the wig up and supply a discount if a wig is being purchased off the mannequin.

They are really nice but the lady that he has working there made me feel uncomfortable by following me around. I would be looking minding my business and she would pop up and interrupt me. I probably wont go back. I dont like to be followed around the store also the burning incense was too much for an allergy suffering person.

This is a small, independently owned beauty supply store with staff members who go out of their way to be helpful. Masks are still required to be worn indoors, whereas other small businesses have dropped the face covering rule. I would shop at this place again.

Horrible customer service. Owners wife refused me a refund despite the fact that I did not leave the store. She was rude and arrogant. The store was overpriced and I will not be returning.

It’s difficult to find great customer service.. so when I find it I’ll become a repeat customer every single time! The great vibes that resonate from this establishment is amazing! To see a Black Owner of a hair store have such good service is so great to experience! The perfumes are usually my go to for any scent I want to try out! JB makes sure he allows you to find the scent that shows off your smell! I drive 22 miles just to visit the establishment, that should tell you that they are the BOMB! I can go on and on but one thing I can clarify is that seeing black excellence thrive in the middle of a pandemic is beyond speechless! This is one of my favorite stores to shop at! Visit one day! I was driving 20 or 30 miles to Irving or Dallas to get hair before I stumbled across this shop ( it just so happends to be next door to my favorite, go-to thrift store! ) the ppl who own it are EXCEPTIONAL they are very kind and helpful and they have a ton of good products, specifically beauty and hair products, make-up, pretty hair weaves and wigs, braiding hair, jewelry, clip in extensions, etc. One tool i needed for my extensions I have actually NEVER seen in any other store, Ive always had to order off amazon but they have it in stock every time I visit. I have never felt like I didnt get more than my moneys worth here. A

This is not my normal beauty supply store, I was on a hunt for a product and thay had it. this store is over a hour away from my house, but 10 minutes from my momma in loves. I loved how welcomed I was when I came in, and how thay helped me with a few of my questions. and if you have ever had to ask about different hair care it can be intimidating, not only did they listen to my need but they recommended something that was not to expensive just 5.00 even though they had more $$$ stuff . that says a lot. I have a feeling that this will be my beauty store I take my niece to for her to pick cool stuff out for her hair.

Everything I need in one stop!

I was looking for a place that would sell wigs for a decent price. Ive always had long hair and unfortunately I had 3 major surgeries within a two week period that eventually caused me to lose most of my hair. My daughter found this place. It was very clean and easy to find items. What most impressed me is that I was so shy and hesitant but the lady who works here made me feel so comfortable and she was so helpful!! I not only found a wig but walked out feeling a lot better about myself thanks to her excellent customer service. I had to return to the store a week or so later as I was having some issues with getting the wig to stay on with the cap I got. Once again she was very kind she even remembered me and helped me once again by getting me a better wig cap. And it worked my wig stays in place! Some of the best customer experience Ive received in a long time! Great prices wonderful service!! The picture is the wig that I purchased. Have gotten a lot of compliments! Highly recommended store!

The store has all the goodies and 2x the customer service. Not only did I feel I could ask Questions about products and be able to get an understanding about what might be a better fit they aren’t afraid to encourage you to use something they might not carry in their store. Meaning they aren’t just going to sell you something for the heck of it. The store has some great product choices for all types of hair. The store is clean and easy to locate what you need.

Customer service is out this world, Slim super nice and welcoming along with the gentleman that was working the register, I didnt get his name🤦🏿‍♀️I read somewhere that their prices was a little expensive; the price is the same price we spend to support other businesses. I enjoyed the fact you could walk around and not be harrassed. I drove here from Lewisville I will be returning. Great Customer service means everything to me. Slim was honest with me with my purchase, I was trying are about to buy more than I needed. The owner was nice and helped me right when I walked in. I was looking for a specific brand but he but he pointed me in another direction. There was a wide selection of black owned brands (i.e. etae, tgin, mielle) and Im happy with everything I bought. Hes ordering more of what I originally came to the store for so Ill definitely be back!

I love JB Beauty Supply, traveler all the way from Colorado to get hair products, lashes and a human hair wig that’s still in top shape condition. Quality is important to me just as well as customer service. I was greeted, and waited on respectfully.

I even bought hair to travel with me to Michigan over the holidays last year because I didnt want anybody else to have my business.They take customer service seriously, and Ive always experienced a pleasant shopping experience on each visit. Sometimes consistency in good service is difficult to manage in retail, but theyre awesome.
