I have not really shopped for makeup for nearly 2020, I exclusively bought skincare items, now that things have opened back up and my university has permitted graduation ceremonies to proceed—I needed a new hydrating foundation that matches up with my skin color coming out from winter + quarantine.Tierra was a great help during my visit. I appreciate the lengths she went in order for me to have the best experience as a customer and to find the right product for me.

I had an amazing experience when I visited Sephora yesterday. I wish I could remember all those amazing ladies names and give them all a shoutout, very attentive and helpful. Shout to Renee who helped me pick some skincare goodies and gave me options and I believe the other young lady who helped me with a concealer was Aly, the two girls at the front door were also so warm and welcoming. Thank you for being awesome. Not gonna lie, I have been to Sephora’s where I don’t get acknowledged... but this one made me feel very welcome.

It’s a nice store.. everyone is kind of helpful... One thing that is a bit of a pet peeve of mine is when I ask questions about a product magically the sales rep is “in love with and it’s their fav product ever”..I get it.. it’s their job to sell.. but it’s just annoying to me..

If I could give 0 stars, I would do just that. I watched a woman and her child be turned away because the child was not wearing a mask. The woman explained that he was a special needs child. The employee then offered that the woman shop from outside of the store. She said she would go to Ulta. I left as well because who wants to support a company doing this disgusting behavior. Sephora should absolutely be ashamed of this policy. People with disabilities face widespread discrimination, segregation, and exclusion and your company is only perpetuating those issues. sick sick sick.

Today will be my last day stepping foot in Sephora. I refuse to support a company that harasses people with young children. My baby is ONE and they made sure to be clear that if he was 2 he would need a mask. Sorry not sorry but that “rule” is just ridiculous and they need to be a little kinder in the way they deliver that message to their customers. I’ll be going to Ulta from now on where I NEVER get harassed when I have my kids with me.

I just want to say I went to this Sephora last Saturday after work, and after I got my hair done. I wish I remember the helpful persons name. As I was looking for a light, more tinted foundation. They listened well, even got another ladys that works there opinion, and I graciously appreciate when people listen, and even go the extra mile. Thank you for super helpful people on the floor . 💜

Came in with my mother to get some new foundations and Shelby was an absolute sweetheart and matched us perfectly the first try. She also had stunning Halloween themed makeup and was rocking a cute ghost eyeliner. Very nice visit! Staff is super friendly!

So paranoid.They do everything short of taking your temperature before you go in. Also you cant touch ANYTHING while youre in there.

I had a really nice experience here last night with Julie. I was looking for a new foundation and she was very knowledgeable and professional. She dedicated time to me to find something of my liking, my price range, and even went out of her way by recommending some moisturizers. I really appreciate it when I feel like they genuinely want to help me and not just recommend something to me and rush to the next guest. This was also my moms first time in, and she was also pleased with the atmosphere and all of the great services that they offer. Well definitely be coming back to see Julie.

Quickly and right away the workers were there asking if my friends and I if we needed any assistance. They were so kind there showing us the best recommended products of their choice when we had questions. The makeup they did was beautiful and I would make sure to go there again.

Brandon (the only associates name I caught/remember...sorry) was AWESOME ! My daughter is 9 and we were having a mom/daughter day out. We decided to step in a try out some make-up. Im really REALLY bad at doing make up. An associate help but purple lipstick on my daughter and Brandon was engaging in conversation with her and offered her some purple sparkly highlight which he applied. :) We had a great day and this experience was part of it. We were greeted right away, assisted with smiles, and we had fun.

Looked online and even called for store hours ahead of time and everything said open at 11:00am. Drive to the mall and the store isn’t open wait for 30 minutes still not open. Very disappointing!

Sweeeeeeet staff!! Monica was so kind in helping me find products that I was looking for that I’d found on Cosmopolitan that I wanted to try. Some were for me and some not so much.I had a return on a product and it was an easy matter to take care of. Another girl helped me find eye make up remover and suggested I wet the cotton ball to help extend the life of the product. Very awesome! I’m not a mall person and therefore I park at the food park as they are right besides it. They have awesome birthday gifts and a great VIP points system.Above all, I love going to a place where you feel welcome, not overly pushed to buy products, and genuinely kind associates and assistance.This is my go to place for make up, and skincare. Keep up the fabulousness girls!!

Was helped by a nice red-headed girl today and picked out a nice foundation. Only to be sent off to the register and helped by no one. Waited for a few minutes and walked out, disappointed.

Make sure you ask for your 3 free perfume samples on each visit... The good stuff free!!!

If your ever in the store ask for Corinna, she did my eyebrows and they were the best!!! Her customer service was A1 and I will be returning just to get more products she recommends!! Ladies i guess this isn’t the place to buy your makeup if you are of “African heritage”. A friend & I decided to visit this store & boy the looks, stares, and attitudes. All from workers at that. I was never greeted, but my friend also African American friend begin browsing perfumes. Immediately a makeup consultant appeared, trying to list the differences of perfumes. Then she silently signaled/called Julie over. Julie nor the other lady asked me if i needed help. Julie began showing us cheaper products when neither of us asked. Then after rubbing us the wrong way, we decided to leave. We watched outside of the window as Julie went back & counted the particular perfume my friend inquired about. I felt as well as my friend very disrespected!

I was pretty meh about this place until last month when I met Ari. Shes my absolute favorite because she knows what shes talking about and isnt afraid to tell me whatever preconceived notions I might have about something is wrong.She is always ready to help and is just a genuinely nice person.

Yesterday I took upon myself to go to Sephora one of my favorite cosmetics store!!While entering I was greeted by a Caucasian female. I didn’t get her name, but she had on heavy eyeshadow that wasn’t pleasing to my eyes. I understand you must ask your customer if they need assistance I’m big on customer services. But this particular worker asked, but didn’t leave from my side. Which made me feel uncomfortable she stayed until Julie came. Which for the record I never asked for assistance from Julie or this worker. While leaving my friend and I watch the 2, and Julie took it upon herself to go behind my friend and I to count the perfume, as if we stole something. Granted Julie did show me some other perfume. I guess the issue is why in the heck, was Julie pages by the other work when I never asked for assistance. So this Sephora will not see me again.!

Im not understanding how the store picks thier store managers seriously, you have Jazmine a rude dont talk to me manager who talks down to the poor girl whi was called to help me like she didnt once work in her shoes, I came In last week to try a oil free power and at checking out Jazmine didnt even day a hi how are, no amount of point I had, nothing no eye contact I figured she was having a bad day, came in again today (I frequent this location)I saw her at the entrance no hi looks me up and down and when I asked her to point me in the direction of skin care calls someone else again no greeting no eye contact just there to get laid her sad check, what happen to customer satisfaction??! I feel sorry for individuals really walking in here for the 1st time and seeing her attitude, Im never coming back to this store

Walked into this location looking for Huda walked all around without even being greeted or asked what i was looking for so i asked an employee who told me it was in the front so I walked to the front looking for it. I asked another employee and she said we only have lip sticks since we dont carry Huda . I asked okay where are they? She said well we just have ONE. And actually it was a return. What the world? She said if you want i can look for it. NO thanks! Employees were not helpful at all! Waste of time! I LOVE Sephora I spend a lot of $ here . Definitely not returning to this joke of a Sephora. I rather walk to the JCP (also in this mall) and go to the Sephora there!

This location reminded me of why I don’t bother going into a store anymore. Told prices that were less than half of what they actually were, took FOREVER to answer what was a simple question and tried to sell products that went against what I specifically asked for. I will not be back.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Its all like this every sephora stores I visit. I will stop shop at sephora now at this point. I have been customer over 10 years now and I am sick of their customer service. They sell products that I can buy else where. Sorry you guys lost my business.

I NEVER!! write reviews but with this location i had to. I have always been an Ulta Girl and believe me whe I tell u. I was terrified of walking into sephora mainly because I have always heard bad reviews and stories how all the employees are snotty and up tight but this right here!!!!! I walked in looking for a primer on Tuesday around 10 am which is when they open, Lily literally greeted me at the door, she was very very helpful answered every question i had, also was very patient as i was there with my little girl. Matched me and showed me a little bit more on the sephora app over all great experience! I don’t understand why I waited so long to walk in to this store.

Walked in looking for a specific lipstick in the lipstories collection, thinking it’ll be a super quick trip. I walked around the entire store before I saw them and wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help (something I feel other Sephora’s do well). Then when I found them, they were half empty. They either had no lipstick in stock, or no tester. I went to find one of the employees (one that wasn’t talking to another employee) and she said that’s all they have in stock. It’s a Tuesday night in a pretty good sized mall that wasn’t that busy, so I expected better service and selection. Then I figured Sephora collection lipstick couldn’t be bad, I start looking at sample and they are almost all covered in fuzz and gross dusty stuff. Im sure the rest of the store isn’t like this, but there’s lots of room for improvement at this location.

Bad customer experience.

Try harder on eyebrows, and more on blending foundation. When a customer says they dont want their makeup cakey, dont make it cakey. I recommend going with your foundation and your eyebrows done and letting them do your eyeshadow cause im not gonna lie, they did my eyeshadow pretty nice. OR tell them you want to do your own foundation and your own eyebrows with their makeup. My friend went to hulens sephora and her makeup looked A1, so try that one instead.

Everytime I go in there no one knows what theyre doing, they hate being asked for help and they are very rude, most of them cant even blend their contour right and Everytime they do someones makeup it never turns out good and the customer is upset. 0/10 recommend rhis Sephora.

I didn’t have receipt for my return and I never had issue returning it before but she made such a face when I said I didn’t exactly know when I bought the item . Comeon .... it’s a makeup store .
